address it here.

First of all my communication regarding a peace agreement was strictly
public, via newsgroup posts. I knew nothing of what Bee and Ilena
discussed in emails.

Initially, Bee publicly purposed I remove my website and Ilena remove
all references to both me and Myrl from her 'shit-list' webpages.
After a short time only references me were made. I thought that (as
Bee suggested) Ilena might become willing to make peace with even more
people if she and I could succeed.

To demonstrate my willingness, the evening prior to the 4/1 4:00pm
deadline I changed my index.html page to say the site was down pending
a peace agreement. The next day, I deleted all the pages off my
server, except the index.html note.

I assumed Ilena had seen my sincerity, because shortly she announced
she had removed my name off the coleah.html page. I was actually
shocked by her apparent 'enthusiastic cooperation'.

As days went on, more pages were discovered with my name. I grew
impatient and was amazed that Ilena almost whimpered when she posted
that she'd been working as fast as she could. The deadline was long
gone, and I quit waiting.

See, at first I assumed that, like me, Ilena wanted peace for peace's
sake. I had no idea that Ilena had told Bee that she wanted Patrick
O'Leary to cancel the Judgment she owes him (with interest, perhaps
$20,000) . Nope, it was not 'peace for peace's sake' with Ilena.

I believe when Ilena saw I'd taken my website down, she assumed Bee
had communicated her demand, and that I had 'agreed'. Thus her new
and 'enthusiastic cooperation, all of a sudden.

Someone else contacted Ilena, seeking removal of their name also and
was told it was going to cost money, or else (as a hint of 'worst

There is some interesting material about what constitutes extortion
available on the net. I found the following on Findlaw. Take
particular attention to #522 and #527 on this page.

Also, apparently money does not actually need to be paid in order for
extortion to occur. The mere attempt to extract money can be deemed
extortion:

Extortion

I am being sarcastic. However, I see the pages to be demeaning to the
women that
are breast implant survivors---it would appear that the Humantics
Foundation website
is much more than helping women who have had problems with their
breast implants,
and offering support.

One is never going to be "best friends" with everyone they meet in
life, nor are they
going to share the same opinions -- we are all human, simple as
that.

I'd love to see the webpages come down that absolutely have nothing to
do with breast implant
survivors --- I always check into a non profit thoroughly before
making the decision to support
the movement either through donation or as a volunteer. I did some
volunteer work a couple of weeks
ago and I did not check out the organization first. But as I told the
person that I helped -- all you got to do is
tell the truth, no need to panic, just be aware, and be truthful.

What I really dislike is to see web pages which have nothing to do
with the mission of the non profit
itself but have to do with the personal opinion of the person that is
doing the website. According to the
State of California a man by the name of Dr. Angelo A. Zuffato is the
registered agent, and at the same
address in Oceanside is where the main office is according to the
State of California's corporation page.
That address is a mobile home park in Oceanside, CA. I do not see his
80+ year old man running the corporation
from his mobile home park and putting up websites about people he does
not even know.

These web pages in my humble opinion are the problem of discontent in
these newsgroups. This is why I suggested peace in the first
place. How many more years of Myrl was attacked by a killer frog, or
Marla Maples Does Mexico are we going to see? What good does it
accomplish? All it does is to continue down the same road of
obsessive compulsive, ---liar, liar, pants on fire. It's time to get
out of the third grade and go on with life. .

