Heap assertion in the debug log.

Type "bt" followed by Enter into reactos when this assertion is hit, so it will
generate a backtrace.

Based on the stack trace, I suspect you manually broke into kdbg (using TAB+k),
which what I intented.

Steps I intended:
- Make sure you have a debug build, start the installation.
- At the first reboot, select the ReactOS (Debug) boot option.
- Wait until ReactOS is frozen, then type "bt" followed by Enter.

Together with bug #5843, this seems to confirm my suspicion that something's
wrong with growing the heap.
Possibly the same underlying issue, and most likely exposed (not caused!) by
the recent janderwald commit.

@Up: testing with r50634 and it doesn't work for me.

Now installation on mshtml.dll closed. No erors, warning on screen. I see only
desktop.

I tried that, r50957 hangs in 1st stage, when ran with vt-x disabled on vt-x

Wine could not find a Gecko package which is needed for applications embedding
HTML to work correctly. Winde can automatically download and install it for
you.

It doesn't happen for me when using VBox 3.2.12 And happens in VBox 4.0.4
So seems it's not regression. It happens only in VBox v4

There is a stub for this bug

Callstack:
LoadTypeLibEx() -> TLB_ReadTypeLib -> ITypeLib2_Constructor_MSFT

have an a loop for reading info from .tlb file in the end of it
(dll\win32\oleaut32\typelib.c:3076).
If u'll add some more actions if the loop, for example Sleep(50); there are no
freeze during installation in debug mode.

For normal mode set greater delay, i tested 500.

Installation process will be slowed, but working...

Problem caused registering .tlb files, that contain a huge amount of registry
entries for create/update, probably the bug is deeper in kernel something like
not queued registry modifications, so registry should be virtualized and might
not be directly modificated on hard drive.

I'm working around this problem and may be here should be a fix

It's race condition. Bug is fixed even if you will remove #define NDEBUG from
heap.c But "#define NDEBUG" is not the reason of bug.

exception 0xc0000005 freeze

There are two errors in installation process, first is this one (exception),
and second is a failed assertion. The exception is occured because of not
founded mshtml.dll (O_o) but actualy it exists.

Still working around assertion

The problem seems not to occur if the VM is started with the options --norawr0
and --norawr3, e.g. "VBoxSDL --startvm reactos --norawr0 --norawr3".
