I heard the repeat of Sunday's TA in the car this afternoon.

The cricket team were playing away at Darrington, weren't they? Adam told
his mother Darrington provide a good spread. So why had Harrington told Rex
to pick up the tea bags* from the pavilion on the way to the match? Surely
they don't have to take their own tea bags to away matches.

*hm, or am I deafer than I thought and it was team bags... and if so, what
does that mean, don't players provide their own kit?

Team bags would have bats, balls, possibly other team equipment - gloves?

With the exception of the Royal Box, of course.

Bread is lovely, don't get me wrong. But it's not cake. Or it's rubbish cake.
I always thought that bread needed more sugar and some icing. - Sarah Millican

Surely everyone has their own bats and gloves. I have known the
sharing of boxes, though! Why would the team leave their kit at the
pavillion? Surely it's up to each player to turn up with their own
kit?

Royal Opera House!

I think George was more of a footie fan than a cricket fan.

I heard it as team bags.

But I know nothing about cricket 'housekeeping'
