Yes, Clearwater has the Scientology (anti-psychiatry) "power building" and is a major downtown presence. Vivian's posted an update that the $100K is going directly to Shelly Duvall, being that her TV interview was a result of financial hardship. Otherwise, it's doubtful VK would use the money to enter her into Scientology, considering Duvall's age and diminished mobility.

In this case, I think some commentators are using Duvall's condition to make VK look hypocritical, when the money would likely be used for needs not limited to psychiatry. I don't mind Vivian deleting those comments, since there's so many online who will post whatever furthers their agendas.
