That's how the downhill phase of life often starts for the elderly, a
broken hip, a busted arm, some cracked ribs... it's the falls that get
'em. The fact that she could be forced to resign for health issues, or
even die, while Trump has the Senate, should strike terror into the
hearts of greenies and fake progressives.

The House can legislate away, whether controlled by red or blue, but the
legislation must always pass the test of constitutionality. As has been
the pattern, quite often fake progressives with judicial powers
interpret the Constitution in special ways to fit special activist
ideology. Conservative judges tend to adhere to original intent as
written.

In that regard, having SCOTUS stuffed with judges who are wise to fake
progressivism will be Trump's greatest legacy. RBG's history is
rubber-stamping any opinion supported by Democrats, losing her will be
an incalculable loss to their judicial influence.

Q: What will do RGB in, old age or climate change?

ahahahahah

How do the to legislative bodies resolve budgetary differences?

Appropriations process starts the entire thing correct?

That's nice but the topic is SCOTUS appointments, which the Senate controls.

Investigative powers, control over budgetary funding, both connect to house powers where they can add things to the budget forcing the president to sign a package with funding he did not request.

Then factor in the flipping of state executives who wont let health care programs die on the vine as the budgetary funding will be reinstated.

If i recall correctly, you did want to make the senate have a low vote standard "simple majority" for advise and consent, you already basically tried to make the senate a version of the house.

Settle down, dont trip and break a hip

"Democrats used a rare parliamentary move to change the rules so that
federal judicial nominees and executive-office appointments can advance
to confirmation votes by a simple majority of senators, rather than the
60-vote supermajority that has been the standard for nearly four decades."

Hey ass wipe, i explained how scotus wont be involved as the process i described to refund healthcare would be constitutional.

Your assumption was that the impact of the house changing would be limited because as you seem to be implying the supreme court would be needed. I provided an example to refund healthcare that cant be challenged, what was that about legaceeeey.....

Only twice in history has the president's party gained seats in both
House and Senate, once in 1934 under Roosevelt and once in 2002 under Bush.

The general rule is the president's party loses seats in the House
during midterms.

Dat mean success or failure in the midterms is generally defined by how
many House seats you lose.

Obama lost 64 House seats his first midterm, Trump lost 28.

Now what, kook?

Trump keeps Democrats so busy trying to impeach him they won't have time

Just wait until Trump has Mueller fired, that will keep Democrats in a

Trump
Local politics impacted by the person holding the executive seat caused a massive turnout compared to previous midterms, notice how many women newly elected were in the military.

Then put the $1.3 billion for renewables DOE research back in the budget, cutting the fossil fuel subsidies and reducing the nuclear to military and funding for long term disposal/cleanup

Increase the nuclear emergency fund as fukushima blew the roof off (pun intended) the budget for japan.

This will make idiots like you spin around and around just trying to keep up, always 1 step behind

That's how the downhill phase of life often starts for the elderly, a
broken hip, a busted arm, some cracked ribs... it's the falls that get
'em.
Heh, heh: http://youtu.be/U5VfC33aUUQ

The old crow probably just fell off her broomstick.
If Ginsburg croaks, the Democrat plan is to pump her full of embalming
fluid and hook her up to some animatronics.
Nobody will know the difference.
All politics being local, one could say the flipping of the house is a demonstration that punks like you failed.
Next is to specifically defund the subsidized infrastructure investments for drilling construction and exploration in the arctic national refuge made by the interior department.
https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/alaska/articles/2018-06-07/federal-agency-pegs-4m-for-arctic-refuge-infrastructure
And that has what to do with Ginsburg and Senate control?
Another specific case where the supreme court wont be needed as the constitutionally correct legislation will be introduced in the house (that just flipped) to counter the executive.
What does your kook-babble have to do with Ginsburg?
Thats the house "legislating away", those were your words funny how when i spun that shit back on you, suddenly you forgot what you posted.
Next, defund specifi military operations on the u.s. southern border, yet again marginalizing the efforts of outsider trolls like you simply because the house flipped in a blue wave
Try again, what does your kook-babble have to do with Ginsburg?

Thats the house legislating away, passing the constitutional test, oh wait you think all actions of the house must go to the scotus?

Or does the presidents budgetary request give the house an opportunity to cut funding for coal subsidies, defund subsidized infrastructure in the arctic refuge, increase the nuclear emergency fund for accidents like fukushima?

Since you did specifically state "The House can legislate away...legislation must always pass the test of constitutionality." correct me if im wrong all the specific changes to the presidents budget request would in fact pass that test.

And if im correct, your point was that actions would end up in front of scotus, yet i provided counter examples that met the parameters of the test.
