Why is Jesus the only way?

Because of how He was born (of a virgin, He didn't carry original sin).

Because of what He did at the cross (He was innocent, condemned when
there was no charge against Him, meaning He could take our sin upon
Himself since He had none).

Because of what He did in the resurrection (He died, went to Hell and
paid the price of our sin, and because the willing sacrifice of the
Righteous One pleased God, He raised Him back to life and gave Him a
name above every name, so that Jesus now sits at the right hand of God
the Father, with all authority in Heaven and upon the Earth under His
command, because of what He did).

Because He lives today and will change your life (when you come to
Jesus and ask forgiveness for your sin, a real transaction takes place.
Your sin goes to Jesus, and His perfect spotless righteousness comes to
you. You literally stand before God as His Son is ... perfect, without
blemish, spotless and beautiful).

There is nothing given to man which is like the free offer of salvation
through Jesus Christ. Each of us has sin. Each of us needs a Savior.
Jesus Christ is that Savior. And, He's made it free for the asking,
the true mark of a loving God desiring the maximum return on His work
at the cross.

You can be saved right now. If you know you have sin, ask Jesus to
forgive your sin. He will do so right there where you are. There are
no special words to say, no special key phrases. He knows your heart.
He knows if you are sincere or not. If you speak to Him as best you're
able, He will meet you where you are and give you eternal life.

You can be free from the judgment of sin right now ... just ask Him to
forgive you. Call upon His name and tell Him you are a sinner, and
that you do not want to perish in your sin, but want to be restored to
eternal life.

He is faithful and just to forgive you no matter what you've done.
You can start anew right now. Right this very moment. Just call out
to Him and ask Him to forgive you.

I'll be praying for you.

Thank you,

Does that mean he had to make up his own? And what is sinful about the way
the rest of us were born? Be fruitful and multiply! That is hardly a sin!

We are made in the image and likeness of God. He is one God, yet He is
God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, just as we are one:
soul, body, spirit.

When Adam sinned, He died spiritually. He passed that on to all of his
descendants. Jesus didn't come from the line of Adam. He was born of
a virgin so He didn't have Adam's original sin. This made Hum a man under
our law, but he wasn't already condemned by original sin. Any sin He
had would either be His own, or any sin He chose to take on voluntarily
of His own volition.

Jesus was manifested into the world for that purpose: to take away our
sin, and set us free from the judgment and punishment of sin.

He had no sin of His own, so He was able to go to the cross innocent,
where God the Father supernaturally reached across time to all who
would be saved past, present, and future, transferring their sin unto
Jesus, so that when He died, their sin died with Him, condemning Him
in their place, and setting us free.

I am not responsible for the actions of my ancestors... the very idea that I
am is rather absurd to me. I mean, really, if your great, great grandfather
did something horrid do you hold responsibility for it? I say no. Does not
mean if he, say, stole a million dollars from another family and you benefit
from that you cannot try to make amends by giving them back their money

the very idea that I

mean if he, say, stole a million dollars from another family and you benefit
from that you cannot try to make amends by giving them back their money
(with interest, etc.) but you are not responsible for the wrongs of others.
It's about our nature, not individual laws which are broken. But
even the lawful indescretions of our ancestors carry forward into
us. Our families and societies may be built upon evil deeds and
deceptive paths to wealth, and that spirit the ancestor operated
in carries forward to the children so they are of that same spirit.

There is the spirit nature you are unaware of, Snit. It's why you
find it impossible to understand the things of Jesus and the Bible
as being true. You are only looking at things through your natural
understanding, and because of sin that understanding is corrupt and
can be deceived.

It's why the path to salvation is to pursue the truth. You cannot
find the truth on your own. The enemy of this world will deceive
you so that you think you have a handle on it, but you are still
only embracing the lie.

But when you seek the truth, and honestly desire to know it, God
knows you are doing this, that you are in pursuit of this. He
then reaches into your life supernaturally and moves things around
and makes it possible for you to come to the truth for real. He
does the things you cannot do in your sinful, fallen state, so
that you can come to His Son, repent, ask forgiveness, and be
saved.

How can the dead man raise Himself? He cannot. But the one who
has power over life and death can command the dead man to rise,
and he will rise.

This is what Jesus does for us by taking our sin away. He has the
power over death, Hell, and the grave, and He commands His love
toward us so that we, even in our sinful death, unable to do anything
about our state, are overcome by His commanding His love toward us,
so that we are risen by His Grace.

murder and slavery and all that stuff? The condemning of wearing of clothes
made of different fabrics and the like? Do you just find "work arounds" to
ignore those things and pretend they are not there but other things matter

Everything in the Bible is understood in a proper context. Some of it
literally cannot be reconciled to the natural understanding only. It
seems an impossible contradiction that "a loving God" could instruct
Israel to do some of the things He did.

Satan uses that flesh-based understanding to trap people into man's
reasoning whereby it's easy to conclude God is something other than
He is. Satan uses our fallen state against us because we are weak
in our flesh, defeated, in sin, able to be deceived.

But when we pursue the truth of the matter, and want to know how it
is that God, who is Love, could do such a thing, command such a thing,
teach such a thing, etc., and we press in wanting to honestly know
the truth of that issue ... then He will draw us to the place we need
to go to receive that which we need to be able to understand it.

Everything comes back to the three-fold nature of man: soul, body,
spirit. We are spiritually dead, and some things of God can only
be understood spiritually. It is from within that new nature Jesus
makes possible for us to have by taking our sin away that we can
then understand those aspects of God.

Yet other aspects of God our flesh can understand. We have a legal
system. If you break the law you pay the price in the legal system.
With God and God's laws there is a standard of perfection. So,
every violation of the law demands one punishment for an eternal
being bent on disobeying God (who is truth, which another way to
say that is to say that every violation of the law demands one
punishment for an eternal being bent on not following what is right
and true and proper, but instead is embracing their own ideas about
what is right, even though they do not have the ability to understand
the full depths of the creation of the universe): Hell. A place of
eternal isolation with a torment that occupies a soul for all time,
so they and their false-seeking ideas will never influence creation
again.

It's similar to what we would do with a system we created. If we
made a piece of hardware or designed some software to behave a
certain way, we would instruct each part (by its design) on how
to be, what to do, and what not to do. So long as everything
obeyed its instruction, we would keep the circuit or software in
tact. But if we discovered piece X or piece Y or algorithm Z
was doing something other than we instructed, we would have no
qualms with taking that errant component out, and possibly
replacing it with another.

This is what God has done with His creation, but on the scale of
living peoples, rather than simple hardware or software.

And to ascribe traits to God that are inappropriate as the
guardian of His creation is to rise up against Him concluding
that you, oh created one, know better than He does how His
universe should operate.

Our best teams of PhD scientists are discovering things with
the LHC today that confound the standard model. Our biggest
brains do not yet know what is going on in this universe, and
yet we think we have a handle on things in a way to instruct
God on how things should be? No, sir. We are the students,
He is the master.

Everything God has done is in perfect understanding, perfect Love,
perfect guidance, and perfect focus for a maximum return on that
which He has created and given free will to: mankind.

Every person who seeks the truth will find it and be saved. The
rest will perish in their sin because they remain in rebellion
against truth, against Him, against everything that is right and
holy, and they will not be a part of His eternal kingdom for
those reasons.

It's all there, Snit ... if you want to seek to understand it.
But if you want to gloss over it, and replace real research and
truth-seeking endeavors with summary conclusions based on your
own personal perceptions about the way things are ... then there
is an enemy of God who will cater to your personal willingness-
to-believe systems. You can go to your grave believing whatever
you want to about all of the things which matter to you.

But if you will simply set your sights on knowing the truth, and
asking within your own inner-most man questions like: "If I am
wrong, then I want to know. If there is another way, then I
want to know. If Jesus is real, then I want to know," and if you
really do mean it and aren't just parroting those words in some
kind of mocking response to this message, then God will know your
heart and He will make it possible for you to come to the truth.

He honors our free will. He knows who are His, and who will be
His. And He is already working in the lives of everyone who will
come to believe, such that when their day comes they will be
where they need to be, hearing what they need to hear, so that
they too can be saved.

God really is in control. Satan has been defeated. The many
lies which exist in this world are overcome by seeking the truth
in all cases (that relate to our pursuit of salvation). And
Jesus Christ has made it possible, and God Himself guides us to
each place we need to be to come to saving faith.

Good luck on your endeavor, Snit. Jesus Himself will lead you
to truth ... if you are interested in finding it. If not, then
He also gives the warning that such false-seeking endeavors do
come with a price: condemnation and Hellfire.

It's your choice. Seek the truth and be saved ... or perish in
Hell.

Thank you,

Interesting.

You can read her genealogy in Luke.
Or in Matthew... but they are different. Here, the text from each:

Luke 3:23-31:

And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as
was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli, Which
was the son of Matthat, which was the son of Levi, which was the son
of Melchi, which was the son of Janna, which was the son of Joseph,
Which was the son of Mattathias, which was the son of Amos, which
was the son of Naum, which was the son of Esli, which was the son of
Nagge, Which was the son of Maath, which was the son of Mattathias,
which was the son of Semei, which was the son of Joseph, which was
the son of Juda, Which was the son of Joanna, which was the son of
Rhesa, which was the son of Zorobabel, which was the son of
Salathiel, which was the son of Neri, Which was the son of Melchi,
which was the son of Addi, which was the son of Cosam, which was the
son of Elmodam, which was the son of Er, Which was the son of Jose,
which was the son of Eliezer, which was the son of Jorim, which was

Simeon, which was the son of Juda, which was the son of Joseph,
which was the son of Jonan, which was the son of Eliakim, Which was
the son of Melea, which was the son of Menan, which was the son of
Mattatha, which was the son of Nathan, which was the son of David.

Matthew 1:6-16:
-----
David the king begat Solomon of her that had been the wife of Urias;
And Solomon begat Roboam; and Roboam begat Abia; and Abia begat Asa;
And Asa begat Josaphat; and Josaphat begat Joram; and Joram begat
Ozias; And Ozias begat Joatham; and Joatham begat Achaz; and Achaz
begat Ezekias; And Ezekias begat Manasses; and Manasses begat Amon;
and Amon begat Josias; And Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren,
about the time they were carried away to Babylon: And after they
were brought to Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel; and Salathiel

was doing something other than we instructed, we would have no qualms with
taking that errant component out, and possibly replacing it with another.
This is what God has done with His creation, but on the scale of living
peoples, rather than simple hardware or software.
And to ascribe traits to God that are inappropriate as the guardian of His
creation is to rise up against Him concluding that you, oh created one, know
better than He does how His universe should operate.
Our best teams of PhD scientists are discovering things with the LHC today
that confound the standard model. Our biggest brains do not yet know what is
going on in this universe, and yet we think we have a handle on things in a
way to instruct God on how things should be? No, sir. We are the students,
He is the master.
Everything God has done is in perfect understanding, perfect Love, perfect
guidance, and perfect focus for a maximum return on that which He has created
and given free will to: mankind.
Every person who seeks the truth will find it and be saved. The rest will
perish in their sin because they remain in rebellion against truth, against
Him, against everything that is right and holy, and they will not be a part of
His eternal kingdom for those reasons.
It's all there, Snit ... if you want to seek to understand it. But if you want
to gloss over it, and replace real research and truth-seeking endeavors with
summary conclusions based on your own personal perceptions about the way
things are ... then there is an enemy of God who will cater to your personal
willingness- to-believe systems. You can go to your grave believing whatever
you want to about all of the things which matter to you.
But if you will simply set your sights on knowing the truth, and asking within
your own inner-most man questions like: "If I am wrong, then I want to know.
If there is another way, then I want to know. If Jesus is real, then I want
to know," and if you really do mean it and aren't just parroting those words
in some kind of mocking response to this message, then God will know your
heart and He will make it possible for you to come to the truth.
He honors our free will. He knows who are His, and who will be His. And He
is already working in the lives of everyone who will come to believe, such
that when their day comes they will be where they need to be, hearing what
they need to hear, so that they too can be saved.
God really is in control. Satan has been defeated. The many lies which exist
in this world are overcome by seeking the truth in all cases (that relate to
our pursuit of salvation). And Jesus Christ has made it possible, and God
Himself guides us to each place we need to be to come to saving faith.
Good luck on your endeavor, Snit. Jesus Himself will lead you to truth ... if
you are interested in finding it. If not, then He also gives the warning that
such false-seeking endeavors do come with a price: condemnation and Hellfire.
It's your choice. Seek the truth and be saved ... or perish in Hell.
Just so you know, your comments make as much sense as this:
-----
Some of it literally cannot be reconciled to the natural
understanding only. It seems an impossible contradiction that "a
loving Invisible Green Dragon" could instruct The Monkey Palace to
do some of the things She did.

