The people who supervises the day-to-day activities in the prison is
responsible for what happens there, and not LKY who sits in his office

walk out of the most secure prison in Singapore but managed to make it
out of Singapore into Indonesia. If this don't raise doubts about the
efficacy and intergrity of the Mininstry of Home Affairs which is in
charge of the prison, ISD, police and security in Singapore, then what
is ? It is just like a student who is expected to score 99% and ended up
getting 45%. Tell me such a disastrous performance will not affect the
perception of this pupil ?

Yes it is natural for human to make mistakes but if those who
make mistakes are not punished than there will be more mistakes.
Which is more important, punishing WKS or changing a system that is
not perfect?
I suggested that the system needs to be changed. Every high risk
inmate should be shackled wrists and ankles when he/she leaves his
cell, that's my suggestion to better the system.
What did you suggest? Replace WKS, replace LKY, replace everyone whom
you and your gang don't like..And you and your gang offered no real
solution to change the system..ever!!!!
