All,

Walt Cakebread claims Warren Commission Exhibit (CE) 150 is not that
the shirt that LHO was arrested in.

In the thread called QUESTION FOR WALT RE LHO CLOTHING Walt recently
wrote:

QUOTE ON

CE 150 is NOT the shirt that Oswald was wearing at the time of his
arrest. CE 150 is the shirt with the large ragged hole in the right
elbow that Mrs Bledsoe saw him wearing on the bus just a few minutes
after the shooting.

CE 150 is the shirt that Oswald removed and put in the dresser drawer
where it was found later that afternoon.
A news photographer named Winfrey took a photograph at the police
station shortly after Oswald's arrest which shows Oswald with his
manacled hands raised and the right sleeve is stretched tight against
his elbow, and there is NO HOLE in that shirt sleeve. Anybody who
has ever worn-out the elbow area out of a shirt sleeve knows that
when
you bend your elbow as Oswald's is in the picture your elbow pops
through the hole.

The shirt that Oswald was wearing at the time of his arrest was the
clean shirt that he had put on in his room at 1:00pm.

CE 150 can be seen here...

...it's the top shirt. Please note that the bottom of the shirt's left
(viewers right) front panel is torn and ragged. It's torn for a few
inches up the shirt. You can see the loose frayed threads just above
the letter "E" in the word "Exhibit".

Want to see a different view? CE 150 can also bee seen here…

..in color. Again, note that the bottom of the shirt's left (viewers
right) front panel is torn and ragged, and that it's torn for a few
inches up the shirt. A section of torn material is separated from the
bulk of the shirt just above the color yellow on the color scale.

Now, go to the Corbis website at…

http://pro.corbis.com/

…and type in "DWF15-477565" and "DWF15-477574" in the search field.
These are the full frame Bill Winfrey photos, in order, of LHO taken
at DPD HQ on Friday at about 4:05 PM. Walt mentions one of them above.

Please note in both photos that the bottom of the shirt's left
(viewers right) front panel is torn and ragged.

Note also that each photo shows a torn section of shirt hanging down.
This is the same piece of torn shirt visible in the color photo of CE
150 above just above the color yellow on the color scale.
In the second photo, DWF15-477574, note what appears to be a worn spot
on the shirts right side/rear elbow area. This is likely the general
area where the hole in the shirt is and is just out of view given
Winfrey's angle.

Bottom line, Walt's claim is wrong. Photos show that CE- 150 is the
shirt Oswald was wearing at the time of his arrest.

Maybe they went back and got the clean one and switched it? Or well,
maybe just like Connally's Coat, they cleaned it, because it sure

Small potatoes. Since so much of LHO's stuff was photographed,
documented, by the FBI and DPD and through their correspondence lost,
misplaced, doctored, added items....who cares?

Maybe they went back and got the clean one and switched it?  Or well,
maybe just like Connally's Coat, they cleaned it, because it sure

Nor did anyone ever say the shirt was dirty.

Neil,

What is strange is your complaint.

There are thousands of complex facets to this case.

Walt raised one of them when he claimed that the shirt LHO was
arrested in was not CE 150, the shirt the authorities say he was
arrested in - the shirt I believe that he was arrested in.

We are discussing that facet of the case. It has relevance to the
evidence in the case.

If you don't like it, don't follow the thread.

Simple as that.

On the other hand, if you have something to contribute to one side of
the argument, feel free to do so.

But don't come in here on your high horse and complain because we're
discussing something that you either don't want to hear about, or (and
probably more accurately) know nothing about.

All,
Walt Cakebread claims Warren Commission Exhibit (CE) 150 is not that
the shirt that LHO was arrested in.
In the thread called QUESTION FOR WALT RE LHO CLOTHING Walt recently
QUOTE ON
CE 150 is NOT the shirt that Oswald was wearing at the time of his

You're a real piece of work, Walt.

Yes, the Bill Winfrey photo is a fact, and that photo proves that the
shirt that LHO is wearing in those photos is the same as the shirt in
CE 150.

The torn left front shirt panel bottom is the key. The tears match
exactly from the Winfrey photo to the photos of CE 150.

You've not commented at all on this fact, not offered any analysis to
the contrary, and your inability to do so speaks volumes.

Additionally, one of the Winfrey photos also shows what appears to be
a worn spot on the right shirt sleeve in the side/rear elbow area that
probably is where the hole appears. Due to the angle that the photo
was taken at, the hole is out of view. That you think it should be
visible just goes to show that you can't think or visualize in the
third dimension.

It needs to be stated up front that there is NO real evidence LHO ever
got on any bus on 11/22/63, period. But let's play along and go with
Bledsoe's testimony (which differed from all other witnesses on the
bus by the way) to see where it leads.