Easy Cheese uses that flesh-based understanding to trap people into
man's reasoning whereby it's easy to conclude Invisible Green Dragon
is something other than She is. Easy Cheese uses our fallen state
against us because we are weak in our flesh, defeated, in sin, able
to be deceived.

But when we pursue the truth of the matter, and want to know how it
is that Invisible Green Dragon, who is Love, could do such a thing,
command such a thing, teach such a thing, etc., and we press in
wanting to honestly know the truth of that issue ... then She will
draw us to the place we need to go to receive that which we need to
be able to understand it.

Everything comes back to the three-fold nature of man: crystal
spiritual energy, body, ethereal penguin essence. We are ethereal
penguin essenceually dead, and some things of Invisible Green Dragon
can only be understood ethereal penguin essenceually. It is from
within that new nature Abraham Lincoln makes possible for us to have
by taking our sin away that we can then understand those aspects of
Invisible Green Dragon.

Yet other aspects of Invisible Green Dragon our flesh can
understand. We have a legal system. If you break the law you pay
the price in the legal system. With Invisible Green Dragon and
Invisible Green Dragon's laws there is a standard of perfection. So,
every violation of the law demands one punishment for an eternal
being bent on disobeying Invisible Green Dragon (who is truth, which
another way to say that is to say that every violation of the law
demands one punishment for an eternal being bent on not following
what is right and true and proper, but instead is embracing their
own ideas about what is right, even though they do not have the
ability to understand the full depths of the creation of the
universe): The inside of a mule's anus. A place of eternal
isolation with a torment that occupies a crystal spiritual energy
for all time, so they and their false-seeking ideas will never
influence creation again.

It's similar to what we would do with a system we created. If we
made a piece of hardware or designed some software to behave a
certain way, we would instruct each part (by its design) on how to
be, what to do, and what not to do. So long as everything obeyed
its instruction, we would keep the circuit or software in tact. But
if we discovered piece X or piece Y or algorithm Z was doing
something other than we instructed, we would have no qualms with
taking that errant component out, and possibly replacing it with
another.

This is what Invisible Green Dragon has done with Her creation, but
on the scale of living peoples, rather than simple hardware or
software.

And to ascribe traits to Invisible Green Dragon that are
inappropriate as the guardian of Her creation is to rise up against
Him concluding that you, oh created one, know better than She does
how Her universe should operate.

Our best teams of PhD scientists are discovering things with the LHC
today that confound the standard model. Our biggest brains do not
yet know what is going on in this universe, and yet we think we have
a handle on things in a way to instruct Invisible Green Dragon on
how things should be? No, sir. We are the students, She is the

rest will perish in their sin because they remain in rebellion

It's all there, Rick ... if you want to seek to understand it. But
if you want to gloss over it, and replace real research and
truth-seeking endeavors with summary conclusions based on your own
personal perceptions about the way things are ... then there is an
enemy of Invisible Green Dragon who will cater to your personal
willingness- to-believe systems. You can go to your grave believing
whatever you want to about all of the things which matter to you.

But if you will simply set your sights on knowing the truth, and

know. If Abraham Lincoln is real, then I want to know," and if you
really do mean it and aren't just parroting those words in some kind

You can read her genealogy in Luke.
Or in Matthew... but they are different.
Maternal ancestry.
Royal / paternal ancestry.

What would your family tree look like going back in time from your
mother's side and father's side? Would they be identical?

-----
It's not my job to convince you. If you want to find flaws with
the Bible there's enough deception out there that you can take a
cursory glance at this or that and conclude that there's a flaw
in your flesh-based reasoning mind. It will be convincing enough
to your mind to keep you from going further, and you will perish
in your sin.

If you press in and say, "Okay, so God is truth. Yet here it seems
to be in contradiction. What is the real answer here?" and then
pursue that answer with purpose and rigor ... then God will reveal
it to you, and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you
free (from sin, from judgment for sin, from condemnation in Hell).

-----
Convincing you of the Bible's accuracy is the work of the Holy
Spirit. So long as you keep walls erected between you and Him,
you will never ever find it, Snit.

If you lower those walls, and seek the truth, then He will show
it to you.

You did not read the lists. And ignored the text which explained the errors.

So it is inconsistent in a way that you cannot explain. Flawed. Broken.

The very book you use to defend the book you claim is truth is broken.

Not a good sign for your story here.

You did not read the lists.
I have had people give me this argument before, and I have researched
the issue so I could respond with Biblical authority.

The information is out there if you are interested. But there is a
lot of condemning information out there as well, because the enemy of
God wants you deceived into believing lies until you leave this world,
so it will be too late to save your eternal soul from Hell. He wants
you deceived into your flesh-based "reasoning" mind, so that you will
not come to Jesus, ask forgiveness, and be saved.

It's a plan that works on all people who won't seek the truth, because
the only way a person can find the truth is to seek it. And only real
truth-seekers are modified by God the Father to be able to know the
truth, come to Jesus, and be saved. The rest remain where they are:
already condemned, already on their way to Hell.

-----
I've told you everything you need to come to faith: Seek the truth
with passion and rigor.

When you do this, you will find it. Until then, it will be forever
hidden from you.

Take care, Snit.

I can explain the apparent discrepancies in those lists to
satisfaction.

But the deeper issue for you to consider is: Am I willing to throw
away everything the Bible says because I found one thing which, to
me, at my present level of Bible understanding, appears to be a
contradiction, especially in light of the fact that someone says
there may be an explanation which would explain it satisfactorily?

If that's where you are, you need to move.

Can you explain how airplanes fly to a five-year old? They aren't
yet to the place where they can understand aerodynamics. You are
at this place in your ability to understand Biblical things because
you're only looking at it through the flesh. My responses to you
would have no meaning, would appear also to be contradiction and
nonsense, and would (to your flesh) give you more cause to turn and
run with disbelief.

It requires a new focus. A willingness to step outside of yourself
and move in a direction your flesh can't take you ... toward the
truth.
Post by Snit

I apologize. It's not in my field of interests. And I will not go
down paths of flesh-based reasoning to approach things that are
spirit in nature.

Flesh can backup flesh, but not spirit. It holds no bearing or
scrutiny in matters of the spirit. My guidance to you is toward
the spirit, which is the path to coming to faith, knowing God,
having the proof you seek, etc.

What you're asking me to do is come down to where you are (in the
flesh) and argue there. It's Satan's work within you, by the way,
because there is no victory toward faith in the flesh. There is
only loss.

-----
It's why I don't go there. Flesh leads only to deception, more
sin, and death in Hell. Only God's Holy Spirit leads to life, and
that requires the new man, the honest seeking, and the change from
within only God can make.

We are not your clones. ;)
All people with sin will perish in Hell because of their sin. They are guilty
before a holy God. Period. Across the board.

The good news is Jesus came to save us from that end. All who come
to Him are forgiven, and gain eternal life. His arrival was announced
by a host of Heavenly Hosts who sang and lit up the night sky with the
good news.

Not clones. The "redeemed" from sin and death, each with their own
special unique and distinct attributes and interests, added to God's
Kingdom.

God wants us to thrive in His Kingdom. He does not want to Judge us.
It's why He sent His Son ... to make a way out for us. And only by
what Jesus did, His finished work at the cross, are we forgiven.

It's free to all who will receive.

Thank you,

If so he is very immoral... punishing people for an eternity based on 100
years or so of sin. Heck, and that sin need not even be harming anyone if I
understand you correctly, it can just be not accepting one particular view
as you harm nobody.

If a deity really is that petty and immoral I most certainly would not want
to worship him! It is part of why I think the Bible is better understood as
having been written by an unreliable narrator and his naïve followers.
Simple makes more sense that way, at least to me.

So to escape an eternity of torture you must go to him... in what way even?
Just saying you accept him. And if you don't, you are tortured for...
forever.

That is a description of an evil deity.

A "way out" of a maze of his own creation. That is evil. Why would anyone
want to worship a deity who played such evil games?

You are free to find a way out of this evil maze he created so he will not

That is nasty.

I do not write stories. I teach people those things taught in the
Bible, as are applied to the people I encounter in my life.

All Christians are teachers:

http://biblehub.com/kjv/matthew/28.htm
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given
unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded
you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the
world. Amen.

teacher?
I do not write stories.
Of course you do. You just posted one to me that was, basically, this:
-----
Some of it literally cannot be reconciled to the natural
understanding only.

No, sir. We are the students, She is the
master.

Everything Invisible Green Dragon has done is in perfect
understanding, perfect Love, perfect guidance, and perfect focus for
a maximum return on that which She has created and given free will
to: mankind.

Every person who seeks the truth will find it and be saved. The
rest will perish in their sin because they remain in rebellion
against truth, against Him, against everything that is right and
holy, and they will not be a part of Her eternal kingdom for those
reasons.

But if you will simply set your sights on knowing the truth, and
asking within your own inner-most man questions like: "If I am
wrong, then I want to know. If there is another way, then I want to
know. If Abraham Lincoln is real, then I want to know," and if you
really do mean it and aren't just parroting those words in some kind
of mocking response to this message, then Invisible Green Dragon
will know your heart and She will make it possible for you to come
to the truth.

She honors our free will. She knows who are Her, and who will be
Her. And She is already working in the lives of everyone who will
come to believe, such that when their day comes they will be where
they need to be, hearing what they need to hear, so that they too
can be saved.

Invisible Green Dragon really is in control. Easy Cheese has been
defeated. The many lies which exist in this world are overcome by
seeking the truth in all cases (that relate to our pursuit of
salvation). And Abraham Lincoln Christ has made it possible, and
Invisible Green Dragon Himself guides us to each place we need to be
to come to saving faith.

Good luck on your endeavor, Rick. Abraham Lincoln Himself will lead
you to truth ... if you are interested in finding it. If not, then
She also gives the warning that such false-seeking endeavors do come
with a price: condemnation and The inside of a mule's anus-fire.

It's your choice. Seek the truth and be saved ... or perish in The
inside of a mule's anus.

You should read deeply what I write. I don't write idle things.
There is subtlety and nuance in what I write, given to an audience
of this nature (scrutinizing, intelligent, well-considered).

You cannot understand all of it in your flesh. But if you pursue

you the spirit knowledge you need to see it as truth.

It's where we are, Mr. Man-wai Chang. Wherever a Christian is, that's
where they're teaching people about Jesus. I happen to be here
sometimes. I am also other places other times, and I teach there.

It's lonely. Most people most everywhere respond the same way most
people here do, except the other places are often in real face-to-
face life. I am shunned by people because of it in most circles.

I wrote a song about that shunning in 2014. It just popped in my
head fully formed. I was literally hearing it the first time as I
was singing it, and it's stuck with me through times of trial ever
since:

All I Have
----------
I am alone, my Lord, down here in this world.
I preach your saving blood, your life unfurled.
And people shun me ... to the point of despair.
And all I have is You, and everything There (in Heaven)

All I have is You, and the Heavenly Hosts,
and all eternity, and the Holy Ghost,
and everything that there is in this universe.
It's all I have down here, living for you ... immersed.

I'm having a statue made with a plaque: "All hail Rick the great!"

No. No statue. No plaque. I have nothing to offer you toward salvation.
I can only point you to the One who can save you, wants to save you, and
sends men and women like me into your life to teach you about Him.

My teachings stem from Him and the things He first taught me. I am in
that way a repeater of those things you could read for yourself in the
Bible ... if you would. Most won't, that's why men and women like me
are here.

Jesus loves you. He has plans for you. He wants to forgive your sin
and give you your inheritance in Heaven, co-heirs with Christ. Read
that song above. "And everything that there is in this universe..."

Those lyrics are there for a reason.

All people are under God's law and will be subject to judgment for
sin. It is not just for those who have heard the message, but in
one way or another God has presented Himself to all people world-
wide, in every language, in every place, presenting before them the
opportunity to hear and know truth and pursue it, or to hear and
know truth and turn away from it.

