Ok, here's a list of titles I couldn't find in a previous listing but
I have been wrong before. See if these are Ok.

Columbus Pharoahs - China Girl - 1958

Boptones - Be My Pussy Cat - 1958

Sammy Masters - Pink Cadillac - 1956

Johnny Carroll - Crazy, Crazy Lovin' - 1956

I don't have a lot of time to devote to this at the present time due
to many constraints. It will eventually clear up.

I'm sorry. I'm in the middle of some stuff right now. I'm going to have to pass this month.

We need one more entrant here. 36 songs is a problem, but if we get to 40 I can work that out. Maybe Bob or Mark can come in after a few more days, or maybe someone else can get in.

Nine groups of four can work. Eliminate one from each group and the two lowest third place finishers and you're down to 25. Then five groups of five. Eliminate two from each group and you're down to fifteen. Three groups of five, eliminating two from each and the lowest third place point getter you're at eight, which the previous semi-finals contained.
Okay, we'll go to 25, but then to 16 instead of 15. We'll have 5 groups of 5 with 9 leaving instead of 10. The highest scoring 4th place record will stay. Once we get top 16 then it's business as usual.

Some alternatives if you are interested (I'm fine with the above, but I had thought about these
before Bill posted):

- The June tournament took 22 days. You could ask if Bob or Mark can come in by July 8.
- Run 9 groups of 4 and eliminate only the 4 lowest 4th-place records.
- Let 8 of us nominate 1 additional song each. Probably 1 person would be willing to pass (I would
be if no one else was).
- If you don't get 8 additional songs, take the first 4. Divide the 40 songs into 8 groups of 5
and eliminate the 5th place in each group.
