Hi,
I'm thinking about buying the Neue Bach Ausgabe volume of Die Kunst Der
Fuge since it's my favourite musical composition and I think this is
one of the best editions of the work. The problem is that it costs
around 200€ or even more and I don't know if it worths the money. If
anyone can bring up light to this or give your opinion it would be
great!
Thanks!

The Ba:renreiter edition is based on the NBA, and it's not all that
expensive -- 25.50 Euros:

You can cheaply purchase a copy of the old Bachgesellschaft score from
Dover --

You may also find free copies of various editions the score online:

Breitkoph & Hertel edition)

You're right but I was looking for a de-luxe edition of Die Kunst Der
Fuge. What I wanted to know if 200€ NBA worths the money it costs. I
already have the "playable" edition.

Dear Albert,

https://www.baerenreiter.com/html/completeedi/gabach.htm#serie8

It will cost you about 270 Euros. But it will include the scholarly preface
and the critical notes in a separate brochure--be sure toget them. There
are many discrepancies among the sources, and the critical notes will
straighten it out for you. That is, not all early sources even agree on the
order
of the pieces. Every music library, and quite a few general libraries will
have the Neue Bach Ausgabe, and you can look at it before shelling out
so much cash.

And it is a bound, large size score.

If you read German, I'd say "Go for it!!"