All of mankind will be judged by the level to which they've been
exposed to the message, and all of mankind will be judged.
Post by Jens Stuckelberger
Life is great, isn't it?
It is. But Life isn't the same as life here on Earth. Life (with a
capital L) is eternal, and is God's gift to man.

Bottom line: Jesus loves you, Jens. He will forgive your sin and
give you eternal life. He wants you to be with Him where He is in
the paradise of Heaven, unconstrained by our physical limitations
here in this world, but able to express ourselves fully, in body's
like the angels, painting our portion of His vast universe, lighting
up the place with all that is uniquely us.

It's His free gift to you ... if you'll just receive it.

he going to find work-arounds to ignore those parts?

I suspect the latter.

I should say: In this context where you are expressing the idea
that God condones such thing, and instructs His people on how to
regulate it as through the Law of Moses.

I'm asking you to cite the passages you refer to. There's a reason
why God has done everything He's done. It requires understanding,
patience, and a desire to know the truth.

I'm asking you to begin where you are in your understanding, so I
can know what you are referring to, and then teach you the correct
understanding of it.

It's offered to you if you want to know the truth.

And I'm trying to explain to you the way to faith, Snit. You are
wrapped up in the idea that if you can be shown evidence, then you
will find it.

I'm telling you it's not like that. Spirit is not flesh. You
won't come to it through the same things you do for flesh. When
a person is born again it's a new nature they're given. The old
man passes away, the new man comes into being. The two are not
the same.

Flesh is flesh.
Spirit is spirit.

Until you are willing to use the approach I outline (just seek to
know the truth about this with an honest truth-seeking endeavor),
it will remain forever hidden from you. But once you set your
sights on knowing the truth, whether it affirms your prior beliefs,
or provides you with the truth, then you will find it because God
Himself will lead you.

Are you understanding that there's a difference between flesh and
spirit? And that you cannot use flesh-things to arrive at spirit-
things?

Thank you,

Rape in the Bible

Rape is one of the most heinous crimes imaginable. Yet few people
know that the Bible often condones and even approves of rape. How
anyone can get their moral guidance from a book that allows rape
escapes me. Perhaps they have been lied to about the Bible and
carefully detoured around all the nasty stuff in the Bible.

So grab your Bibles and follow along as I show you all the nasty
rapes that your priests and preachers don¹t want to tell you about.
Note that in many places in the Bible there are references to
³taking a wife². Don¹t be fooled into thinking that these were
voluntary marriages. This first quote clearly shows that murder and
force were used to ³take² these wives.

1) Murder, rape, and pillage at Jabesh-gilead (Judges 21:10-24 NLT)

So they sent twelve thousand warriors to Jabesh-gilead with orders
to kill everyone there, including women and children. ³This is what
you are to do,² they said. ³Completely destroy all the males and
every woman who is not a virgin.² Among the residents of
Jabesh-gilead they found four hundred young virgins who had never
slept with a man, and they brought them to the camp at Shiloh in the
land of Canaan.

The Israelite assembly sent a peace delegation to the little remnant
of Benjamin who were living at the rock of Rimmon. Then the men of
Benjamin returned to their homes, and the four hundred women of
Jabesh-gilead who were spared were given to them as wives. But
there were not enough women for all of them. The people felt sorry
for Benjamin because the LORD had left this gap in the tribes of
Israel. So the Israelite leaders asked, ³How can we find wives for
the few who remain, since all the women of the tribe of Benjamin are
dead? There must be heirs for the survivors so that an entire tribe
of Israel will not be lost forever. But we cannot give them our own
daughters in marriage because we have sworn with a solemn oath that
anyone who does this will fall under God¹s curse.²

Then they thought of the annual festival of the LORD held in Shiloh,
between Lebonah and Bethel, along the east side of the road that
goes from Bethel to Shechem. They told the men of Benjamin who
still needed wives, ³Go and hide in the vineyards. When the women
of Shiloh come out for their dances, rush out from the vineyards,
and each of you can take one of them home to be your wife! And when
their fathers and brothers come to us in protest, we will tell them,
ŒPlease be understanding. Let them have your daughters, for we
didn¹t find enough wives for them when we dest60royed Jabesh-gilead.
And you are not guilty of breaking the vow since you did not give
your daughters in marriage to them.'² So the men of Benjamin did as
they were told. They kidnapped the women who took part in the
celebration and carried them off to the land of their own
inheritance. Then they rebuilt their towns and lived in them. So
the assembly of Israel departed by tribes and families, and they
returned to their own homes.

Obviously these women were repeatedly raped. These sick bastards
killed and raped an entire town and then wanted more virgins, so
they hid beside the road to kidnap and rape some more. How can
anyone see this as anything but evil?

2) Murder, rape and pillage of the Midianites (Numbers 31:7-18 NLT)

They attacked Midian just as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they
killed all the men. All five of the Midianite kings Evi, Rekem,
Zur, Hur, and Reba died in the battle. They also killed Balaam
son of Beor with the sword. Then the Israelite army captured the
Midianite women and children and seized their cattle and flocks and
all their wealth as plunder. They burned all the towns and villages
where the Midianites had lived. After they had gathered the plunder
and captives, both people and animals, they brought them all to
Moses and Eleazar the priest, and to the whole community of Israel,
which was camped on the plains of Moab beside the Jordan River,
across from Jericho.

Moses, Eleazar the priest, and all the leaders of the people went to
meet them outside the camp. But Moses was furious with all the
military commanders who had returned from the battle. ³Why have you
let all the women live?² he demanded. ³These are the very ones who
followed Balaam¹s advice and caused the people of Israel to rebel
against the LORD at Mount Peor. They are the ones who caused the
plague to strike the LORD¹s people. Now kill all the boys and all
the women who have slept with a man. Only the young girls who are
virgins may live; you may keep them for yourselves.

Clearly Moses and God approves of rape of virgins.

3) More Murder Rape and Pillage (Deuteronomy 20:10-14)

As you approach a town to attack it, first offer its people terms
for peace. If they accept your terms and open the gates to you,
then all the people inside will serve you in forced labor. But if
they refuse to make peace and prepare to fight, you must attack the
town. When the LORD your God hands it over to you, kill every man
in the town. But you may keep for yourselves all the women,
children, livestock, and other plunder. You may enjoy the spoils of
your enemies that the LORD your God has given you.

What kind of God approves of murder, rape, and slavery?

4) Laws of Rape (Deuteronomy 22:28-29 NAB)

If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not
engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he
must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will
never be allowed to divorce her.

What kind of lunatic would make a rape victim marry her attacker?
Answer: God.

5) Death to the Rape Victim (Deuteronomy 22:23-24 NAB)

If within the city a man comes upon a maiden who is betrothed, and
has relations with her, you shall bring them both out of the gate of
the city and there stone them to death: the girl because she did not
cry out for help though she was in the city, and the man because he
violated his neighbors wife.

It is clear that God doesn¹t give a damn about the rape victim. He
is only concerned about the violation of another mans ³property².

6) David¹s Punishment Polygamy, Rape, Baby Killing, and God¹s
³Forgiveness² (2 Samuel 12:11-14 NAB)

Thus says the Lord: ŒI will bring evil upon you out of your own
house. I will take your wives [plural] while you live to see it,
and will give them to your neighbor. He shall lie with your wives
in broad daylight. You have done this deed in secret, but I will
bring it about in the presence of all Israel, and with the sun
looking down.¹

Then David said to Nathan, ³I have sinned against the Lord.² Nathan
answered David: ³The Lord on his part has forgiven your sin: you
shall not die. But since you have utterly spurned the Lord by this
deed, the child born to you must surely die.² [The child dies seven
days later.]

This has got to be one of the sickest quotes of the Bible. God
himself brings the completely innocent rape victims to the rapist.
What kind of pathetic loser would do something so evil? And then he
kills a child! This is sick, really sick!

7) Rape of Female Captives (Deuteronomy 21:10-14 NAB)

³When you go out to war against your enemies and the LORD, your God,
delivers them into your hand, so that you take captives, if you see
a comely woman among the captives and become so enamored of her that
you wish to have her as wife, you may take her home to your house.
But before she may live there, she must shave her head and pare her
nails and lay aside her captive¹s garb. After she has mourned her
father and mother for a full month, you may have relations with her,
and you shall be her husband and she shall be your wife. However,
if later on you lose your liking for her, you shall give her her
freedom, if she wishes it; but you shall not sell her or enslave
her, since she was married to you under compulsion.²

Once again God approves of forcible rape.

8) Rape and the Spoils of War (Judges 5:30 NAB)

They must be dividing the spoils they took: there must be a damsel
or two for each man, Spoils of dyed cloth as Sisera¹s spoil, an
ornate shawl or two for me in the spoil. (Judges 5:30 NAB)

9) Sex Slaves (Exodus 21:7-11 NLT)

When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at
the end of six years as the men are. If she does not please the man
who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again. But he is
not allowed to sell her to foreigners, since he is the one who broke
the contract with her. And if the slave girl¹s owner arranges for
her to marry his son, he may no longer treat her as a slave girl,
but he must treat her as his daughter. If he himself marries her
and then takes another wife, he may not reduce her food or clothing
or fail to sleep with her as his wife. If he fails in any of these
three ways, she may leave as a free woman without making any
payment. (Exodus 21:7-11 NLT)

10) God Assists Rape and Plunder (Zechariah 14:1-2 NAB)

Lo, a day shall come for the Lord when the spoils shall be divided
in your midst. And I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem
for battle: the city shall be taken, houses plundered, women
ravished; half of the city shall go into exile, but the rest of the
people shall not be removed from the city. (Zechariah 14:1-2 NAB)

Murder in the Bible

The act of murder is rampant in the Bible. In much of the Bible,
especially the Old Testament, there are laws that command that
people be killed for absurd reasons such as working on the Sabbath,
being gay, cursing your parents, or not being a virgin on your
wedding night. In addition to these crazy and immoral laws, there
are plenty of examples of God¹s irrationality by his direct killing
of many people for reasons that defy any rational explanation such
as killing children who make fun of bald people, and the killing of
a man who tried to keep the ark of God from falling during
transport. There are also countless examples of mass murders
commanded by God, including the murder of women, infants, and
children.

The following passages are a very small percentage of the total
passages approving of murder in the Bible. They are divided here
into three parts: 1) Capital Punishment Crimes, 2) God¹s Murders for
Stupid Reasons, 3) Murdering Children, and 4) Miscellaneous Murders.
This list is long, but it barely scratches the surface of all the
murders approved of in the Bible.

1) Capital Punishment Crimes:

Kill People Who Don¹t Listen to Priests

Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the
priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death. Such
evil must be purged from Israel. (Deuteronomy 17:12 NLT)

Kill Witches

You should not let a sorceress live. (Exodus 22:17 NAB)

Kill Homosexuals ³If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of
them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have
forfeited their lives.² (Leviticus 20:13 NAB)

Kill Fortunetellers

A man or a woman who acts as a medium or fortuneteller shall be put
to death by stoning; they have no one but themselves to blame for
their death. (Leviticus 20:27 NAB)

Death for Hitting Dad

Whoever strikes his father or mother shall be put to death. (Exodus
21:15 NAB)

Death for Cursing Parents

1) If one curses his father or mother, his lamp will go out at the
coming of darkness. (Proverbs 20:20 NAB)

2) All who curse their father or mother must be put to death. They
are guilty of a capital offense. (Leviticus 20:9 NLT)

Death for Adultery

If a man commits adultery with another man¹s wife, both the man and
the woman must be put to death. (Leviticus 20:10 NLT)

Death for Fornication

A priest¹s daughter who loses her honor by committing fornication
and thereby dishonors her father also, shall be burned to death.
(Leviticus 21:9 NAB)

Death to Followers of Other Religions

Whoever sacrifices to any god, except the Lord alone, shall be
doomed. (Exodus 22:19 NAB)

Kill Nonbelievers

They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their
fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not
seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether
small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB)

Kill False Prophets

If a man still prophesies, his parents, father and mother, shall say
to him, ³You shall not live, because you have spoken a lie in the
name of the Lord.² When he prophesies, his parents, father and
mother, shall thrust him through. (Zechariah 13:3 NAB)

Kill the Entire Town if One Person Worships Another God

Suppose you hear in one of the towns the LORD your God is giving you
that some worthless rabble among you have led their fellow citizens
astray by encouraging them to worship foreign gods. In such cases,
you must examine the facts carefully. If you find it is true and
can prove that such a detestable act has occurred among you, you
must attack that town and completely destroy all its inhabitants, as
well as all the livestock. Then you must pile all the plunder in
the middle of the street and burn it. Put the entire town to the
torch as a burnt offering to the LORD your God. That town must
remain a ruin forever; it may never be rebuilt. Keep none of the
plunder that has been set apart for destruction. Then the LORD will
turn from his fierce anger and be merciful to you. He will have
compassion on you and make you a great nation, just as he solemnly
promised your ancestors. ³The LORD your God will be merciful only
if you obey him and keep all the commands I am giving you today,
doing what is pleasing to him.² (Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT)

Kill Women Who Are Not Virgins On Their Wedding Night

But if this charge is true (that she wasn¹t a virgin on her wedding
night), and evidence of the girls virginity is not found, they shall
bring the girl to the entrance of her fathers house and there her
townsman shall stone her to death, because she committed a crime
against Israel by her unchasteness in her father¹s house. Thus
shall you purge the evil from your midst. (Deuteronomy 22:20-21
NAB)

Kill Followers of Other Religions.

