It's really sad that jury couldn't even manage to convict the killer
of manslaughter. They had everything from second degree homicide on
down to manslaughter and they found him not guilty of all. The only
thing they convicted him of was illegal possession of the gun.
Sadly SF is really nothing but loony tunes today.
I'm sure Our Fearless Leader will deal with this god damned fucking spic in good time.
I'm waiting for this piece of human dogshit (the beaner) to come to
terms with a fatal accident.

No, you would shoot the lot. But it does beat credibility. To me, with
my legal training, it sounds like manslaughter, but the definition of
manslaughter requires recklessness, not just carelessness. Why did he
fire the gun in the first place? It sounds like another case of a jury
thinking of themselves in the same position. When theft of something
worth a shilling or more carried the death penalty, juries regularly
found that the value of goods stolen was under a shilling.
When even a toddler has a legal right to own a firearm, when the Supreme
Court of the USA is too spineless to put a stop to the carnage, when
under-age kids shot and killed a visiting Australian teenager and
sportsman "just for fun," when a citizen throws a loaded pistol at the
ceiling and is killed by the impact,
then you need immigration to offset the death toll. Your country takes
credit for winning the War of Independence, when they were losing until
the French came in to help, and believes that they had no debt of
gratitude to repay to the French in W.W.II, the war they wanted to stay
right out of until the Japanese forced their hand. (My parents' wedding
took place on the day of Pearl Harbor!) Even Australia's Ambassador to
the USA, Paul Keating, praising the US to the skies. demonstrates why he
didn't last very long as a P.M. Here in Australia, politicians are
expected to have a minimum of intelligence.
Force is not leadership, even for Microsoft. Neither is toadying. The
Great American Dream may or may not be desirable, but it is time for the
people to stop dreaming, and wake up.
