DFs-R with parent folder or children folder

Hi, i have a question about DFS-R ...
I got a datacenter with this architecture :
Parent_Folder - Folder1
- Folder2
-Folder3
...........

With 120 Child Folders under the Parent_Folder.
I got too, 10 company about the wotld who need to acceed in some
ChildFolders but not all

I know it's simply to do DFS-R with the Parent_Folder with all my
sites, but is it possible and what about resources ? to create a dfs-R
by child folders ...

Like this i would have the Folder1 replicated only with site1 and
site2
Folder2 replicated with site1 and
site3
So exactly what i want ...
I know administratyion task will be important, but what about physical
resource of my DFS server ?

Hi, for simple, what do you think if i want to create 120 tasks of DFS-
R ?
It's not too large or big for a standard system ?