My entire point in negotiating peace was to stop the flow of toxic
waste words---Coleah had agreed, and her site was down, and we were
simply waiting on Ilena. Only websites with Coleah's name in them
still appeared. And every one and their brother were standing in line
-- thinking about themselves wanting their page down too immediately.
I don't know if it was meant as a joke or not, but no one should be
paying anyone to remove them----giving up one's "freedom of speech"
pages personality pages isn't about giving up your right to free
speech -- it is all about being adult enough to realize that this is
the right thing to do in the name and goodness of the organization's
mission statement.

its best. And it says miles about the women who have suffered the

Upon questioning she referred to Ilena as
"a certain person", apparently not daring

He said she said they said, we said......hearsay....it is gossip at
its best. And it says miles about the women who have suffered the
actual breast implant damage --- that's why they all need to come
down. I find it insulting to those that have suffered. And all of
the other characters, real or imagined, they need to come down. it's
quite simple-its cheaper to maintain -- and if in fact the Humantics
Foundation was founded to help the woman breast implant survivors with
their cause -- it would certainly look better in the public viewpoint
to just see breast implant support than pages of poop, and the same
goes for the Ilena dot rosenthal or whatever dot com....And those that
really want to help support the cause, can see that it is not industry
supported in any way (it's hard to tell from looking at the website),
and make the decision to donate or not to donate without having to
look through public records to see if the organization is adhering to

I'd love to see the webpages come down that absolutely have nothing to

What I really dislike is to see web pages which have nothing to do
with the mission of the non profit
itself but have to do with the personal opinion of the person that is

According to the State of California a man by
the name of Dr. Angelo A. Zuffato is the
registered agent, and at the same address in
Oceanside is where the main office is
according to the State of California's corporation
page. That address is a mobile home park
in Oceanside, CA. I do not see [this] 80+
year old man running the corporation from
his mobile home park and putting up websites
about people he does not even know.
I had really forgotten about this newsgroup until

address it here.
First of all my communication regarding a peace agreement was strictly
public, via newsgroup posts. I knew nothing of what Bee and Ilena
discussed in emails.
Initially, Bee publicly purposed I remove my website and Ilena remove
all references to both me and Myrl from her 'shit-list' webpages.
After a short time only references me were made. I thought that (as
Bee suggested) Ilena might become willing to make peace with even more
people if she and I could succeed.
To demonstrate my willingness, the evening prior to the 4/1 4:00pm
deadline I changed my index.html page to say the site was down pending
a peace agreement. The next day, I deleted all the pages off my
server, except the index.html note.
I assumed Ilena had seen my sincerity, because shortly she announced
she had removed my name off the coleah.html page. I was actually
shocked by her apparent 'enthusiastic cooperation'.
As days went on, more pages were discovered with my name. I grew
impatient and was amazed that Ilena almost whimpered when she posted
that she'd been working as fast as she could. The deadline was long
gone, and I quit waiting.
See, at first I assumed that, like me, Ilena wanted peace for peace's
sake. I had no idea that Ilena had told Bee that she wanted Patrick
O'Leary to cancel the Judgment she owes him (with interest, perhaps
$20,000) . Nope, it was not 'peace for peace's sake' with Ilena.
I believe when Ilena saw I'd taken my website down, she assumed Bee
had communicated her demand, and that I had 'agreed'. Thus her new
and 'enthusiastic cooperation, all of a sudden.
Someone else contacted Ilena, seeking removal of their name also and
was told it was going to cost money, or else (as a hint of 'worst
things to come'). So much for 'peace'.

Coleah, I understand your frustration, but you have a lot more important
things going on right now with your family, so I hope that others respect

I do not have the history with the breast support group, and I have no
idea
of what has transpired with everyone. But I know that this he said,
she said
business is pretty much comes from different people needing different
kinds
of need, and different kinds of support, and thinking that they are
all doing the
right thing for whatever it is that they support.

People look to support groups and non profits for support when they
are sick,
and need a hand. There are different reasons that people give when
starting
non profits and support groups. I understand Ilena's decision was
based on a friend
who had suffered with a bad implant, and this is a good and admirable
reason to
start the Humantics Foundation; to help women, and share support of
people that are
breast implant survivors. Sometimes in life things change; people
are dealing with
other issues; family life, work life, and the original mission of the
support group or
the non profit must change because "life" got in the way. Things like
this happen.