Mr. BALL - Now, what color shirt did he have on?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - He had a brown shirt.

Hmm, just like the one they found at N. Beckley St.

Mr. BALL - Did he have anything on. Was the shirt open or was it
buttoned?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - Yes; all the buttons torn off.
Mr. BALL - What did he have on underneath that?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - I don't know.
Mr. BALL - Do you know the color of any undershirt he had on?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - No.

This is postively incorrect as it has been shown in many places LHO
had a t-shirt underneath his shirt, even DVP says this as he claims
LHO wore only this when allegedly shooting JFK. How can she not even
get this right? How hard is it to see a t-shirt against a dark
colored shirt? Surely makes one wonder how reliable her eyes are.

Mr. BALL - Notice the color of his pants?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - Yes, they were gray, and they were all ragged in here
[indicating].

Sounds like the pants found at N. Beckley to me. She seems to think
everything was ragged, this could be a reason to change out of these
clothes.

You have the issue of Bledsoe's testimony not being corroborated by
any other witness on the bus to deal with, along with the bigger issue
of NO real proof LHO was ever on the bus. The main point is he did
change his clothes and the DPD documented this.

That's right..... And the reason the LNers argue the point is
because in the first days the cops had absolutely NOTHING
To connect Oswald to the rifle. There were no finger prints tracable
to Oswald on the rifle and they were desperate.
Then the FBI said they found fresh fibers from the shirt Oswald was
wearing AT THE TIME OF HIS ARREST on the butt of the rifle.
The inference was clear....Oswald had had that rifle against his
shoulder recently. They were portraying the idea that he had
had that rifle against his shoulder while he fired it an killed
President Kennedy. Later it became clear to them that Oswald had
changed his shirt and IF IF IF there were any fibers found on the
rifle linking Oswald to the shooting they should have matched
the shirt he had been wearing at the TSBD at the time of the
shooting, and that was the shirt he'd left in the dresser
drawer. IF IF IF there were fresh fibers on the butt of the rifle
that match the arrest shirt ...they had to have gotten there
after both the shirt and the rifle were in police custody.

Of course, the bus transfer found in his shirt pocket isn't evidence,

Nope, not in Massive All Controlling Conspiracy World.

No, it must have been planted or faked.

In fact ALL of the evidence is planted or faked, or at least the

the evidence that shows your boy LHO is guilty.

In the thread called QUESTION FOR WALT RE LHO CLOTHING Walt recently
QUOTE ON
CE 150 is NOT the shirt that Oswald was wearing at the time of his
The shirt that Oswald was wearing at the time of his arrest was the
clean shirt that he had put on in his room at 1:00pm.

bulk of the shirt just above the color yellow on the color scale.
Now, go to the Corbis website at…

It needs to be stated up front that there is NO real evidence LHO ever
got on any bus on 11/22/63, period.
"Of course, the bus transfer found in his shirt pocket isn't evidence,
is it."

Of course NOT, you have NO chain of custody for this transfer do you?
McWatters could not testify to the fact that he gave it to LHO, in
fact, he said it was NOT LHO. Walt made a great observation of this
many years ago, the transfer was in mint condition, how is that if it
was stuck in his pocket? Walt, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm
pretty sure that is what you said many years ago. Furthermore, it was
good for only 15 minutes after being issued, so why keep it if he
wasn't going to use it for another bus? No witness beyond Bledsoe put
him on that bus.

Nope, not in Massive All Controlling Conspiracy World."

The only thing that was "All Controlling/and Part of a Conspiracy
World" was the investigation!

"No, it must have been planted or faked."

It is a tough pill to swallow for you LNers, but this is what the
evidence shows happened.

"In fact ALL of the evidence is planted or faked, or at least the
evidecne that you don't want to believe, which happens to be most of
the evidence that shows your boy LHO is guilty."

Notice how he is sidetracking instead of PROVING LHO was on the bus,
something he CAN'T do of course. Now he is my boy when he died before
I was born.

"Now your questioning how reliable her eyes are?"

You aren't??? He has a dark shirt (brown) on and she can't tell if he
has a white t-shirt on underneath? Was she blind? Was LHO bare
chested as she said his shirt was open and all the buttons were gone?

"OK, then how reliable is her claim that LHO was dirty, the claim that
Walt relys so very heavily on for his claim that the shirt and pants
were dirty."

Obviously very credible as LHO himself said his clothes were dirty. I
don't think she really said this until much later Todd as I pasted her
affadavit and there is NO mention of it in there.

"You're discrediting Walt's witness, Rob."

I don't think Walt is banking on her the way you guys are as she is
the only witness that claims LHO was on the bus.

"You guys just don't "get it"."

