Hi !
Yo...... boom
he past however long I'd been playing it that I had to take a
**I hear that! It was frustrating because I've played fun shootem ups
without pulping my hands. Annoying.
The Horror of Time finally catching up to us. I guess....
Post by KaiyanwanWwwoooaaa, your wrists got tore up???
**From my wrists to my finger tips, my hands were achy and numb (like
pin prickly). Probably the start of carpal tunnel :)
With the way my puter has been acting I've been messing with my computer
less and less. I guess that is a good thing (for now).
Post by KaiyanwanThey are few video games that I find worthy of replaying nowadays.
**Halo, Medal of Honor: Frontline, Resident Evil 0 and SplinterCell
got many replays.
I have a couple of computer games that I have my eye on like Leisure Suit
Larry and Sims 2 to get. I really need to check out the videogames.
Post by KaiyanwanUmm, Metroid Prime is a pretty big ass game. They are other video
games that I think deserve that remark at the landscape being way too
small, but not Metroid Prime.
**It *is* a big ass game. At first, I thought, phhht, I'll never use
the map then it became my best friend! And it was pretty cool once I
figured it out :) Then I figured out it was tons of backtracking and
running through rooms I've already thoroughly tore apart.
Rooms that change with different pains in the ass monsters to kill. I DID
NOT LIKE THAT. I've played games that were much more annoying to backtrack
through.
Of course,
at the end, there were those f*ckin' ghosts that were a bastard to
kill.
I just said a big FU to those beasties and ran from them. They took too
much energy and time to deal with. (I think) You do know this is pretty old
school for me because it has been a year or whatever since I played that
game.
Post by KaiyanwanYou actually beat the last boss without any cheat codes? Damn, that
mothafucka was a tough cocksucker.
**No! I didn't use cheat codes! What fun is that?
When I get tired of a game. I will cheat, steal, murder and kill to finish
it. I have no moral dilemma using cheat codes. When a game has to be
finished it has to be finished by hook or by crook. I will!!!
I want to get good
at a game, then the second time I play, I kick serious ass.
I'm not a big replayer of games. I like to love them and leave them. Of
course, there are always the exception.
I'm not
adverse to using a strategy guide (like at gamefaqs) though.
Boom,
I'm the king of strategy books (when I need them).
, I'm thinking about getting a PS2. GT4 looks good! My Xbox is
officially kaput. Stupid defective DVD drive. I might get another one
of those for Halo 2! and some other games.
So there are now two dead Xboxes or just one?
Also! Guess what!? I bought a Panasonic DVD recorder!
Excellent. :-)
A dmr-e85h. What
brand of media do you use in your recorders?
All kinds.
Have any of your pannys
had problems with TDK media?
I haven't noticed anything, but I'm not sliding in my TDK discs to rewatch
what I have a lot either. It seems like these are the current new
ones (the TDK). Since I don't have an E85 I don't think I'll have anything
to worry about.
I bought a small pack of Memorex and a
small pack of TDK (mainly to test) then subsequently read that some
people have had problems with TDK and their e85. I bought some Maxells
Maxell seems pretty decent. Just a lil expensive. I've also tried Memorex.
I REALLY DON'T have any kind of brand loyalty.
made in Japan for serious archiving (of VHS tapes). I plan on using
Japanese media not Taiwanese for my own personal archiving. Any
thoughts?
I WOULD NOT GET ANY UBER CHEAP DVD's. A friend of mine tried to pimp me to
doing it, but I said no to do si do. The DVD media that was so cheap was
Riotek or something like that. Of course, his stupid ass never did it
either. It just seems stupid to be getting uber cheap crap to retain things
that you want to keep forever.