1) If your own full brother, or your son or daughter, or your
beloved wife, or you intimate friend, entices you secretly to serve
other gods, whom you and your fathers have not known, gods of any
other nations, near at hand or far away, from one end of the earth
to the other: do not yield to him or listen to him, nor look with
pity upon him, to spare or shield him, but kill him. Your hand
shall be the first raised to slay him; the rest of the people shall
join in with you. You shall stone him to death, because he sought
to lead you astray from the Lord, your God, who brought you out of
the land of Egypt, that place of slavery. And all Israel, hearing
of this, shall fear and never do such evil as this in your midst.
(Deuteronomy 13:7-12 NAB)

2) Suppose a man or woman among you, in one of your towns that the
LORD your God is giving you, has done evil in the sight of the LORD
your God and has violated the covenant by serving other gods or by
worshiping the sun, the moon, or any of the forces of heaven, which
I have strictly forbidden. When you hear about it, investigate the
matter thoroughly. If it is true that this detestable thing has been
done in Israel, then that man or woman must be taken to the gates of
the town and stoned to death. (Deuteronomy 17:2-5 NLT)

Death for Blasphemy

One day a man who had an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father got
into a fight with one of the Israelite men. During the fight, this
son of an Israelite woman blasphemed the LORD¹s name. So the man
was brought to Moses for judgment. His mother¹s name was Shelomith.
She was the daughter of Dibri of the tribe of Dan. They put the man
in custody until the LORD¹s will in the matter should become clear.
Then the LORD said to Moses, ³Take the blasphemer outside the camp,
and tell all those who heard him to lay their hands on his head.
Then let the entire community stone him to death. Say to the people
of Israel: Those who blaspheme God will suffer the consequences of
their guilt and be punished. Anyone who blasphemes the LORD¹s name
must be stoned to death by the whole community of Israel. Any
Israelite or foreigner among you who blasphemes the LORD¹s name will
surely die. (Leviticus 24:10-16 NLT)

Kill False Prophets

1) Suppose there are prophets among you, or those who have dreams
about the future, and they promise you signs or miracles, and the
predicted signs or miracles take place. If the prophets then say,
ŒCome, let us worship the gods of foreign nations,¹ do not listen to
them. The LORD your God is testing you to see if you love him with
all your heart and soul. Serve only the LORD your God and fear him
alone. Obey his commands, listen to his voice, and cling to him.
The false prophets or dreamers who try to lead you astray must be
put to death, for they encourage rebellion against the LORD your
God, who brought you out of slavery in the land of Egypt. Since
they try to keep you from following the LORD your God, you must
execute them to remove the evil from among you. (Deuteronomy 13:1-5
NLT)

2) But any prophet who claims to give a message from another god or
who falsely claims to speak for me must die.¹ You may wonder, ŒHow
will we know whether the prophecy is from the LORD or not?¹ If the
prophet predicts something in the LORD¹s name and it does not
happen, the LORD did not give the message. That prophet has spoken
on his own and need not be feared. (Deuteronomy 18:20-22 NLT)

Infidels and Gays Should Die

So God let them go ahead and do whatever shameful things their
hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things
with each other¹s bodies. Instead of believing what they knew was
the truth about God, they deliberately chose to believe lies. So
they worshiped the things God made but not the Creator himself, who
is to be praised forever. Amen. That is why God abandoned them to
their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural
way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And
the men, instead of having normal sexual relationships with women,
burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other
men and, as a result, suffered within themselves the penalty they so
richly deserved. When they refused to acknowledge God, he abandoned
them to their evil minds and let them do things that should never be
done. Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin,
greed, hate, envy, murder, fighting, deception, malicious behavior,
and gossip. They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud,
and boastful. They are forever inventing new ways of sinning and
are disobedient to their parents. They refuse to understand, break
their promises, and are heartless and unforgiving. They are fully
aware of God¹s death penalty for those who do these things, yet they
go right ahead and do them anyway. And, worse yet, they encourage
others to do them, too. (Romans 1:24-32 NLT)

Kill Anyone who Approaches the Tabernacle

For the LORD had said to Moses, ŒExempt the tribe of Levi from the
census; do not include them when you count the rest of the
Israelites. You must put the Levites in charge of the Tabernacle of
the Covenant, along with its furnishings and equipment. They must
carry the Tabernacle and its equipment as you travel, and they must
care for it and camp around it. Whenever the Tabernacle is moved,
the Levites will take it down and set it up again. Anyone else who
goes too near the Tabernacle will be executed.¹ (Numbers 1:48-51
NLT)

Kill People for Working on the Sabbath

The LORD then gave these further instructions to Moses: ŒTell the
people of Israel to keep my Sabbath day, for the Sabbath is a sign
of the covenant between me and you forever. It helps you to
remember that I am the LORD, who makes you holy. Yes, keep the
Sabbath day, for it is holy. Anyone who desecrates it must die;
anyone who works on that day will be cut off from the community.
Work six days only, but the seventh day must be a day of total rest.
I repeat: Because the LORD considers it a holy day, anyone who
works on the Sabbath must be put to death.¹ (Exodus 31:12-15 NLT)

2) God¹s Murders for Stupid Reasons:

Kill Brats

From there Elisha went up to Bethel. While he was on his way, some
small boys came out of the city and jeered at him. ³Go up
baldhead,² they shouted, ³go up baldhead!² The prophet turned and
saw them, and he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two
shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to
pieces. (2 Kings 2:23-24 NAB)

God Kills the Curious

And he smote of the men of Beth-shemesh, because they had looked
into the ark of Jehovah, he smote of the people seventy men, `and¹
fifty thousand men; and the people mourned, because Jehovah had
smitten the people with a great slaughter. And the men of
Beth-shemesh said, Who is able to stand before Jehovah, this holy
God? and to whom shall he go up from us? (1Samuel 6:19-20 ASV)

Killed by a Lion

Meanwhile, the LORD instructed one of the group of prophets to say
to another man, ³Strike me!² But the man refused to strike the
prophet. Then the prophet told him, ³Because you have not obeyed
the voice of the LORD, a lion will kill you as soon as you leave
me.² And sure enough, when he had gone, a lion attacked and killed
him. (1 Kings 20:35-36 NLT)

Killing the Good Samaritan

The ark of God was placed on a new cart and taken away from the
house of Abinadab on the hill. Uzzah and Ahio, sons of Abinadab
guided the cart, with Ahio walking before it, while David and all
the Israelites made merry before the Lord with all their strength,
with singing and with citharas, harps, tambourines, sistrums, and
cymbals.

When they came to the threshing floor of Nodan, Uzzah reached out
his hand to the ark of God to steady it, for the oxen were making it
tip. But the Lord was angry with Uzzah; God struck him on that
spot, and he died there before God. (2 Samuel 6:3-7 NAB)

3) Murdering Children

Kill Sons of Sinners

Make ready to slaughter his sons for the guilt of their fathers;
Lest they rise and posses the earth, and fill the breadth of the
world with tyrants. (Isaiah 14:21 NAB)

God Will Kill Children

The glory of Israel will fly away like a bird, for your children
will die at birth or perish in the womb or never even be conceived.
Even if your children do survive to grow up, I will take them from
you. It will be a terrible day when I turn away and leave you
alone. I have watched Israel become as beautiful and pleasant as
Tyre. But now Israel will bring out her children to be
slaughtered.² O LORD, what should I request for your people? I
will ask for wombs that don¹t give birth and breasts that give no
milk. The LORD says, ³All their wickedness began at Gilgal; there I
began to hate them. I will drive them from my land because of their
evil actions. I will love them no more because all their leaders
are rebels. The people of Israel are stricken. Their roots are
dried up; they will bear no more fruit. And if they give birth, I
will slaughter their beloved children.² (Hosea 9:11-16 NLT)

Kill Men, Women, and Children

³Then I heard the LORD say to the other men, ³Follow him through the
city and kill everyone whose forehead is not marked. Show no mercy;
have no pity! Kill them all old and young, girls and women and
little children. But do not touch anyone with the mark. Begin your
task right here at the Temple.² So they began by killing the
seventy leaders. ³Defile the Temple!² the LORD commanded. ³Fill
its courtyards with the bodies of those you kill! Go!² So they
went throughout the city and did as they were told.² (Ezekiel 9:5-7
NLT)

God Kills all the First Born of Egypt

And at midnight the LORD killed all the firstborn sons in the land
of Egypt, from the firstborn son of Pharaoh, who sat on the throne,
to the firstborn son of the captive in the dungeon. Even the
firstborn of their livestock were killed. Pharaoh and his officials
and all the people of Egypt woke up during the night, and loud
wailing was heard throughout the land of Egypt. There was not a
single house where someone had not died. (Exodus 12:29-30 NLT)

Kill Old Men and Young Women

³You are my battle-ax and sword,² says the LORD. ³With you I will
shatter nations and destroy many kingdoms. With you I will shatter
armies, destroying the horse and rider, the chariot and charioteer.
With you I will shatter men and women, old people and children,
young men and maidens. With you I will shatter shepherds and
flocks, farmers and oxen, captains and rulers. ³As you watch, I
will repay Babylon and the people of Babylonia for all the wrong
they have done to my people in Jerusalem,² says the LORD. ³Look, O
mighty mountain, destroyer of the earth! I am your enemy,² says the
LORD. ³I will raise my fist against you, to roll you down from the
heights. When I am finished, you will be nothing but a heap of
rubble. You will be desolate forever. Even your stones will never
again be used for building. You will be completely wiped out,² says
the LORD. (Jeremiah 51:20-26)

(Note that after God promises the Israelites a victory against
Babylon, the Israelites actually get their butts kicked by them in
the next chapter. So much for an all-knowing and all-powerful God.)

