Generals clamor for Rumsfeld's ouster over Iraq war
just another of your leftist non-stories..

http://www.slate.com/id/2139847/
"It's hard to get good numbers, but the Explainer estimates that about
4,700 general officers are enjoying their retirement in the United States
right now. (For a detailed look at the data and the Explainer's
calculations, click here.) That means the six former generals who stepped
forward to criticize Rumsfeld make up about one-tenth of 1 percent of the
total community.

Retired generals pipe up all the time. In March, five of them wrote a
letter to the Supreme Court asking that Justice Scalia recuse himself from
the Hamdan case. In January, nine generals and three admirals banded
together as the "Retired Generals Against Torture" and sent an open letter
to the Senate judiciary committee. During campaign season, retired
generals issue small-group political endorsements."

But six retired generals get plenty of media coverage:

Bush needs to keep Rumsfeld handy because he's the only Presidential staff
member to have played golf with Osama Bin Laden and Saddam Hussien and has
the buddy pictures and copies of his expense accounts to prove it.

i am aware that you revere and cultivate dishonesty as a means of
promoting your foolish doctrines...

but it only 'works' in the short term....
you cause damage that others eventually clear up, civilisation
continues to advance despite your efforts...

your position is typical of short termism....

The chickenhawks forget that the Generals who oppose Rumsfeld aren't just
anyone, they're ones who were involved in the botched Iraq invasion and know
what an imbecile he really is. Only the ignorant right wing Lemmings are
supporting Donny because they believe that it's their patriotic duty to
support Bush, right or wrong.

That's why they hate America.

I note that Wesley Clark has now joined in the criticism of Rumsfeld.
