Post by Michael TrewSorry, but this needs to be said. You say the *same exact thing*
just as often as John talks about his VSTD meals. (insert eye roll.)
It's just as bad as Joan talking to "froggy", or Bruce whining about
Americans or people who eat meat.
"Lather, rinse, repeat... SOSDD"
I hate to break it to you, but John isn't going to read your message,
and then suddenly cook a new meal. *SPOILER ALERT* He's going to
cook sweet/hot beans, brown rice, and/or broccoli/asparagus tomorrow.
;)
Actually he has swapped the diet up a bit. I recommended he balance it
better with green veggies and maybe orange ones. Now you see Green
Beans, Asparagus, Broccoli, and Carrots.
I'm not sure why no cabbage but maybe he just doesn't like it much?
It's a matter of approach. I just talk to him like a real person who
actually cares. Hence, he's apt to listen.
I'm recommending some simple inexpensive fruits now. Bananas solve a
lot of what his diet doesn't have and taste good just as they are.
Oranges would be good too and are fairly inexpensive to just buy say 3
a week and have a slice or so as a treat each day.
If you think about what he likes to eat, it's fairly simple (also
inexpenive) and you keep to the same simple diet thoughts, he's quite
open to listening.
