I really love the high level of intellectual discourse these "pick a

post and get to read "4". It expands my mind and makes me happy to be
alive.

Look, your opinion of the episode interested me enough to click on your
post in *this* thread. Then I discovered that your opinion of the
episode was "4", which informed me as much as if you had posted the word
"spoon".

Your opinion does *not* interest me enough to prompt me to fuck with
Google Groups and try to track you back several weeks. Screw that.

finally! I've been avoiding threads with the titles of episodes that
have yet to be shown here, finally opened a great long one last night
after seeing Part 2, and discovered it had nothing whatsoever to do with
the show, but seemed to be a 350-long exchange of insults and
meaninglessness.

OK, to comment--after waiting an extra week between the two parts for
some reason I fail to comprehend. It wasn't a favorite. I thought it
was drawn out far too long, apparently for "suspense"(aka boredom) and
needless violence. I can see no earthly reason why, if the watch
couldn't have been hidden away in the TARDIS in a location Martha knew,
it couldn't have been entrusted to her instead of being left lying
around in plain sight. This was a pretty stupid Doctor this time, it
seemed to me.

Stupid and wreckless. And if we are to believe Big Brother's comment
about the Doctor's hiding to spare The Family (which seems reasonable
given how easily he was able to dispatch the threat once he changed
back) one has to wonder why he holds those aliens in higher regard than
humans. At least the nurse observed that the Doctor caused all the
deaths by acting on a whim.

Since when does wrapping someone in dwarf star alloy chains confer
immortality? And when did the Doctor start indulging in torture of
his enemies? He wouldn't even leave the Master with Chronos. The
Family just wanted to survive after all...

It wasn't a torture, it was a sign. And example. For the ones who would
think to fuck with him in the future. It was basically what he turned

Baines said it, the Dr could have done all of that and more right from the
beginning... he chose not to because he was being kind. That's the
scarecrow's message, don't assume that just because the Doctor is running
away that he's powerless.

I had to give it a 3.

It's good, but the reasoning behind it sucked. All this harm and
destruction and pain caused because the Doctor decided to be kind to a bunch
of psychopathic timetravelers with disintegrator beams. Is he stupid?

The show is still good aside from that... but then it ends with not 1, not
2, but 3 epilogues. And all of them were cheesy. The "Don't Fuck With the
Doctor" one would have been good if they had left it at that. Its
refreshing to see the Doctor finally doing some biting. But nope, had to do
a "Perfect Life in an Instant" piece after that... then the "Saving Private
Timothy" bit. Jeebus! They missed the chance to have Timmy look over at
the Doctor and say, "I didn't waste it." And the Doctor nodding as he
walked away with Martha.

I only wish they would have used this alternate ending:

Doctor and Martha in the future sitting in the audience in a courtroom for a
trial of a notorious serial killer, and someone whispers to Matha "...and the
shame of it was I heard that bastard almost died in back in WWI".

Why is AB better than O?
Blood.
Why is AB blood better than O blood?
You're forgetting the effect of Rh factor.

Type O- are considered "universal donors", because their blood will
generally not cause an adverse reaction for recipients with other
blood types.

Type AB+ are considered "universal recipients" because they generally
do not have an adverse reaction to any other blood type.

Assuming an absence of atypical antibodies, being AB+ gives you a
better chance of survival if you need a transfusion & no donors whose
blood type matches yours are available.

Interestingly enough for blood plasma, the compatibility is reversed -
type O can receive plasma of any other blood type, while type AB
plasma can be used universally.

Lazarus.
What are you up to Tim?
How can I answer without a DSA key to match your own?
Better?
Where is your key?
Do you need it?

IIRC, the natural life span of the Family of Blood was just 3 months.
Why couldn't the Doctor hide in the Time Vortex for 3 months?
Post by The Doctor
They tracked him down in time and space.
Just keep on running ahead of FOB until they die. I know that the
TARDIS was faster than FOB ship, since it beat FOB to Earth by big
enough margin to allow Doctor to set up for Chameleon Arch operation.
Would not really kill them off.
How would FOB survive?
IT stores the essence of the Doctor.
Not if the FOB can't catch Doctor!
How do you FOB well?
By abbreviating "Family Of Blood".
Hmm!! I thought it was "FOB" as in "FOBwatch", in which The Doctor hid
his Time Lord'iness!!

Rh factor is key.
