Now I'm filled with an urge to give Disraeli Gears another listen.

Does anybody keep an Umra Book of Remembrance? The question came to me
when it was announced that those quarantined by corona viruses were to
be confined in Arrowe Park Hospital, within spitting distance of where
we buried Chankel. And then I thought to my horror that I might just be
the last survivor of those who were present at the burial. Lizbuff
departed some time ago now, and I haven't seen any sign of George
Middleton for ages so know nothing of his whereabouts. George and I
bought three pints in the Arrowe Park Hotel and left one undrunk for
Charles.

Indeed you are, Rosie. No, nothing from George M for many years now.

Sincerely Chris

Missed hereabouts but there are daily reminders which make me smile.

Good. I just caught the last half of the film on BBC2. A Many
Splendoured Thing. I loved the book, and others by Han Suyin. It is
sad, but the reminders the heroine has left are lovely.
