Post by MLPost by devilphishPost by LfhMan, you guys need to *GET A LIFE*. Here I am happily ignoring all
these political threads, and I come upon one with a good title, and it
gets fuckin' hijacked into a political thread.
One man gathers what another man spills and all that. Imo, it wasn't
anywhere near interesting until it got "hijacked."
Which just shows you have no life.
Post by LfhGet a room, damnit, we don't need to see this.
Isn't it kind of presumptuous to talk about what "we" do or don't
need?

What, no clever rebuke? Weak obsessive stalking attempt. Shouldn't
you be over in that dead deer thread offering up some more stupid
puns?

Hi.
You feelin' frisky, darlin'?
You know it, a good lunar eclipse will do that to me! And, there was
the satellite shootdown. Also, the big meteor in Oregon & Washington
earlier in the day. I love this shit. I'm hoping a piece of solar
panel will fall in my yard in the next few days.
Post by ML How's Ventura?
Nice bit of rain today, which has the bonus that I don't have to turn
the sprinklers on for a few more weeks (or paint my lawn :)
Post by ML Really really cool you
dig each lunar eclipse.
Same way here. Couldn't view it, overcast. Raining this morn when I
awoke.
Raining all day in good ol' Bama, does it get any better?
Post by MLThese fucking gifts from God (she's reeelly nice) are cool and a half.
No doubt, I'm holding my breath waiting for Betelgeuse to go
supernova, any day now, but unfortunately the "day" of which I speak
is on the universal scale, so it might still take a few thousand
years.
But, I'm nowhere near the scale of my friends, who travel the world
for *every* solar eclipse, to get under the umbra (totality point, ya
know, only the Shadow knows).
Post by MLBut different strokes, as my friend said recently, I've known plenty
of people who just, it doesn't
touch their Interest the way it does some.
And, of course, if you have no interest in the subject of the thread,
you have every right, or are almost required, to hijack the thread and
tell the world how boring the thread is when someone calls you on the
hijack.
Post by MLIn 1976 it snowed in San Jose and I tried to get my friend to get up
but he wouldn't.
Must've been one hella hangover.
Post by ML But he's the
bestest person, among the best I know. Did your little daughter get
to see it?
Naw, while we were looking at it, she was busy washing green paint out
of her hair/face/younameit. Besides, I think she got bored with space
when we showed her the Space Station flying over and all she could see
was a little white dot. She probably expected to see Buzz Lightyear
or something.
