Seems fair. Juventus don't really have any big game players or game changers in their squad to pip a stable giant like MU.

The poor performance so far in the EPL. Expecting >10 goals per game!

Anders is right. Besides, Champions' League football has a general tendency towards suckery, so it could very well be ManU and Valencia.

Good point, but since Alisson will not concede a single goal all season, all we have to do in sneak in just one goal a game.

Since we don't know who will replace Mourinho, how can you say with certainty what tournament he'll prioritize?

Poor Bruges. Reasonably tough group in that 3 strong teams are
competing for two spots.

Also quite competitive.

Easy enough for Bayern. Second place could be interesting tussle.

Group F: Manchester City, Shakhtar Donetsk, Lyon, Hoffenheim
Not anywhere near as tough a group as City could have got.

Good draw for Roma and Real.

Group H: Juventus, Manchester United, Valencia, Young Boys
Valencia are erratic of late, but if they hit a good season for the
second year in a row (something they don't seem to have done in a
while), United might be in trouble.

From a Galatasaray perspective, this is about as good a group as we could have wished for, although without Gomis' goals I still think we'll struggle to qualify. However, the club president assured the fans following the draw that they're serious about qualifying and will work until the last second of the transfer deadline to strengthen the squad, so here's hoping.

Slightly conflicted that my Turkish team are playing my Portuguese team (a Porto dragon figurine takes pride of place on my desk and is staring back at me quite menacingly right now.....may the best team win, Senhor Dragao?)!

Most interesting question here: will Shaqiri survive Belgrade?

Will Shaqiri even travel to Belgrade? He just said he is not afraid
and that he will travel.

Still, is Klopp crazy enough to make him play in front of such a
hostile crowd after what he did to Serbia on the WC? :)

It gets even better if Lovren recovers for the match :)

No message will be enough if Shaqiri scores and tries to pull some
funny stuff like "Albanian eagle" with his hands, but I highly doubt
he is stupid enough to do that.

Serbs are well known in the area to get fired up the easiest and Albanians
took advantage of that, let's remember what happened in Belgrade
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serbia_v_Albania_(UEFA_Euro_2016_qualifying)
(Partizan Stadium, but the atmosphere will be pretty much the same on
Marakana)

Security was tight, but at 9:00 you can see one guy managed to get to
Albanian players :)