God Will Kill the Children of Sinners

If even then you remain hostile toward me and refuse to obey, I will
inflict you with seven more disasters for your sins. I will release
wild animals that will kill your children and destroy your cattle,
so your numbers will dwindle and your roads will be deserted.
(Leviticus 26:21-22 NLT)

More Rape and Baby Killing

Anyone who is captured will be run through with a sword. Their
little children will be dashed to death right before their eyes.
Their homes will be sacked and their wives raped by the attacking
hordes. For I will stir up the Medes against Babylon, and no amount
of silver or gold will buy them off. The attacking armies will
shoot down the young people with arrows. They will have no mercy on
helpless babies and will show no compassion for the children.
(Isaiah 13:15-18 NLT)

4) Miscellaneous Murders

More of Samson¹s Murders

(The Lord saves Sampson from standing trial for 30 murders and arson
by allowing him to kill 1000 more men.) When he reached Lehi, and
the Philistines came shouting to meet him, the spirit of the Lord
came upon him: the ropes around his arms become as flax that is
consumed by fire and the bonds melted away from his hands. Near him
was the fresh jawbone of an ass; he reached out, grasped it, and
with it killed a thousand men. (Judges 15:14-15 NAB)

Peter Kills Two People

There was also a man named Ananias who, with his wife, Sapphira,
sold some property. He brought part of the money to the apostles,
but he claimed it was the full amount. His wife had agreed to this
deception. Then Peter said, ³Ananias, why has Satan filled your
heart? You lied to the Holy Spirit, and you kept some of the money
for yourself. The property was yours to sell or not sell, as you
wished. And after selling it, the money was yours to give away.
How could you do a thing like this? You weren¹t lying to us but to
God.² As soon as Ananias heard these words, he fell to the floor
and died. Everyone who heard about it was terrified. Then some
young men wrapped him in a sheet and took him out and buried him.
About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had
happened. Peter asked her, ³Was this the price you and your husband
received for your land?² ³Yes,² she replied, ³that was the price.²
And Peter said, ³How could the two of you even think of doing a
thing like this conspiring together to test the Spirit of the
Lord? Just outside that door are the young men who buried your
husband, and they will carry you out, too.² Instantly, she fell to
the floor and died. When the young men came in and saw that she was
dead, they carried her out and buried her beside her husband. Great
fear gripped the entire church and all others who heard what had
happened. (Acts 5:1-11 NLT)

Mass Murder

This is what the Lord of hosts has to say: ŒI will punish what
Amalek did to Israel when he barred his way as he was coming up from
Egypt. Go, now, attack Amalek, and deal with him and all that he
has under the ban. Do not spare him, but kill men and women,
children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and asses.¹ (1 Samuel
15:2-3 NAB)

You Have to Kill

Cursed be he who does the Lords work remissly, cursed he who holds
back his sword from blood. (Jeremiah 48:10 NAB)

The Danites Kill the Next Town

But the territory of the Danites was too small for them; so the
Danites marched up and attacked Leshem, which they captured and put
to the sword. Once they had taken possession of Lesham, they
renamed the settlement after their ancestor Dan. (Joshua 19:47 NAB)

God Kills Some More

Then the LORD said to me, ³Even if Moses and Samuel stood before me
pleading for these people, I wouldn¹t help them. Away with them!
Get them out of my sight! And if they say to you, ŒBut where can we
go?¹ tell them, ŒThis is what the LORD says: Those who are destined
for death, to death; those who are destined for war, to war; those
who are destined for famine, to famine; those who are destined for
captivity, to captivity.¹ ³I will send four kinds of destroyers
against them,² says the LORD. ³I will send the sword to kill, the
dogs to drag away, the vultures to devour, and the wild animals to
finish up what is left. Because of the wicked things Manasseh son
of Hezekiah, king of Judah, did in Jerusalem, I will make my people
an object of horror to all the kingdoms of the earth.² (Jeremiah
15:1-4 NLT)

God Promises More Killing

I will make Mount Seir utterly desolate, killing off all who try to
escape and any who return. I will fill your mountains with the
dead. Your hills, your valleys, and your streams will be filled with
people slaughtered by the sword. I will make you desolate forever.
Your cities will never be rebuilt. Then you will know that I am the
LORD. (Ezekiel 35:7-9 NLT)

The Angel of Death

My angel will go before you and bring you to the Amorites, Hittites,
Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites, and Jebusites; and I will wipe them
out. (Exodus 23:23 NAB)

Destruction of Ai

Then the LORD said to Joshua, ³Do not be afraid or discouraged.
Take the entire army and attack Ai, for I have given to you the king
of Ai, his people, his city, and his land. You will destroy them as
you destroyed Jericho and its king. But this time you may keep the
captured goods and the cattle for yourselves. Set an ambush behind
the city.² So Joshua and the army of Israel set out to attack Ai.
Joshua chose thirty thousand fighting men and sent them out at night
with these orders: ³Hide in ambush close behind the city and be
ready for action. When our main army attacks, the men of Ai will
come out to fight as they did before, and we will run away from
them. We will let them chase us until they have all left the city.
For they will say, ŒThe Israelites are running away from us as they
did before.¹ Then you will jump up from your ambush and take
possession of the city, for the LORD your God will give it to you.
Set the city on fire, as the LORD has commanded. You have your
orders.² So they left that night and lay in ambush between Bethel
and the west side of Ai. But Joshua remained among the people in
the camp that night.

Early the next morning Joshua roused his men and started toward Ai,
accompanied by the leaders of Israel. They camped on the north side
of Ai, with a valley between them and the city. That night Joshua
sent five thousand men to lie in ambush between Bethel and Ai, on
the west side of the city. So they stationed the main army north of
the city and the ambush west of the city. Joshua himself spent that
night in the valley. When the king of Ai saw the Israelites across
the valley, he and all his army hurriedly went out early the next
morning and attacked the Israelites at a place overlooking the
Jordan Valley. But he didn¹t realize there was an ambush behind the
city. Joshua and the Israelite army fled toward the wilderness as
though they were badly beaten, and all the men in the city were
called out to chase after them. In this way, they were lured away
from the city. There was not a man left in Ai or Bethel who did not
chase after the Israelites, and the city was left wide open.

Then the LORD said to Joshua, ³Point your spear toward Ai, for I
will give you the city.² Joshua did as he was commanded. As soon
as Joshua gave the signal, the men in ambush jumped up and poured
into the city. They quickly captured it and set it on fire. When
the men of Ai looked behind them, smoke from the city was filling
the sky, and they had nowhere to go. For the Israelites who had fled
in the direction of the wilderness now turned on their pursuers.
When Joshua and the other Israelites saw that the ambush had
succeeded and that smoke was rising from the city, they turned and
attacked the men of Ai. Then the Israelites who were inside the
city came out and started killing the enemy from the rear. So the
men of Ai were caught in a trap, and all of them died. Not a single
person survived or escaped. Only the king of Ai was taken alive and
brought to Joshua.

When the Israelite army finished killing all the men outside the
city, they went back and finished off everyone inside. So the
entire population of Ai was wiped out that day twelve thousand in
all. For Joshua kept holding out his spear until everyone who had
lived in Ai was completely destroyed. Only the cattle and the
treasures of the city were not destroyed, for the Israelites kept
these for themselves, as the LORD had commanded Joshua. So Ai
became a permanent mound of ruins, desolate to this very day.
Joshua hung the king of Ai on a tree and left him there until
evening. At sunset the Israelites took down the body and threw it in
front of the city gate. They piled a great heap of stones over him
that can still be seen today. (Joshua 8:1-29 NLT)

Killing at Jericho

When the people heard the sound of the horns, they shouted as loud
as they could. Suddenly, the walls of Jericho collapsed, and the
Israelites charged straight into the city from every side and
captured it. They completely destroyed everything in it men and
women, young and old, cattle, sheep, donkeys everything. (Joshua
6:20-21 NLT)

God Kills an Extended Family

³You have done more evil than all who lived before you. You have
made other gods and have made me furious with your gold calves. And
since you have turned your back on me, I will bring disaster on your
dynasty and kill all your sons, slave or free alike. I will burn up
your royal dynasty as one burns up trash until it is all gone. I,
the LORD, vow that the members of your family who die in the city
will be eaten by dogs, and those who die in the field will be eaten
by vultures.'² Then Ahijah said to Jeroboam¹s wife, ³Go on home,
and when you enter the city, the child will die. All Israel will
mourn for him and bury him. He is the only member of your family
who will have a proper burial, for this child is the only good thing
that the LORD, the God of Israel, sees in the entire family of
Jeroboam. And the LORD will raise up a king over Israel who will
destroy the family of Jeroboam. This will happen today, even now!
Then the LORD will shake Israel like a reed whipped about in a
stream. He will uproot the people of Israel from this good land
that he gave their ancestors and will scatter them beyond the
Euphrates River, for they have angered the LORD by worshiping
Asherah poles. He will abandon Israel because Jeroboam sinned and
made all of Israel sin along with him.² (1 Kings 14:9-16 NLT)

Mass Murder

The men of Israel withdrew through the territory of the
Benjaminites, putting to the sword the inhabitants of the city, the
livestock, and all they chanced upon. Moreover they destroyed by
fire all the cities they came upon. (Judges 20:48 NAB)

The Angel of Death

That night the angel of the Lord went forth and struck down one
hundred and eighty five thousand men in the Assyrian camp. Early
the next morning, there they were, all the corpuses of the dead. (2
Kings 19:35 NAB)

Kill Your Neighbors

(Moses) stood at the entrance to the camp and shouted, ³All of you
who are on the LORD¹s side, come over here and join me.² And all the
Levites came. He told them, ³This is what the LORD, the God of
Israel, says: Strap on your swords! Go back and forth from one end
of the camp to the other, killing even your brothers, friends, and
neighbors.² The Levites obeyed Moses, and about three thousand
people died that day. Then Moses told the Levites, ³Today you have
been ordained for the service of the LORD, for you obeyed him even
though it meant killing your own sons and brothers. Because of this,
he will now give you a great blessing.² (Exodus 32:26-29 NLT)

Kill the Family of Sinners

And Joshua said to Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the
LORD God of Israel, and make confession to him; and tell me now what
thou hast done, hide it not from me. And Achan answered Joshua, and
said, Indeed I have sinned against the LORD God of Israel, and thus
and thus have I done. When I saw among the spoils a goodly
Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge
of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them,
and behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and
the silver under it.² [Note that the sin is not looting, but
failing to give the loot to the treasury of the Lord.] ³So Joshua
sent messengers, and they ran to the tent, and behold, it was hid in
his tent, and the silver under it. And they took them from the
midst of the tent, and brought them to Joshua, and to all the
children of Israel, and laid them out before the LORD. And Joshua,
and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the
silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and
his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his
tent, and all that he had: and they brought them to the valley of
Achor. And Joshua said, why hast thou troubled us? the LORD shall
trouble thee this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and
burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones. And
they raised over him a great heap of stones to this day. So the
LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger: wherefore the name of
that place was called the valley of Achor to this day. (Joshua
7:19-26 Webster¹s Bible)

Kill Followers of Other Religions

While the Israelites were camped at Acacia, some of the men defiled
themselves by sleeping with the local Moabite women. These women
invited them to attend sacrifices to their gods, and soon the
Israelites were feasting with them and worshiping the gods of Moab.
Before long Israel was joining in the worship of Baal of Peor,
causing the LORD¹s anger to blaze against his people. The LORD
issued the following command to Moses: ³Seize all the ringleaders
and execute them before the LORD in broad daylight, so his fierce
anger will turn away from the people of Israel.² So Moses ordered
Israel¹s judges to execute everyone who had joined in worshiping
Baal of Peor. Just then one of the Israelite men brought a
Midianite woman into the camp, right before the eyes of Moses and
all the people, as they were weeping at the entrance of the
Tabernacle. When Phinehas son of Eleazar and grandson of Aaron the
priest saw this, he jumped up and left the assembly. Then he took a
spear and rushed after the man into his tent. Phinehas thrust the
spear all the way through the man¹s body and into the woman¹s
stomach. So the plague against the Israelites was stopped, but not
before 24,000 people had died. (Numbers 25:1-9 NLT)

Murder

At the customary time for offering the evening sacrifice, Elijah the
prophet walked up to the altar and prayed, ³O LORD, God of Abraham,
Isaac, and Jacob, prove today that you are God in Israel and that I
am your servant. Prove that I have done all this at your command. O
LORD, answer me! Answer me so these people will know that you, O
LORD, are God and that you have brought them back to yourself.²
Immediately the fire of the LORD flashed down from heaven and burned
up the young bull, the wood, the stones, and the dust. It even
licked up all the water in the ditch! And when the people saw it,
they fell on their faces and cried out, ³The LORD is God! The LORD
is God!² Then Elijah commanded, ³Seize all the prophets of Baal.
Don¹t let a single one escape!² So the people seized them all, and
Elijah took them down to the Kishon Valley and killed them there. (1
Kings 18:36-40 NLT)

Kill All of Babylon

³Go up, my warriors, against the land of Merathaim and against the
people of Pekod. Yes, march against Babylon, the land of rebels, a
land that I will judge! Pursue, kill, and completely destroy them,
as I have commanded you,² says the LORD. ³Let the battle cry be
heard in the land, a shout of great destruction². (Jeremiah 50:21-22
NLT)

Micah Kills a Whole Town

Then, with Micah¹s idols and his priest, the men of Dan came to the
town of Laish, whose people were peaceful and secure. They attacked
and killed all the people and burned the town to the ground. There
was no one to rescue the residents of the town, for they lived a
great distance from Sidon and had no allies nearby. This happened
in the valley near Beth-rehob.Then the people of the tribe of Dan
rebuilt the town and lived there. They renamed the town Dan after
their ancestor, Israel¹s son, but it had originally been called
Laish. (Judges 18:27-29 NLT) (Note that God approves of this
slaughter in verse 6.)

