N_O_T nonsense.
definitely nonsense. no headaches are incurred nor are there any
unintended consequences. it's pure rubbish.

10.3 brings overall speed improvements, find my airpods, a couple of
extra gig of space gained and a shitload of security exploits and bugs
patched.

highly recommended.

straw man.

nothing is perfect, so a very small percentage will have issues
(usually of their own making), but overall, 10.3 is very solid.

10.3 changed the underlying file system without needing to reformat and
without any major catastrophes (or minor for that matter), something
which is *very* impressive.

On some device, yes. On other devices, no.

It's one reason why you should NEVER EVER have your devices set to
automatically update (especially import work devices). You should
always wait for at least a week or two to see if there are any
problems.

it's not possible to set it to automatically update. system updates
require user confirmation.

I have encountered no problems on two iPhones and an iPad.

Please describe the ‘headaches’ and/or 'unintended consequences’ which
you have encountered and explain why you think these problems were caused by
the update.

Nope. The real answer is that Nobrain is simply a moron who blindly
believes everyone on the planet is the same as him and his four geeky
friends - they didn't have a problem, so "nobody" had a problem. The
reality is that some people are having issues.

For a start, Apple has apparently pulled the 10.3 update for iPhone 5
models. Exactly why isn't (yet) known.
ios-10.3-update-for-iphone-5-5c-ios-10.3.2-seems-t>

Then there's the "lengthy install time", which although not an actual
problem (if you wait long enough), may be causing some people to think
the multiple reboots and install time is an issue.

there is no 'lengthy install time' unless something is very, very wrong.

all of my devices, including an iphone 5, installed in about 10 minutes
or so. it was actually *faster* than the previous update.

err... no. the update for the iPhone 5 series is not available _over the

The idiot Nobrain said point blank that there where no problems with
iOS 10.3, but both those links prove there are at least two issues
affecting *some* people. Just because Nobrain and his four geeky
friends didn't have any problem, does not mean there weren't any
problems for other people.
