Seems the beeg enhancement the Ruskys have come up with is a liquid fuel
using heavy metal isotopes in some kind of fluid. The various US entrants
to the "Flying Fukushima Club" used high temperature ceramics.

Fukuppy doesn't begin to explain the atrocity of building such a thing.
