I was listening to an old Pink Floyd album last night ("Meddle"). I had
forgotten that at the end of the song "Fearless" there's a pretty long
snippet of what I assume is a football crowd singing "You'll never walk
alone". Kind of cool. Anyone know what the deal is here? Is it a
Liverpool crowd? Were the members of PF fans?
P.S. Showing my occasional indulgence for dino-rock here, but if you
haven't listended to Pink Floyd's "The Final Cut" in a while (or you've
never heard it at all), you really should give it another listen. The
last album with Roger Waters and just a great piece of work.