I also understand that people expect more from a support group, than
they are getting.
Or one person may want way more attention than someone else.
Jealousies get in the
way, and since people cannot see faces online, and all they can see
are words; the words
may come out the wrong way, or someone has a bad day, or is having a
financial crunch
in their lives, and this all effects our work, and our time to give to
others.

I would truly like to see peace here --- people come in and out of
each other's lives for reasons;
some for the moment, like a stranger on the street that out of no
where gives you that answer
you have been trying to solve for weeks; or a person that you work
with turns to you and says
words that you just needed to hear to help your growth pattern; or
simply one day you realize
you aren't getting out what you used to get out of support group, and
it is time to move on,
and try something else. It's all part of life, and it just
happens.

But to put up webpages for people and keep them up there and do it for
the sole purpose
of hurting people's careers is for all of the wrong reasons. Can you
imagine the person that
surfs the web after hearing about the Humantics Foundation, and Ilena
Rosenthal, and comes
across the ilena rosenthal.dot com or whatever it is, FIRST, reads it,
and thinks this is what it is
all about and says, "no thanks," or the person that finds the
Humantics Foundation site, and sees
all of the stuff that doesn't relate to breast implant survivors
there? You all could be missing out
on some very good people that really need the support that run off
because they don't understand
(or don't want to know) the history, and don't want to get involved.
The same goes for the Quackwatch
sites---just because Quackwatch doesn't believe in the work of an
alternative health care provider,
doesn't mean this is the gospel truth and the people listed on that
side are "evil, and bad." The Medical
and dental boards are the ones that should be deciding who is who, not
just anyone.

Agreed there is free speech, and then there is free speech that serves
no purpose than to hurt
people. And it always reflects back on the people whose sites they
are, and says to me, (my opinion only),
a lot about the people running those sites---that they cannot just
forgive the people that they believe have
wronged them, or do not share the same opinion as they do, and just go
on...

I've said my peace---I hope, that whatever is holding up the removal
of the anything from websites, and webpages,
is in the near future able to be negotiated between all parties, so
that we can get down to discussing topics of
interest.

Myrl, every time you flip all of those web pages -- you are giving

Initially, Bee publicly purposed I remove my website and Ilena remove
all references to both me and Myrl from her 'shit-list' webpages.
After a short time only references me were made. I thought that (as
Bee suggested) Ilena might become willing to make peace with even more
people if she and I could succeed.
To demonstrate my willingness, the evening prior to the 4/1 4:00pm
deadline I changed my index.html page to say the site was down pending
a peace agreement. The next day, I deleted all the pages off my
server, except the index.html note.
I assumed Ilena had seen my sincerity, because shortly she announced
she had removed my name off the coleah.html page. I was actually
shocked by her apparent 'enthusiastic cooperation'.
As days went on, more pages were discovered with my name. I grew
impatient and was amazed that Ilena almost whimpered when she posted
that she'd been working as fast as she could. The deadline was long
gone, and I quit waiting.
See, at first I assumed that, like me, Ilena wanted peace for peace's
sake. I had no idea that Ilena had told Bee that she wanted Patrick
O'Leary to cancel the Judgment she owes him (with interest, perhaps
$20,000) . Nope, it was not 'peace for peace's sake' with Ilena.
I believe when Ilena saw I'd taken my website down, she assumed Bee
had communicated her demand, and that I had 'agreed'. Thus her new
and 'enthusiastic cooperation, all of a sudden.
Someone else contacted Ilena, seeking removal of their name also and
was told it was going to cost money, or else (as a hint of 'worst
things to come'). So much for 'peace'.

