Hi

The operator user (oper) has permissions to read everything (guest role), even the non critical hosts (test ones).

The Criticality Tag in the test hosts are set to "Test Systems".

How can I configure the operator user to make him see only the alerts and state of hosts and services from the Critical hosts and not from the "Test Systems" tagged ones?

Best regards.

You must add the user as a contact to those hosts.

So create a contact group "Operators" and then add the "operator user" to
the group. Then assign the "Test Systems" tagged hosts to the "Operators"
contact group.
Lastly, in the user profiile check the box that says "Visibility of
Hosts/Services".
