Discussion:
EU law has primacy over UK law: therefore Article 50 (unless revoked before 31st October) has primacy over the Surrender Act and we LEAVE!

Someone should mount a legal challenge. Where's Gina Miller when you need her?

This is rather amusing picture (safe for work):

my comments that she should be deported back to her third world shithole rather
than be allowed to interfere in our democracy.

You could have modified Trump's best-known bit of a speech (though only
half a dozen words are usually quoted from it):

“Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime
infested places from which they came,” he added. “Then come back and
show us how it is done.”

I don't believe that any of the people involved in legal challenges to
Brexit have anything at all in mind other than preventing it happening.
There's a lot of high-minded talk about legal principles, but in my

If the courts decide a case then we should accept that as justice (unless
you are Boris Johnson). It doesn't matter if the case is brought by Gina
Miller or someone else, the judgement is what it is.

And yet, if you believe the Express on an issue of fact, we have
"The 74-year-old also spoke in front of a projector which read: “Spider

consistent with impartiality.

Oh dear. You can’t cope with someone upsetting your precious thread?

I wasn’t deliberately changing the subject, just giving an example of the
non-stop shite that the Express publishes. I was surprised that anyone even

In fact the Benn act requires th PM to request an extension. ALL EU governments must agree.

IMHO, if the PM does request an extension then the most likely outcome is the EU will offer a long extension....like 5 years. Parliament will then have to accept or reject.