deadline I changed my index.html page to say the site was down pending
a peace agreement.  The next day, I deleted all the pages off my
server, except the index.html note.
I assumed Ilena had seen my sincerity, because shortly she announced
she had removed my name off the coleah.html page.  I was actually
shocked by her apparent 'enthusiastic cooperation'.
As days went on, more pages were discovered with my name.  I grew
impatient and was amazed that Ilena almost whimpered when she posted
that she'd been working as fast as she could.  The deadline was long
gone, and I quit waiting.
See, at first I assumed that, like me, Ilena wanted peace for peace's
sake.  I had no idea that  Ilena had told Bee that she wanted Patrick
O'Leary to cancel the Judgment she owes him (with interest, perhaps
$20,000) .   Nope, it was not 'peace for peace's sake' with Ilena.
I believe when Ilena saw I'd taken my website down, she assumed Bee
had communicated her demand, and that I had 'agreed'.  Thus her new
and 'enthusiastic cooperation, all of a sudden.
Someone else contacted Ilena, seeking removal of their name also and
was told it was going to cost money, or else (as a hint of 'worst

First of all my communication regarding a peace agreement was strictly

Ah......Jan. MY communication was all public. I did not know what
Bee and Ilena were discussing between themselves in private emails,
and especially anything about Ilena's expectation of $$$ gain in the

Also, Ilena references she has removed "websites" she has devoted to
Coleah. That is an incorrect statement. For example - NO "websites"
belonging to Ilena have/had been removed. BUT certain WEBPAGES to her
WEBSITES had been REPLACED with different content. NO WEBPAGES HAD
BEEN REMOVED, AND ESPECIALLY NO WEBSITES HAD BEEN REMOVED BY ILENA.

Then when you hit double digits - 10 - Is Book 1-Introduction
chapter. Every year ending
in Zero is always the introduction chapter to the next book. Thus

My dictionary defines "provoker" as "someone who deliberately foments
trouble." Posting a statement that you are going to ignore someone isn't
one of provocation, as it isn't made to "foment trouble." The statement was
posted explicitly to avoid trouble and alleviate trouble. Isn't it funny how
someone who just accused someone else of misusing a word has now been shown

that you got from the health fraud group with reference to this----I
already
investigated the information and not from Coleah either.

Everyone was actually "in shock" that the shit pages were going to

Very interesting happenings ...

It appears that Bee, who approached me to open negotiations witlh
Coleah (specifically NOT Myrl) ... and then passed on Andrew Langer's
message to me ... has now decided to open up all of the correspondence
from that time. Coleah has posted snippets of my personal email
initiated by Bee ... my belief had been that these were personal.
Interesting that Bee & Coleah decided they are not.

I have still seen no evidence of 'strong arm' tactics.

They have claimed I threatened them. I deny that.

Coleah and Myrl have now accused me of 'extortion' ... a serious crime
which I deny.

Professional PR and smear campaign people who profitted mightily at my
expense for many, many years, wasting my time, energy, and other
resources to defend myself ... made careers for themselves in their "I
Hate Ilena Rosenthal and You Should Too" campaign.

I have many other things I could be doing right now for example ...
but here I am being falsely accused of extortion and forced to clear
my public name yet again. Another example is from July, 2001, when
Myrl Jeffcoat spread a totally filthy & typical false rumor that I am

It cost me in many ways every moment I had to defend myself ...

Andrew M Langer, for example, was on corporate 'public outreach'

Langer proudly admitted working closely with Steve Milloy.

That's a lie, that you are perpetuating! Shortly before the peace
agreement became announced, Ilena Rosenthal began pumping up an attack
campaign against me. There were numerous postings whe made using my
name in the subject line of this newsgroup. Folks were emailing me
wondering what had set Ilena off (this time).

Coleah asked my opinion, about the peace agreement, and I told her
that I felt that she was damned if she did, and damned if she didn't.
She'd need to make the decision of her choice, and because she is my
friend, I'd back her either way. I clearly had doubts whether Ilena

As all things are with Ilena, Coleah took down her website. Ilena
removed absolutely NO PAGES on Coleah - choosing to replace content on
existing pages with Coleah's name in the URL instead. And at the
bottom of each of the pages about Coleah was Ilena's toll gate,
PayPAL, "Please send money" link.

