Washington, July 31 - President Bush's campaign plans to use the normally
quiet month of August for a vigorous drive to undercut john Kerry by turning
attention away from his record in Vietnam to what the campaign described as
an undistinguished and left-leaning record in the Senate.
Mr. Bush's advisers plan to cap the month at the Republican convention in
New York, which they said would feature Mr. Kerry as an object of humor and
calculated derision......

You mean Asscroft's thought police, you fucking right wing fraud! If
the Nazi neocons Bush and Ashcroft had their way they would punish
people for "thinking" the wrong way.

Bush and Ashcroft ideas of supporting "democracy" already includes:

Having illegal searches of your home or business and not even telling
you they've been there snooping around.

Reading your email.

Listening in on your phone conversations.

Peeking in your windows to see what you're up to.

Checking which books you take out of libraries.

Arresting you, then without benefit of legal representation, throwing
you in jail for as long as they like without you ever being charged
with any crime EVEN if you're a citizen. All that's necessary is some
goons saying they suspect you of being a "terrorist" or some other
made up lie.

Its called the "patriot" act and the slime ball Bush is all for it.
Remember the infamous quote from Bush where he said his job would be
so much easier if only he was a dictator. That is a ACTUAL QUOTE and
can be confirmed on many web sites including CNN's archives.

Ashcroft, like Bush is one of the few permitted to the inner-circle of
hard core Bush supporters because he's another "born again" phony shit
ass Christian that has already gone off the deep end and thinks
they're doing God's work and that God tells them what to do.

Just imagine four more years of this kind of Nazi crap. What will the
United States look like by 2008 under Bush? Well I'll tell ya,
millions of Americans "not thinking the right way" will be locked up
in prison camps and be given instructions on proper thinking so they
understand what the Fuhrer Bush and Field Marshall Ashcroft need to
protect the fatherland. Sounds like the 4th Reich of the Nazis.
Remember another fact, Bush's grandfather was a support of the Nazi
during WWII.

I can assure the RNC and Mr. Bush's advisors as one of the swing
voters that are so important to them, that any campaign that includes
painting his opponenat as "an object of humor and calculated derision"
will not have a positive affect on my decision-making come November.

We moderates do _not_ like that kind of campaigning and it will show
in the polling booths if they choose to travel that path.

You will believe what you want to believe. I could list the moderate
candidates from both sides that I have supported starting in 1978, but
nothing I could say would convince you.

I don't like it when either side practices the politics of cynicism as
you're doing here. It's what makes me a swing voter.

Like Zell Miller says, the democrat party left me and have swung to the

but it would only go to counter your point, besides you will believe what

- He's a Deserter
Anyone AWOL for over 30 days IS CONSIDERED A DESERTER. Bush can't
account for months of non service. That's the acid test. The
whitehouse recently released culumative pay records PROVING beyond any
doubt that Bush went AWOL for longer than 30 days, therefore he IS a
deserter under the military code of justice. NOBODY that's a veteran,
NOBODY that's a decent law abiding citizen, NOBODY that cares about
his country over politial party will vote for a proven deserter and
sleaze ball. So Bush is going down in a landslide unless he gets
impeached first.

Yep, It's all about Kerry! which is good news for Kerry because he is the
subject. It doesn't matter what they say about you as long as they talk
about you, that's the way name recognition works. Keep the focus on Kerry
then he'll be the name people see when they go to the poles. This is the way
adverising works. If you keep seeing Bud Light every where, You'll ask for
Bud Light when you buy beer. The fact that it may taste like piss water
doesn't change that. The Dems were very smart to barely mention Bush during
the convention. Kerry should talk about Kerry and the Repugs will talk about
Kerry, and nobody mentions Bush. Bush who? This is great and can do nothing
but help Kerry.

Good point which is why Kerry's military record is now fair game as is his
congressional record. Notably, the Kerry camp has only released a portion of
the military and doesn't want to discuss the later.

Very true. Since the repugs have nothing good to run on this year, you can

Very true. Since the repugs have nothing good to run on this year, you can
bet the GOP convention will be nothing but slams against Kerry. Expect
Kerry to get another 5 percent boost in the polls after the repug
convention. I can't wait to see those massive protests outside of the
convention as well!!
I can't wait to see these idiotic malcontent anarchist protesters to
start rioting. I just LOVE WITH ALL MY HEART AND MIND seeing them
beaten with police batons after refusing to obey the police. I cannot
wait to see them being blasted by water-cannons. I just would LOVE it
when the police tear-gas them.
Protest all you want, but don't break laws, obey the police
immediately and without pause.
Good thing for you those who protested against the British during the
American Revolution didn't agree with you.

How anyone can "love" watching someone be beaten for disobeying the police
is beyond me. Let me guess. You are an honest god-fearing Christian, aren't
you?

The closer we get to the election, the more sedition, treason,
and death threats against the President we'll see from
the liberals. Especially as they realize Bush will more than likely
win.

KERRY: "Today marks a tragic milestone in the war in Iraq. More

war on terror. I think that the first thing that every American

Kerry: Iraq Is Part Of The War On Terror
CNN
Wolf Blitzer Reports
http://snipurl.com/8x9e

KERRY: "Today marks a tragic milestone in the war in Iraq. More
than 1,000 of America's sons and daughters have now given their
lives on behalf of their country, on behalf of freedom in the
war on terror. I think that the first thing that every American
wants to say today is how deeply we each feel the loss."

Kerry said the debates would be a challenge. "The president has won every
debate he's ever had," Kerry said. "He beat Ann Richards. He beat Al Gore.
So, he's a good debater."

How is it any different from the last 4 years of lying?
Fight back??!! It's the rest of the US that has to fight back at the
Bushies! They are definitely thru the looking glass - is Bush stable
enough even for 2 debates?
I pray the Dem leadership continues to follow your thinking and
underrates Bush yet again.
Don't you mean "misunderestimates?"
Call it what you will. It doesn't change the fact that Bush is not a
dummy. And the Democrats will lose because of it.
Biggest deficit in history.

Again?
Since Bush was elected the Democrats have been underestimating him.
And losing elections because of it. Bush will win this and I predict
we'll pick up even more seats in the House and Senate.

You haven't seen plague yet. Just wait until Bush's new term.
There'll be a plague on liberal houses.

"I think you can be an honest person and lie about any number of things"-
-Dan Rather

February 17, 2004
At Sunday night's Democratic debate in Milwaukee, Mr. Kerry dismissed the
charge by DNC Chairman Terry McAuliffe that Mr. Bush was AWOL - absent
without leave - when he was required to report to the Alabama Air National
Guard in 1972.
"I have suggested that some people who are my advocates who've gone on
that line of attack, it's not one that I plan to do, it's not one I have
[done]," the Massachusetts senator said. "I've asked them not to."
Asked whether the DNC will heed Mr. Kerry's call to drop accusations
that Mr. Bush was AWOL, spokesman Tony Welch said, "the White House did more
to advance this than anyone else" and that Mr. McAuliffe stands by his
position.
