Missy's Heart

"14 days of booze and floozies.."
My friend Donald said to me.

I skipped as stone across the lake
and replied
"Getting settled in down South, I see?"

Missy's in town
all the way from New Orleans
she just got here today.

Just arrived on a Greyhound
all she owns in a backpack.

Missy's out on a stroll
just about Midnight.

She showed me to her room upstairs
where she stays.

In the Motor Lodge
across from
Sandy's café.

She smiles too much
to be for real.

Give her a dub
for a little feel.

She has a few more miles
home to Alabama,
she says I can ring her bell.

So I drop another dollar
in the well.

Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

She asks
where I want to put it.

Magnolia springtime
smoky haze
"Attendez-vous, s'il vous plait."

The carnival's back in town
although we've both
seen better days.

She's like homebrew molasses
watch her hands.

A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop of water
in the well.

Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

My friend Stan
cancels the plan
he's lost his heart.

And lost his taste
sniffs the cinnamon
endures the noisy morning.

Darkwood dances
under a grey muddled sky.

Stan limply flicks
honey stones
to his sweet muse.

A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop
closer to Hell.

Missy smiles out
the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

Hot silver stem
she smokes her curiosities
tumbling monkey shines.

China girl sings a TV jingle
blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.

One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.

A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.

Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
She asks
where I want to put it.
Magnolia springtime
smoky haze
"Attendez-vous, s'il vous plait."
The carnival's back in town
although we've both
seen better days.
She's like homebrew molasses
watch her hands.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop of water
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
My friend Stan
cancels the plan
he's lost his heart.
And lost his taste
sniffs the cinnamon
endures the noisy morning.
Darkwood dances
under a grey muddled sky.
Stan limply flicks
honey stones
to his sweet muse.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop
closer to Hell.
Missy smiles out
the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
Hot silver stem
she smokes her curiosities
tumbling monkey shines.
China girl sings a TV jingle
blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.
One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

Missy's Heart
"14 days of booze and floozies.."
My friend Donald said to me.
I skipped as stone across the lake
and replied
"Getting settled in down South, I see?"
Missy's in town
all the way from New Orleans
she just got here today.
Just arrived on a Greyhound
all she owns in a backpack.
Missy's out on a stroll
just about Midnight.
She showed me to her room upstairs
where she stays.
In the Motor Lodge
across from
Sandy's café.
She smiles too much
to be for real.
Give her a dub
for a little feel.
She has a few more miles
home to Alabama,
she says I can ring her bell.
So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles

So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
She asks
where I want to put it.
Magnolia springtime
smoky haze
"Attendez-vous, s'il vous plait."
The carnival's back in town
although we've both
seen better days.
She's like homebrew molasses
watch her hands.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop of water
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
My friend Stan
cancels the plan
he's lost his heart.
And lost his taste
sniffs the cinnamon
endures the noisy morning.
Darkwood dances
under a grey muddled sky.
Stan limply flicks
honey stones
to his sweet muse.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop
closer to Hell.
Missy smiles out
the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
Hot silver stem
she smokes her curiosities
tumbling monkey shines.
China girl sings a TV jingle
blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.
One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

Missy's Heart
"14 days of booze and floozies.."
My friend Donald said to me.
I skipped as stone across the lake
and replied
"Getting settled in down South, I see?"
Missy's in town
all the way from New Orleans
she just got here today.
Just arrived on a Greyhound
all she owns in a backpack.
Missy's out on a stroll
just about Midnight.
She showed me to her room upstairs
where she stays.
In the Motor Lodge
across from
Sandy's café.
She smiles too much
to be for real.
Give her a dub
for a little feel.
She has a few more miles
home to Alabama,
she says I can ring her bell.
So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles

Not even you caught the reference to John Cougar Mallancamp in the poem...
it is for the well versed rock-n-roller, I will admit.

Missy's Heart
"14 days of booze and floozies.."
My friend Donald said to me.
I skipped as stone across the lake
and replied
"Getting settled in down South, I see?"
Missy's in town
all the way from New Orleans
she just got here today.
Just arrived on a Greyhound
all she owns in a backpack.
Missy's out on a stroll
just about Midnight.
She showed me to her room upstairs
where she stays.
In the Motor Lodge
across from
Sandy's café.
She smiles too much
to be for real.
Give her a dub
for a little feel.
She has a few more miles
home to Alabama,
she says I can ring her bell.
So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
She asks
where I want to put it.
Magnolia springtime
smoky haze
"Attendez-vous, s'il vous plait."
The carnival's back in town
although we've both
seen better days.
She's like homebrew molasses
watch her hands.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop of water
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
My friend Stan
cancels the plan
he's lost his heart.
And lost his taste
sniffs the cinnamon
endures the noisy morning.
Darkwood dances
under a grey muddled sky.
Stan limply flicks
honey stones
to his sweet muse.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop
closer to Hell.
Missy smiles out
the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
Hot silver stem
she smokes her curiosities
tumbling monkey shines.
China girl sings a TV jingle
blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.
One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.
One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.

