Apparently it is not usual for the GPDA to represent 100% of active F1 drivers, but this is the current situation. Those who had chosen to stay outside of the fold included Hamilton and Raikkonen, but now everybody is signed up.
These absences don't often enjoy a lot of publicity. I remember that early on Jacques Villeneuve declined to join, but I'd thought he was a notable exception. Maybe not.