On other of Ilena's pages devoted to other of her "Mine Enemies"
derrogatory materal about Coleah remained. NEVER did Ilena comply,
nor do I believe she really intended to comply with the peace
agreement. She was game playing from the beginning.

Looking back at that time, and how Ilena was putting my name in the
subject line of threads to this newsgroup, and on a serious attack
campaign against me, I believe, and several others feel, that Ilena
was trying to loosen me up for money, by having me ask to remove the
page she has "devoted" to me.

But I never asked!

When Ilena Rosenthal, through her own lack of acting in good faith to
the Peace agreement, forced Coleah to reinstal the webpages to
www.ilena-rosenthal.com - and renegotiate the terms of peace to
include the removal of ALL of Ilena's "Mine Enemies" pages in return
for the www.ilena-rosenthal.com website, I stood in agreement with
Coleah then as well.

Afterall, many of those abusive and libelous webpages are "devoted" to

advocating for. Many of them are quite ill as we stand here today,

in many years. They deserve to have peace in their lives. Most acted

Security until Probert emailed me this and told me that he contacted
him about me.
My investigation centered around the board action that I described and
an insurance company action that was found to have absolutely no merit
and was dropped. (I don't even take insurance!!) (Probert deals with
insurance companies in his business and I also believe that he has
associations with groups that target people like me.My career and
reputation were ruined by such groups.
I simply wanted to see if there were connections that were relevant.
It is my life.
The email was private and very benign.
Then when he brings up the fact that his brother in law is in Homeland
Security, (which I DID NOT know) , and he contacted him about me, that
is when I posted. There was nothing in my email to him that could
ever be remotely considered a threat to anybody or even considered an
insult.

My career focus has been helping people. Read my story. My career has
been ruined for doing such.
I wanted to try and find out the players that may have been involved
in destroying my career for my own information.

If you think contacting Homeland Security on me is OK, and if you
think what hapenned to me by the NYS Education department os OK, then

license. I have had contact with the OPMC which governs MDs,
specificially regarding the treatment of my mother by a doctor. His
license was revoked, and the evidence that was used was my mother's
medical records, and the other doctors in the practice. They had
ethics.

through underwriters. They are a cheerless lot.

However, there is one orthodontist in my area who was censured a few
years ago and he has not had any problem continuing his practice. He
does have a "cooperating dentist" who works directly with him, which
was part of the settlement he made.

My family used someone else, though, as this fellow's office was not
wheelchair accessible.

Hopefully, he will be able in the near future to find some way to
return to practice. If so, I hope he is wise enough to find an
insurance broker who gives a crap and will insure him properly, along
with ensuring that his license is protected.

I like the option of choosing traditional or biological dentistry. I
never knew
there was such a trade until recently. I guess it would be like
seeing a MD or
a DO. Both well schooled, and different kinds of methods of
treatment. It is not
to say one is wrong and one is right. But people see people doing
things that they
have no studied and get all excited over nothing --- I've been reading
up on biological
dentistry -- a different school of thought -- but it does make
sense.

at all NYSED actions as negative and a potential for future claims.
They refuse to look behind the claim for facts.

Keep in mind that the last time someone with a GPS unit was driving my
mother somewhere, she was unable to convince him that the road over which
he proposed to travel was closed -- after all, the GPS unit said that it was
the shortest route. I believe that the barrier across the road (not the
sign saying "ROAD CLOSED AHEAD") was what it took to convince him not to
trust his GPS unit.

and the Honorable Moses M. Weinstein was appointed as Special Referee.

Have you tried consulting with Tim Bolen? I believe he would agree
that sleuthing in this manner is not a good idea. Keep in mind, there
are worse things than not knowing all the players and all the
details. Nothing you do is going to change past events. I'm sorry
about what happened, but making yourself a target all over won't help
and it could make bad matters worse. Just my 2cents.

Excellent point. However, before one goes to B*len, one should check
out his track record regarding Stuie Suster, who wound up in MORE
trouble than he was after listening to the B8len Method.