Why? Do you fear the bible so much you will not read a set of passages which

Are you understanding that there's a difference between flesh and
spirit? And that you cannot use flesh-things to arrive at spirit-
things?

Did the angles ask Mary if it would be okay to impregnate her with the
clone of god? Or, was this a form of horrific rap%? She wakes up, and
shes fuc%ing pregnant? Not cool man!

If they did ask her permission, either way, it sounds like alien
abduction, cosmic science experiment type of crap. Weird!

Read the account for yourself, and see for yourself:

The Birth of Jesus Foretold

26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God
unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,
27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the
house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary.
28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art
highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among
women.
29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast
in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast
found favour with God.
31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth
a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest:
and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father
David:
33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of
his kingdom there shall be no end.

34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I
know not a man?
35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall
come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow
thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of
thee shall be called the Son of God.
36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a
son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who
was called barren.
37 For with God nothing shall be impossible.

38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me
according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

Mary was a young Jewish girl devout in her faith. She knew of the
coming Jewish Messiah. It was an honor for her to be chosen in this
way.

46 And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,
47 And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.
48 For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden: for,
behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.
49 For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy
is his name.
50 And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to
generation.
51 He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the
proud in the imagination of their hearts.
52 He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them
of low degree.
53 He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he
hath sent empty away.
54 He hath holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;
55 As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.

God chose His entrance into this world very carefully. It was of
the line of David as foretold in the Old Testament prophecy. It
is an event (Jesus coming to the Earth and saving mankind) that
has no equal.

It is the greatest thing man has ever received: redemption, from
Hellfire and eternal damnation. And He's made it just for the
asking.

Thank you,

according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.
Even though she was engaged to another man and not married! How horrid of
her. And did she even have the choice to say no?

Seems very much like this deity sent messengers to say he was going to rape
her.

Mary was a young Jewish girl devout in her faith. She knew of the
coming Jewish Messiah. It was an honor for her to be chosen in this
way.
What if she had said no? Seems this deity of yours gave her no choice.
Post by Rick C. Hodgin
54 He hath holpen his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;
55 As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.
God chose His entrance into this world very carefully.
You mean from Mary's vagina?

What do you know of the Invisible Green Dragon?

It is the greatest thing man has ever received: redemption, from
Hellfire and eternal damnation. And He's made it just for the
asking.
You make a lot of claims with no support. Why?

Where do you see rape and murder in the Bible?
Do you admit you do not know where they are? I thought you said you read it!

Of course not. Those who are doing so are claiming to not, but their excuse
is so thin as to be insane: they claim I hacked one (or more?) of their
Google accounts and Google and "several federal agencies" got involved but
could not stop me. Meanwhile they also have shared information and even some

Well, you cannot really force them... but you push threats that if we do not
accept your world view then we will be damned forever and other such
silliness.

It is immoral of you to do that. It would be just as silly as my saying you

Jesus Christ is truth.
That is your worldview. Cool. But stop pushing it as what other should
believe. Stop saying we are the enemy of ANYONE if we do not accept your
worldview. That is a massive victim mentality to think people have to accept
your views or they are the enemy of anyone.

Again, it is not like you are telling people to stop stealing a kid's lunch
money. OK. That would be noting an immoral act. But to you it is immoral and
turns one into an enemy to simply not have your worldview.

Islam is evil top to bottom. There is nothing redeeming about it. It
is a religion of hate and death, and it is wrought with sin in its "god"
(who calls himself the chief liar), as well as in Muhammad (married a
six-year old little girl, and consummated their marriage when she was
nine!! A "prophet of god" having sex with a nine-year old little girl).

And that doesn't mention the Jihad they are called to wage as war
against all of the infidels.

Islam is evil top to bottom, front to back, side to side, and it has
no redeeming traits whatsoever. Period.

There are no standards of even natural decency and morality which would
advocate marriage at six years of age, and a nine-year old little girl
having sex with a full-grown man who had sex with multiple partners,
not all of which were his wives or concubines.

Even Muslims lie about their own faith:

Islam is evil top to bottom, front to back, side to side, and it has
no redeeming traits whatsoever. Period.
Christianity teaches that we are three-fold beings: soul, body, spirit.
We read in Genesis that when Adam sinned he died, yet he continued to
live on in this world up to the age of 930 years. He didn't die in his
body, but he died spiritually that day, and that spiritual death passed
on to all of his offspring ... including us in the 20th+ century.

Because of that spiritual death, and because we are dead in sin, evil
spirit beings can influence our flesh. They exert spiritually upon
our flesh so that we think and feel and have emotions that ARE NOT OUR
OWN. They are induced by the injection of them into our flesh by their
spirit nature.

The battle that we face is one over sin, and over our death in sin.
Islam, like every other religion, is a religion that focus on religion.
It focuses on a list of rules and regulations to follow and obey and
be obedient to.

Christianity is different. Jesus is Truth, and He teaches us rightly
that we are dead in sin, that we cannot save ourselves, but that we
need to have our sin taken away so we can be free from sin, and free
from the death that comes from judgment upon sin.

When we ask Jesus to forgive us, because of what He did at the cross,
He is able to take our sin away from us and leave us sin free before
God the Father. This removes us from judgment, and restores us to
spiritual life.

It is what it means to be "born again" in Christianity.

The new born again spirit nature is a new source of input into our
being. It allows us to discern spiritual things, and we are then
aware of the evil spirits at work in this world. The evil spirits
are there in all people who are not born again (and they attack even
born again Christians with great efforts, coordinated and purposed),
and they are only causing harm.

Islam is of that evil spirit nature. It preys upon our flesh, it
makes us subject to a focus upon things of the flesh. Rigorous
prayer life, abstaining from many things. Muslims focus on discipline
to bring their lives into obedience with the requirements of their
faith, BUT IT HAS NO SAVING POWER. They are still as dead in sin as
they were when they started.

Only Jesus Christ can bring new life. Only Jesus Christ can take
away sin. Only Jesus Christ can forgive a person and set them on a
new life that is enabled here in this world, and carries on to eternity
in the paradise of Heaven with God forever.

Jesus came here to set men's souls free from judgment for sin. He
came here to redeem us and give us new life. He came here to teach
us the nature of the battle we Christians face. He came here to have
those who come to faith in Him, asking forgiveness, being born again,
to then go forth and teach others so that those who have an ear to hear
will hear and also be saved.

OURS IS A TEACHING MINISTRY. We are not killers. We are not evil-
doers. We are in pursuit of God's own Holy Spirit, and we seek after
increasing holiness in our lives. It is apostate Christians, those
who focus upon the flesh rather than upon His Holy Spirit and upon the
call of our own spirit who do those Earthly heinous things, and in so
doing give Christianity a bad name, and apparently soil the name of
Jesus Christ for those who only give a casual glance in His direction.

Jesus Christ is not mocked. All who will be saved are being saved.
This information is taught to each of you so that YOU TOO have the
chance to be saved. Whether or not you are saved is dependent upon
whether or not you can hear the truth of this message. If you can,
it is God reaching into your core, your inmost man, your invisible
inner parts, and altering you so that you can repent, can come to
Jesus and ask forgiveness. For those who cannot hear it, it is
because you are not being saved.

This message is cast out unto everyone. But only those who will hear
it, respond to it, and move within that response will be saved. The
rest will perish in their sin, and be cast into Hell upon leaving
this world.

All other religions would have you believe differently, but not one
of them has Jesus Christ going to the cross innocent, taking on our
guilt in our place, so that we could, by His willing blood sacrifice,
be set free from sin, from death, from Hell, and from the grave.

Everyone who comes to Jesus asking forgiveness is received, and they
then in that selfsame instant pass from death to life and will not
face judgment, and will not be cast into Hell, but are already alive
again, and they will begin to influence upon this world as you see
me doing here ... teaching about Jesus Christ, teaching about sin,
teaching about the nature of sin and the war that's on for your soul,
as well as the false religions that try to tie and bind you up in a
lot of religious rituals and activities that HAVE NO SAVING POWER FOR
YOUR SOUL.

Only Jesus can save you. And He's giving away salvation for the mere
asking, "Lord, I am a sinner. Please forgive my sin."

All who do this enter in to eternal life. THE REST PERISH IN HELL.
That is what Satan is trying to keep people from by introducing all
of these false alternate religions. There is only one God Almighty,
and He has sent us His Son to save us. If you look into the matter
with a truth-seeking heart, GOD HIMSELF will affirm within you, in
the very way you need to understand and know, that HE IS GOD, and
that HIS SON WILL SAVE YOU.

It's up to you ... and what you do with this information.

Thank you,

But you are OK with these "lessons" of the bible:

<http://www.evilbible.com/evil-bible-home-page/rape-in-the-bible/>

You have said before you will not even click links which reference parts of
the bible you wish to pretend do not exist. So let us just look at this one:

Deuteronomy 22:28-29
-----
If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not
engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he
must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will
never be allowed to divorce her.
-----

Yeah: the bible says a rapist must pay fifty pieces of silver and then the
victim is forced to marry the rapist. What a horrid lesson. Makes me want to
puke.

And that is just one of the horrid lessons and stories of rape in the bible.

There are no places in any part of the Bible where God is okay with
rape. God also does not want to destroy His creation. But because
of sin He has no choice but to look at the bigger picture of man,
and make hard choices which might seem to us to be heinous, but are
goaled at saving billions of lives.

The term "murder," as used by man regarding the killing of a man,
exists because God gave us a law to not murder. But all life comes
from Him, and all life is His, and He has the right and full authority
to determine the day of our birth, and the day of our appointment with
death because He is Sovereign. Not a single sparrow falls to the
ground unless God wills it, and He sees the true heart of things at
work in this world. He sees past the pretense, past the moment, into
the full ramifications of men's decisions over the long haul. He is
looking with eyes beyond our ability to consider. He is looking at
input beyond our ability as an Earthly fallen-in-sin man to know.

By destroying an entire people who will follow after evil spirit
guidance, which in all cases will lead into full-on corruption of
everything (morals, ethics, values, lives, environment), He protects
people, future generations numbering as the sands of the sea shore.

-----
You look at the here and now, the moment, the spans of decades in
your considerations. God deals with timescales far beyond our
lifetime and ability to consider. You use your Nn years of life
here on this Earth, your limited schooling, your limited life
experience, and conclude that you know better than God.

You walk in such arrogance and pride, "Snit," believing that you
can walk in God's shoes and determine for God how things should be.
You will be schooled to the fullest, and unless you repent and are
born again, it will be for you as is foretold in scripture:

http://biblehub.com/kjv/matthew/25-41.htm
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart
from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the
devil and his angels:

Hell was never intended for man. But, because of man's sin, and
the pride and arrogance that goes along with it in rebellion:

14 Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth
without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and
their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

God is not fooling around. ETERNITY is at stake for men. He has
warned us fully in advance of what's coming. It's not a game.
It's not words on a page. It is His Holy Spirit revealing to us
what is transpiring right now in eternity.

HUMAN SOULS WILL BE LOST TO HELLFIRE FOREVER.

That is what the enemy of this world is trying to keep people
from coming to realize. That is the fate of all people who do
not come to Jesus and ask forgiveness. That is the fate of all
who continue in sin rejecting the free offer of salvation by
His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

It's His warning to you, "Snit."

Thank you,
Rick C. Hodgin

PS - If you can't stand as yourself in this world, "Snit," and
instead hide behind a false persona ... how will you stand
on that last day? You won't. Your entire life is being
lived in a falseness right now ... and you don't even
realize it because sin's grasp on you is just like sin's
grasp on everyone else who isn't seeking after the truth:
complete and total.

There are no places in any part of the Bible where God is okay with
rape.
I quoted some to you. I can easily quote others.

