Nope. The real answer is that Nobrain is simply a moron who blindly
believes everyone on the planet is the same as him and his four geeky
friends - they didn't have a problem, so "nobody" had a problem. The
reality is that some people are having issues.
For a start, Apple has apparently pulled the 10.3 update for iPhone 5
models. Exactly why isn't (yet) known.

Then there's the "lengthy install time", which although not an actual
problem (if you wait long enough), may be causing some people to think
the multiple reboots and install time is an issue.
