It's probably too early to install the March Windows Updates, given the
problems people are having already. But I'm wondering why Microsoft is
offering me KB 4088875 (the security monthly quality rollup for Windows
7, x64) as an important update but leaving it without a checkmark.

I have no idea; for me it was one of the Microsoft Office updates that
was mysteriously unChecked. However, looking at the known issues for KB
4088875 one has to admit that leaving it unChecked it probably a good
thing; maybe Microsoft will re-release it later?

Mine was originally checked but now it is unchecked, so I presume that
it is now less important than before or has problems.
Look at ask woody website for reported problems.
My last updates were in December 2017. January and February Updates
caused restart problems on two of the eight computer I look after so i
did not update the remainder.

I tried to install it and it failed. When I scanned for updates again,
it didn't appear.

u should not install updates from a commy. MS is a bad commy problem.
We dont have any problems cause we dont use windows firewall. And we do
not permit them to touch their own op system.

That one has not yet shown up for me in Windows Update. I keep track of
every update I install, every update I reject, and every update that I
installed and then installed a replacement. This is not in any of those
three lists.

why would you want to update the op system? The only thing you should
update is the defender. For Bill Gates is a communist with sour
programming. You use his stuff, expect trouble especially today.
We have not updated ever since we had first purchased windows 6.1 We
turned it off because of what we do know.... If you keep updating,
you will loose control of your machine online. And that is because
Microsoft is a communist. And that, is how they make their money. By
fixing your stuff that you have no control over it. IF you had control,
and you knew computers, you could do your own updates. Safely, without
letting the services of of communists run to your machine. China
Microsoft is a good one for that shit, firewall ass holes. Yes,
Microsoft is a global communist. Its
about time the real democrats knew this. IF there are any left out
there. They certainly are not catholics.