Again, if you are going to push Christianity on people at least READ the
bible! At this point you have shown you know very little about. Here, more
quotes from the bible where rape is supported:

Judges 21:10-24 NLT
-----
So they sent twelve thousand warriors to Jabesh-gilead with orders
to kill everyone there, including women and children. "This is what
you are to do," they said. "Completely destroy all the males and
every woman who is not a virgin." Among the residents of
Jabesh-gilead they found four hundred young virgins who had never
slept with a man, and they brought them to the camp at Shiloh in the
land of Canaan.

The Israelite assembly sent a peace delegation to the little remnant
of Benjamin who were living at the rock of Rimmon. Then the men of
Benjamin returned to their homes, and the four hundred women of
Jabesh-gilead who were spared were given to them as wives. But there
were not enough women for all of them. The people felt sorry for
Benjamin because the LORD had left this gap in the tribes of Israel.
So the Israelite leaders asked, "How can we find wives for the few
who remain, since all the women of the tribe of Benjamin are dead?
There must be heirs for the survivors so that an entire tribe of
Israel will not be lost forever. But we cannot give them our own
daughters in marriage because we have sworn with a solemn oath that
anyone who does this will fall under God's curse."

Then they thought of the annual festival of the LORD held in Shiloh,
between Lebonah and Bethel, along the east side of the road that
goes from Bethel to Shechem. They told the men of Benjamin who still
needed wives, "Go and hide in the vineyards. When the women of
Shiloh come out for their dances, rush out from the vineyards, and
each of you can take one of them home to be your wife! And when
their fathers and brothers come to us in protest, we will tell them,
'Please be understanding. Let them have your daughters, for we
didn't find enough wives for them when we destroyed Jabesh-gilead.
And you are not guilty of breaking the vow since you did not give
your daughters in marriage to them.'" So the men of Benjamin did as
they were told. They kidnapped the women who took part in the
celebration and carried them off to the land of their own
inheritance. Then they rebuilt their towns and lived in them. So the
assembly of Israel departed by tribes and families, and they
returned to their own homes.
-----

Numbers 31:7-18
-----
They attacked Midian just as the LORD had commanded Moses, and they
killed all the men. All five of the Midianite kings - Evi, Rekem,
Zur, Hur, and Reba - died in the battle.

"Why have you
let all the women live?" he demanded. "These are the very ones who
followed Balaam's advice and caused the people of Israel to rebel
against the LORD at Mount Peor. They are the ones who caused the
plague to strike the LORD's people. Now kill all the boys and all
the women who have slept with a man. Only the young girls who are
virgins may live; you may keep them for yourselves.
-----

I could go on and on. LOTS more in the bible where God is supportive of
rape. It is just nasty.

So, again, READ the bible. Stop pretending it does not say what it does.

"Snit," you are not interested in knowing the truth. Even if I were

I do not accept your completely unsupported worldview as truth, and given

egotistically thinks you have a monopoly on truth and the special

If a man wants to marry a particular woman, but she doesn't want him, he
can simply rape her, thus forcing the marriage on her for a fixed cost,
with no punishment. That's pretty pro-rape. The Bible is a guide to
the very worst sort of morals.

At no point does God advocate rape in the Bible. Sinful man does things
which are against God's guidance and wishes. The movement of God in
all cases toward man is in instructing him rightly, in holiness, in
obedience, but just as today man was disobedient back then too.

The Old Testament is also for a people guided only externally through
the Law given to Moses. It had no saving power, but was a list of
rules to bring people under authority, into obedience.

One of the verses in Judges Snit quoted stopped at Judges 11:24. If he
would've included the next verse, Judges 11:25 says that God did not
direct those men toward those actions, but that every man did what was
right in their own eyes because they were not honoring God, and had no
king, and were a lawless band of raiders essentially.

The entire law only serves to point out where we fail because of sin.
It is our schoolmaster, teaching us we need a savior. And the Old
Testament taught of the future coming Messiah who would save them
and restore the proper kingdom.

Jesus is that Messiah, and the kingdom He restores is in and through
the transformation made possible only when He takes our sin away.
This is our eternal Kingdom redemption, of eternal life as our sin
is taken away, but He will also return to establish a Millennial
Kingdom on Earth for 1,000 years. After that, the eternal Kingdom
begins for all who were saved.

Satan teaches falsely. He's a liar. And if you go to any source other than
God Himself, through His written word and in diligent pursuit of the truth,
Satan will be there to mislead us.

God is not evil. God is good all the time. Satan is evil, and puts forth much
effort to deceive you so that you won't be saved.

We live now in the age of grace and mercy. We can have forgiveness of
sin through Jesus Christ. The day is coming when that grace and mercy
is cut off. It's why we must receive Him today, because we aren't promised
tomorrow.

Hard to take you seriously when you know so little of the bible!

Before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom,
surrounded the house, both young and old, all the people from every
quarter; and they called to Lot and said to him, "Where are the men
who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may have
relations with them." But Lot went out to them at the doorway, and
shut the door behind him, and said, "Please, my brothers, do not act
wickedly. Now behold, I have two daughters who have not had
relations with man; please let me bring them out to you, and do to
them whatever you like; only do nothing to these men, inasmuch as
they have come under the shelter of my roof." But they said, "Stand
aside." Furthermore, they said, "This one came in as an alien, and
already he is acting like a judge; now we will treat you worse than
them." So they pressed hard against Lot and came near to break the
door. But the men reached out their hands and brought Lot into the
house with them, and shut the door. And they struck the men who were
at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, so
that they wearied themselves trying to find the doorway. Then the
men said to Lot, "Whom else have you here? A son-in-law, and your
sons, and your daughters, and whomever you have in the city, bring
them out of the place; for we are about to destroy this place,
because their outcry has become so great before the Lord that the
Lord has sent us to destroy it."

Great lesson... the "righteous" man is willing to hand his daughters over to
strangers to be raped. What a wonderful moral guide!

But instead of facing that you just deny that it exists at all! And there is
the other passage I already shared where it said a woman who is raped shall
be forced to marry her assailant! It is horrible!

Forcing a victim of rape to marry the rapist is NOT an anti-rape law in ay
way, shape, or form. It is repulsive and very pro-rape. It encourages rape
foe any man who wants to marry a woman who has rejected him. Just rape her
and she is FORCED to marry him.

Just sickening. Seriously, how can anyone read that without being repulsed?

A man rapes someone, is caught, and is forced to marry his victim... and you

From the page you linked to:
-----
Tarico was critical of Deuteronomy 22:28-29, saying that "The
punishments for rape have to do not with compassion or trauma to the
woman herself but with honor, tribal purity, and a sense that a used
woman is damaged goods."[14]

Cheryl Anderson, in her book Ancient Laws and Contemporary
Controversies: The Need for Inclusive Bible Interpretation,
discusses an anecdote about a student, who, when exposed to the
passages in Deuteronomy, said that "This is the word of God. If it
says slavery is okay, slavery is okay. If it says rape is okay, rape
is okay."[33] Elaborating on this, she states in response to these
passages, "Clearly, these laws do not take into account the female's
perspective. After a rape, [the victim] would undoubtedly see
herself as the injured party and would probably find marriage to her
rapist to be distasteful, to say the least. Arguably, there are
cultural and historical reasons why such a law made sense at the
time. [...] Just the same, the law communicates the message that
faith tradition does not (and should not) consider the possibility
that women might have different yet valid perspectives."[34]
-----

You skip that and reference the next section which starts with:
-----
In a piece for TheBlaze <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TheBlaze> ,
a variety of religious scholars condemn the idea that the Bible
supported rape. They write that the rape discussed in Deuteronomy
was not criminal rape, ...
-----

NOT CRIMINAL RAPE.

Let that sink in.

NOT CRIMINAL RAPE

That is the defense... that rape was decriminalized that it would somehow
make sense? Then it goes on:

-----
that a woman could opt out of marrying her rapist,
-----

Completely made up. Not in that law at all. But it goes on:

-----
and that the law was created to protect the woman
-----

A law forcing a woman to marry her rapist and spend a lifetime of being
raped over and over, and treating her like property is now being twisted to
be a law designed to protect her!

How can you read this stuff without wanting to puke?

Christianity, as practiced by some, has been a religion of hate and
death.

It's important to separate the religion from those who practice it,

And the religion may be wrong, but you can't properly deal with the
errors in the religion unless you separate those errors from the
errors of those who practice it.

Compared to the customs of the time, it was not nearly as extreme as
it seems now.

But some claim that Aisha was, in fact, already a teenager at the
time of the agreement with her parents.

Various reasons are given for commonly reporting a younger age,
most of them political. The idea that such politics should come
into play doesn't speak well for the community that followed them,
IMO.

Either way, it should not be made the basis of hate against the
people who practice that way.

And that doesn't mention the Jihad they are called to wage as war
against all of the infidels.
Some see jihad as literal. Some see it as metaphorical.

Most of their believers, as I understand it, see jihad as a
metaphor for the personal struggle against sin.

Paul uses war as a metaphor in describing the struggle against sin.

And I referred to the Crusades above, but I'll refer to them again.
Many Christians have misconceived how they should fight against sin.

My opinion is that some incidents of the Bible show that some of
the people of ancient Israel took war as a metaphor for the struggle
against sin too literally.

which the Internet is being used to fulfill certain prophecies.

Likewise, computers could easily be called the modern idolatry,
the modern abomination mentioned by Daniel.

But there is a difference, in that Islam is a religion, and
computers and the Internet don't have to be used religiously.

Neither has to be used for evil.

Islam brought a period of peace to an area that had been constantly at
war to that time. Among other things.

Witness if you will, but you might want to look for good things to
witness about, as well. We are not good in comparison to others,
only in whether we are willing to follow the example of Jesus.

Which reminds me of His attitude towards the Samaritans, if you will.

But this is not the place to argue about religion. We all have other
things we should be doing, like work, to provide for our families.

[Islam] is a religion of hate and death,
Christianity, as practiced by some, has been a religion of hate and
death.
Yes. Go to Jesus and learn how to be. Jesus does not call any
Christians to killing in the flesh, fighting people in the flesh,
doing things in the flesh to restrain or constrain others. His
guidance is spirit, and it is teaching, and it is an inner change
made from within rather than something forced upon our flesh from
without.

Period.

Keep in mind the Christian bible has just as much "bad" stuff in it.

With that said, in case you missed it elsewhere, I misread your quote when
you said "People who don't convert are to be killed." I MISTAKENLY took that
as you saying it as your view and not you sharing a bigoted view of Islam.
While I disagree with your bigotry, that does not mean you meant that view
to be yours.

My apologies.

It doesn't. Everything God has done is right and just and holy. And
there are explanations for it, but so long as you close yourself off
to hearing them ... they will forever elude you, and you will go to
the grave in your arrgoance and pride believing yourself justified
in railing against God, only to find out how wrong you were on that
day, "Snit."

Jesus warns us in advance so we can be saved. But, not everybody
will be saved. That's one of the hardest lessons I've had to learn
as a Christian. It's one that breaks my heart.

It's not a bigoted view of Islam. THAT _IS_ ISLAM! The reason why
we don't see more Muslims killing non-Muslims is because they are
not practicing their faith, just as many Christians who are not
more holy but are just like the people of the world, except that
they call themselves by the name "Christian."

"Snit," you're going to learn one day that Jesus is God, and that
He came here to save your eternal soul from death in Hell. If you
learn that before you leave this world you are saved. If you learn
that after you leave this world, you will be cast into Hellfire.

I advise you to learn it before you leave this world.

[I would] like to point out that his theology is all
twisted up.
I'd like to ask you to show me where, Richard. Here's what I see:

You remain silent while souls around you are heading off to the
eternal flames. You do not join in my posts here on comp.lang.c
(or elsewhere) due to some twisted self-belief that it is better
to stay on topic than teach people what the world will not teach
them.

You place a greater authority on what men say than what God said
when He said to to all nations and teach ("disciple all the nations"
http://biblehub.com/text/matthew/28-19.htm), and in the book of Acts
we learn that even if an Earthly authority were to say we should stop
teaching about Jesus, it is for us to place the guidance of God in
its proper place relative to the guidance of man:

http://biblehub.com/kjv/acts/4-19.htm
19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it
be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than
unto God, judge ye.

I'd like to know where my teachings are "twisted," Richard. My
teachings are thus:

(1) We are all sinners (biblehub.com/kjv/romans/3-23.htm).
(2) We are all already condemned (biblehub.com/kjv/john/3-18.htm).

