Looking for some directions to replace bayonet wirings

I read many Q/A and posts about it but not seen any how to, step by steps, video or pictures, for replacing and rewiring the Bally bayonets.
Do you know of any such links?

I replaced a bayonet but now the whole row is out, I figure either I have not soldered in the right place or connected it to the others properly or used the wrong wiring.

Guidance is appreciated, trial and error so far have not worked.

Bayonet? You mean Molex plugs?

The hardest thing about replacing molex plugs is getting the crimp
right, and if you have the wrong crimpers it will never work. If you do
it correctly you don't need solder on the wire end.

The pin end on the board you would generally remove the whole row and
solder a new set in. Is that what you mean by bayonets?

Makes sense that's what I get for combining the previous post with this one. Two messages two issues.

Bayonets you know for the lights on the table, old Bally ones. Mollex are the chip board connectors. Those were fun to rebuild. :-)

Wiring of the bayonet sockets is a pretty simple 2 wire connection. Sometimes it's not the lamp socket that's the problem, if it's a controlled lamp it could be the transistor(s) that control it is not working.

But, unless you are sure that you have exactly the same lamp holder, use
a multi-meter to check continuity to see what tab is connected to what.
That is, tip, socket, or floating lead.

It is the bayonet, it broke off originally. Bought new ones to replace it with and not finding any guide to help replace them and ensure it is wired correctly.
