Thanks, I can confirm that the pgp-all.asc file is empty. I suspect
there's an incompatibility between libgnupg.interface.perl and

Same here. The temporary fix is to adjust downward the MINREL and
RELFINAL settings in your mix.cfg. Setting them both to 90 works.

But it's easier to go to "State Int" and temporarily lower "Reliab min"
to [70] and "Reliab fin" to [85].

You see all remailers with their reliability (Up-Time) at the Remailer
Chain Selector ("Anon" tab, [...] buttons right to Remailer News/Mail).

You'll need to lower your MINREL and RELFINAL parameters to get any
remailers in spec, or use a different pinger for a couple of days. By
tomorrow, most remailers should be sufficiently recovered.