(3) None of us can save ourself
(biblehub.com/kjv/ephesians/2-8.htm).

(4) Jesus came to save us from sin and death
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/1_john/3-8.htm).

(5) All who come to Him are forgiven
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/6-37.htm) and
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/6-39.htm) and
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/14-6.htm).

(6) And all who are forgiven are restored, made alive again
spiritually, entering in to eternal life with God in
Heaven forever:
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/luke/23-43.htm) and
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/3-5.htm) and
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/14-2.htm) and
(http://biblehub.com/kjv/john/14-3.htm) and:

5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things
new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and
faithful.
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the
beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of
the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his
God, and he shall be my son.
8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and
murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and
all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with
fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Does this mean anything to you, Richard? Why do you remain silent?

Thank you,

I suspect Richard will not reply to this. The key reasons Richard does
not join in your religious threads are that this is the wrong time and
place for them (it is a C discussion group - and Richard has too much
respect for the other group members to get involved in such off-topic
threads), and that experience has shown that such threads are utterly
useless. The do not encourage anyone towards Christianity (quite the
opposite). They do not encourage off-topic posters to moderate their
behaviour (again, they have the opposite effect). They do not lead to
anyone learning anything, or gaining a better understanding of other
viewpoints.

I have engaged Rick in religious discussions in the past. I have even
argued that the occasional off-topic thread is not a problem for a group
like c.l.c. But I have learned that it is quite useless. Rick is
apparently totally incurable, and lives in his own world with no regard
for anyone else.

I will not be following up on this (and Rick has promised not to reply
to me). I strongly encourage Snit, David K, and anyone else who feels
provoked to respond to Rick, that they don't bother. The threads here
in the past couple of days show that these threads are not useful
discussions, and simply serve to annoy people.

Right on all counts. There are groups for discussing Christian theology,
and I do take part in some of those groups, but /this/ is not one of
those groups. If Mr Hodgin wants me to explain exactly what is wrong
with his theology, he can take it up with me in one of those groups. In
/this/ group, however, I have him kill-filed.

I seem to recall making email enquiries (maybe even to you - I'm afraid
I've forgotten) about whether Mr Hodgin had started behaving himself
and, as a result, I unplonked him for a while, but quickly re-plonked him.

If anyone wants to discuss the subject matter with /me/ (and has a
robust killfile to deal with the noise, which is considerable), they
have only to post in alt.religion.christianity or
alt.christnet.christianlife and I will be glad to engage in polite,
logical, and sensible[1] discussion with them *in one of those groups*.

But not here. This is a C group.

But not here. This is a C group.
Do you think someday you will hear Jesus say to me, "Rick, why did you
post about me in the C group? That group was reserved for C language
discussions. The people there told you to stop. Why didn't you then
listen to them?"

No.

What the people of this group will hear is this: "And here, I sent
my servant to you in your area of interest, your field of expertise,
right to your door. I sent him there and he tried to teach you in
way after way after way, using the Bible, using videos, using song,
using quotes from historical figures, using passion appeals and
reason. He taught you repeatedly about how you have sin, and need
a savior, and yet you rejected him, as you have rejected all the
others."

It will be evidence entered in to the final Judgment court, what
the Bible calls the White Throne Judgment. I will be testifying
against you in your court case, despite my continued pleas here for
your eternal soul.

Richard, what you will hear is this: "You were taught about me.
You knew that every soul who did not come to me to ask forgiveness
would be cast into Hell, and yet you did not teach people who did
not know me. You only went to those places where people were
already seeking me. What did I do on Earth when everybody was
seeking after me? I went to another place (Mark 1:37-38) where
they weren't yet seeking after me."

-----
Your goals are man-taught, Richard. They are not of God. We are
explicitly called to go out into all the world and teach. We are
not to segregate ourselves based on sinful man's requests, because
those who are perishing have no authority, no right to restrain
the message of God from going forth.

When I have done street ministry, I've had person after person come
up to me and ask me to simply be quiet and stop talking. These are
demons living inside people who are speaking through the voices of
those people. They do not want the word of God to go forth because
His word is spirit and it is life!

You are silencing that life. Squelching that life. Sequestering
that life to isolated areas where they are not to be isolated.
You will pay a terrible price for your choices, Richard. And I
pray for you that your eyes are awakened, and you move in pursuit
of God's Holy Spirit guidance, and not the guidance of sinful, dead,
fallen men in this world.

Maye some brave soul will reply and quote this entire post for you
so your self-relegating-into-isolation-from-the-truth self can read
these words and wake up from your passive, deep, long slumber!

Thank you,

I have no issue with him having a religious worldview I disagree with. Hey,
to each their own. Christian, Jew, Muslim, atheist, Buddhist, Wiccan, FSM...
whatever... I really do not care.

But he is deeply arrogant and bigoted toward others and knows very little
about the Christian bible and has no desire to learn about it. He even snips
quotes from it and then denies they exist.

At that point he is actively working to be ignorant even about his own
religion AS he threatens others with eternal damnation for not accepting his
worldview.

Hard to find that respectable in any way.

You have it backwards. C is not more important than coming to a
knowledge and understanding and saving faith in Jesus Christ. But
coming to a knowledge and understanding and saving faith in Jesus
Christ _IS_ more important than C.

People must come to Christ first, and then do EVERYTHING ELSE second.
Why? Because none of us know when we're going to die, and the
judgment for sin is real and looms over every one of us today, right

Everlasting Brilliance Personified, and a 100% fair Judge
How does Jesus of your mind differ from my thoughts on Him?
#1 -- He's not a "guy". He is God Almighty, and He is "Holy, Holy,
Holy." When He approached mankind in the Old Testament, He
said, "Take off your shoes, for where you are standing is
holy ground." When He walked upon the Earth before coming
here as Jesus, the ground would turn a beautiful blue at His
footsteps (http://biblehub.com/exodus/24-10.htm).

#2 -- When Jesus came here as a man, He came to save mankind. He
came to extend the olive branch of forgiveness despite our
guilt. He came to save all who would be saved from the lost
and fallen-in-sin of man. But when He comes back this next
time, He's coming back as a Sovereign ruler, a conqueror
against evil and wickedness. This present age only continues
on for a time, and when that time is over sin is dealt with.
He is coming back to damn all those who rejected Him and His
free offer of salvation, simply for the acknowledgement that
you are a sinner, and you need forgiveness.

This is the age of grace, Chris, and things appear as they do now
because we are still in that age. But the age of grace is almost
over, and the reality of who God is will come right to our noses.
We will be utterly cast down if we are not already forgiven. And
we don't know when it will happen, but the time is ripe today, even
right now.

#3 -- He is the Creator, the author and finisher of all things, and
He has prescribed how we are to be when we are His. He has a
calling toward holiness, and away from worldliness and sin.
He always warned people, "Go, and sin no more, lest something
worse happen to you."

#4 -- He is to be held high, and in proper regard. He is distinct
and separate from us. A cut above. Of more noble form. He
came to the Earth and lived 33 years in the midst of every
imaginable spiritual attack by the enemy, yet never sinned.
From His dying position on the cross, yet was He still breathing
out forgiveness, "Father, forgive them, for they know not what
they do."

He _IS_ a 100% fair judge, but He _WILL_ judge _ALL_ sin. If you bear
unrepentant sin when He returns, you will be fall under judgment for
it, as will everyone else on the Earth who has unrepentant sin. All
who bear such sin will be taken physical hold of, dragged to the edge
of the abyss, and tossed headlong into Hell.

Death and Hell are cast into the lake of fire.
This is the second death (the first one is here on the Earth
in our current body at 10m 0s):

All whose names were not found written in the Lamb's Book
of Life, they were cast into the lake of fire (at 10m 45s):
http://youtu.be/zO8t2L9TcAU

The proper relationship between us and God is that He is God, and
we are His creation. We are servants of His Kingdom, and while He
does call us friend, and sticks with us closer than a brother, we
must, of our own volition and acknowledgement, hold Him as He is,
as God Almighty, the Alpha and Omega, the One who holds all the
keys to Death, Hell, and the Grave, He who has come here as our
Savior, who has saved us from such a wretched and permanent end
that we owe Him our literal everything.

We must acknowledge what He has done for us and teach everybody
so they too can have the opportunity to be saved.

-----
You should watch that whole video. It paints an accurate picture
of what will come. Jesus came to save us from that end.

Thank you,

I am a Christian as well.
You may call yourself by the name "Christian," Chris, but you are
not born again.
You may call yourself a Christian but you shun the bible and reject what is
written in it, to the point where you refuse to read it or comment on it.

There are many good, moral Christians... but you express bigotry and pride
and arrogance. I cannot see how you deem yourself a good Christian.
Post by Rick C. Hodgin
You bear witness to the flesh, to an unregenerate state. You use profanity,
and you do not honor Jesus Christ with your life.
With your arrogance and rejection of the bible do you not also reject
Christ?
Post by Rick C. Hodgin
You are not in pursuit of the things of the Holy Spirit, but are seeking after
the things world, the things of the flesh.

I am wondering how many people at his church would like it if he
busted into a thread ... and try to teach people C?
You have it backwards. C is not more important than coming to a
knowledge and understanding and saving faith in Jesus Christ. But
coming to a knowledge and understanding and saving faith in Jesus
Christ _IS_ more important than C.
While I have no issue with people being a Christian, "knowing" Christ is
nothing more special than "knowing" the Invisible Green Dragon. If you want
to "know" then then do it. If you do not fine with me.
Post by Rick C. Hodgin
People must come to Christ first, and then do EVERYTHING ELSE second.
But you put your arrogance and pride first.
Post by Rick C. Hodgin
Why? Because none of us know when we're going to die, and the
judgment for sin is real and looms over every one of us today, right
now.
Thank you,
Rick C. Hodgin

Look, people, RCH really believes this stuff. I think he is
deluded but I wouldn't waste time trying to undelude him. I
suggest just ignoring him.
According to my newsreader you posted this seven minutes before replying
to one of RCH's religious diatribes yourself. (By the way, I agree that
there is nothing to be done but ignore these posts.)
Scabs. I can ignore his Christian nonsense
So can I. Except that, speaking as a Christian myself, I would again (as
I very occasionally do) like to point out that his theology is all
twisted up. It is not /Christian/ nonsense, just nonsense. If you must
attack him here, and I'd much prefer it if you stuck to C, please attack
him /correctly/, at least.

but Islam is a
real problem area today and Islamophobia is too important
to ignore.
But that, surely, is a matter for a soc group, not a comp group?
I am a Christian as well. I believe that Jesus is an infinitely nice
guy, and an extremely interesting person to talk to; Math, anything for
He is Perfection Everlasting Brilliance Personified, and a 100% fair
Judge. I suffer from a bit of ODC and may be slightly on the spectrum,
Rick can trigger me.
Now, Rick is very smart and knows C. I am wondering how many people at
his church would like it if he busted into a thread, I have been known
to do that, and try to teach people C?
In case you have read my responses to him and think they apply to all
Christians, please know they do not. I have NO issue with him being a
Christian nor you. I shall not try to talk you out of it nor tell you that
if you do not accept my worldview you can expect an eternity of torture.

And you seem one of the "good" Christians who does not engage in such
behavior either.

Hey Judy
Do you remember how we met
You say you'll never forget
'Cause you love me

Well I love you too
And I'm good for you
But I'm afraid to ruin our plans
When you find out who I am

I am Satan
I rule darkness and fight off the day
I am Satan
You may wanna run
But I hope you will stay
I am Satan
This year's king of the underworld
But there's nothing I can do
And I'd feel oh so blue without you

Hey Judy
Can you imagine how I feel
Can't we try to make a deal
'Cause you love me

And I love you too
I'm so good for you
But will you condemn me to hell
When you know why I dance so well

I am Satan
I rule darkness and fight off the day
I am Satan
You may wanna run
But I hope you will stay
I am Satan
This year's king of the underworld
But there's nothing I can do
And I'd feel oh so blue without you

You run as fast as you could go
You need not fear me I won't follow
You'll always have respect from me
Now what do I see
You're walking back to me

I am Satan
I rule darkness and fight off the day
I am Satan
You may wanna run
But I hope you will stay
I am Satan
This year's king of the underworld
And there's so much we can do
So let's go to Disneyland together
