I agree, I find women swearing to be a definite turnoff, as in TV switch at the
wall.
In real life it is even worse, it is very nasty and you can instantly tell they
have been dragged up rather than bought up..
I can understand having to swear if you have an IQ of 60 or so but any half

Jo Brand is OK, but is still quite hit and miss. I saw Shappi Khorsandi do
some stuff the other day (on "Have I Got News For You", I think), and she
was OK. But having looked around on tubeface for more of her material...
she seems to just have the one routine.

I don't know what it is - perhaps it's because I'm male - but on the whole
what few female comedians I come across, I really don't find them that
funny. And I'm inlcined to agree with Bobs' assessment. There seems to be
a whole host of male comedians out there, and even the shit ones seem to be
better than most of the female ones. It's something I find bemusing. Also
something I'm very ready to be "corrected" on.