Get what? That the official theory is one BIG lie?

Who said anything about a minute? He would have put it into a pocket
within a shirt, left it there for 15 minutes at least, then changed
shirts, put the transfer (which was expired by now) into the other
shirt and carried it with him until his arrest. You really think
nothing would have happened by way of a wrinkle or fold to the
transfer in all that time? Do you think they are made of hard iron or
steel?

More to the point, why take an expired transfer with you when you have
changed and it is expired? Why can't you prove McWatters ever gave a
transfer to LHO? I don't expect any answers as Todd is no different
from any other LNer, they all are like Del Shannon's "Little Runaway"

This is the same piece of torn shirt visible in the color photo of CE
150 above just above the color yellow on the color scale.
In the second photo, DWF15-477574, note what appears to be a worn spot
on the shirts right side/rear elbow area. This is likely the general
area where the hole in the shirt is and is just out of view given
Winfrey's angle.
Bottom line, Walt's claim is wrong. Photos show that CE- 150 is the
shirt Oswald was wearing at the time of his arrest.
Todd
"LMAO."
Typical LNer response when they can't dispute anything.
No, typical response when I read most of the CT'er crap on this board.

LMAO!

"Nonsense.
"Like the minute you put a piece of paper in your shirt pocket it
becomes wrinkled and worn, or anything other than mint condition."
Who said anything about a minute?  He would have put it into a pocket
within a shirt, left it there for 15 minutes at least....
Well of course I never said the transfer would have been in his pocket
for only a minute.

What I said was "Like the minute you put a piece of paper in your
shirt pocket it
becomes wrinkled and worn, or anything other than mint condition."

Perhaps a reading comprehension class is in your future?

He would have put it into a pocket
within a shirt, left it there for 15 minutes at least, then changed
shirts, put the transfer (which was expired by now) into the other
shirt and carried it with him until his arrest.
My scenario has the transfer going into LHO's pocket and staying there
until after his arrest

Your scenario has the transfer being handled and transfered and extra
time which would potentially add to it's becoming worn.

Thus it's supposed "mint" appearance is more likely to occur with my
scenario than yours.

Didn't think about that, did you?
Post by ***@netscape.com
You really think
nothing would have happened by way of a wrinkle or fold to the
transfer in all that time?  Do you think they are made of hard iron or
steel?
I've placed similar pieces of paper in my shirt pocket and had them
there for hours and they've come out looking like they were when I
first put them in.

You can test this yourself, you know.

What do you think was going on in LHO's pocket?

A battle between two armies? A football game? Laundry?

LMAO.
Post by ***@netscape.com
More to the point, why take an expired transfer with you when you have
changed and it is expired?
Well, again, I'd argue that your question here supports my scenario
more than it suppots yours.
Post by ***@netscape.com
Why can't you prove McWatters ever gave a
transfer to LHO?
But I can prove McWatters gave a transfer to LHO.

LHO had it in his pocket when he was arrested.

I don't expect any answers as Todd is no different
from any other LNer, they all are like Del Shannon's "Little Runaway"
when presented with facts they don't like to address.

Now he is my boy when he died before
I was born.
"You are a slow one, eh?"
Hardly, but you can assume all you want.  It will be your
disadvantage.

Mr. BALL - Notice the color of his pants?
Mrs. BLEDSOE - Yes, they were gray, and they were all ragged in here
[indicating].
Sounds like the pants found at N. Beckley to me.  >
"FYI, there were two pairs of grey pants found at Beckley, one was in
fact torn and ragged, but to the point that the pants would not be
wearable."
Prove it.  Why does the inventory list NOT show two pairs of pants.
It plainly states A pair of pants.  Who is making things up now?
"But the inventory list does say this. Didn't you read it? Do I have
to spoon feed this to you?"
I read it and I saw A pair of pants listed, not two pair of pants.  In
fact, they buried this to the bottom of the list to start with.  Show
me where it says two pairs of pants as I'm at work and can't pull up
the inventory list.
Post by ***@netscape.com
"And besides, I never said LHO didn't change pants."
Of course you didn't as this doesn't hurt your fairy tale at all, but
the shirt is different.
Post by ***@netscape.com
She seems to think
Post by ***@netscape.com
everything was ragged, this could be a reason to change out of these
clothes.
"The shirts was ragged, with tears, as I have pointed out."
Now you are saying both shirts are ragged.  Why would LHO change from
a ragged shirt to a ragged shirt?  I see what you are doing, you are
claiming this to show it makes no sense, but the shirt LHO had on when
he was arrested was NOT ragged.

You have the issue of Bledsoe's testimony not being corroborated by
any other witness on the bus to deal with, along with the bigger issue
of NO real proof LHO was ever on the bus.  The