Missy's Heart
"14 days of booze and floozies.."
My friend Donald said to me.
I skipped as stone across the lake
and replied
"Getting settled in down South, I see?"
Missy's in town
all the way from New Orleans
she just got here today.
Just arrived on a Greyhound
all she owns in a backpack.
Missy's out on a stroll
just about Midnight.
She showed me to her room upstairs
where she stays.
In the Motor Lodge
across from
Sandy's café.
She smiles too much
to be for real.
Give her a dub
for a little feel.
She has a few more miles
home to Alabama,
she says I can ring her bell.
So I drop another dollar
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
She asks
where I want to put it.
Magnolia springtime
smoky haze
"Attendez-vous, s'il vous plait."
The carnival's back in town
although we've both
seen better days.
She's like homebrew molasses
watch her hands.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop of water
in the well.
Missy smiles
out the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
My friend Stan
cancels the plan
he's lost his heart.
And lost his taste
sniffs the cinnamon
endures the noisy morning.
Darkwood dances
under a grey muddled sky.
Stan limply flicks
honey stones
to his sweet muse.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop
closer to Hell.
Missy smiles out
the window of her room
at the Heart of Columbus Motel.
Hot silver stem
she smokes her curiosities
tumbling monkey shines.
China girl sings a TV jingle
blue eyed chattering
humming on his head.
One more dip
in her kissing booth
one more ring of roses
across her bed.
A few more miles to Alabama,
another drop in the well.

Gotta say I Can Relate to this Offering.
Can Empathize.
'Cause maybe I've Been There.
Done That.
Smelled and Tasted it.
Th' "Stuff."
Both Stuffs.
Th' Dingy Seedy Motels off th' Strip.
Under a Stern Looking Moon.
Naked in th' Musty Room on a Ragged Bed defiled by Many a John an' Slut.
Moanings in th' Dark Musk of night.
Creaking rusty Springs that Wail a Tragic Song.
And th' Dusky Sweat in the Abyss of a Dusky Dark early morning.
We Sigh in Unison.
After th' Deed is Done.
Twist on th' Bed,
Reaching for a Cigarette.
Th' lighter falls to th' floor.
We Curse in Unison.
But th' Moment Passes and Return to th' Tight Embrace.
Th' Stuff is Gone now.
Th' slender silver Stem is Cold.
We look into each others' Eyes.
And We Too are Cold now.
Time for Another trip.
Or Another call.
To th' man with th' Plan.
Th' Pusher Man.
And then Again.
And Again.
Will th' Grim Trials Ever End??
We Gaze into th' Eyes again.
Just One More Time we say.
SMH.
Jus' One More Time.
That's All!!
But we Know Better.
We are Partners in Crime.
And Chemistry.
United Souls bound for Hell.
Unless We can Break th' Spell.
Can We??

Think about it (assuming thought is not yet beyond your capability):

Did is posting a message to a poetry group announcing that a local woman named "Missy" is riding her bicycle past his hobo camp.

Did has posted messages about Missy riding by his hobo camp numerous times before.

Did always follows his announcement with a gush about how she is "Such a joy to behold......," [sic].

1) This need to announce Missy's appearance, and his accompanying schoolboy gushes certainly give one the impression that he is (at least mentally) masturbating over her as he types.

2) I also get a genuinely disturbing vibe about his posts. I get a very strong impression that Did and the other bums wait for Missy's daily ride, make lewd catcalls to her, and talk about how hot she looked and what they'd like to do to her as she's riding away.

3) I'm also wondering if Missy likes the attention and is playing them much as "Lucille" played the chain gang prisoners in "Cool Hand Luke" (which I'd mentioned before).

4) If Missy's sexually abused and beaten body is found lying in or beside the Chattahoochee in the near future, I won't be surprised.

Tell me, Will... do you think it's normal for a homeless man to announce Missy's appearances to a poetry group (or to any group for that matter)?

Do you find his announcements and subsequent gushing creepy? Disturbing? Or both?

I certainly do.

I find his constant need to describe every female open mic performer as "lovely and talented" a bit creepy as well.

Okay. So Missy's an ageing whore who rides her bike past the hobo camp, looking to trade a few feels for some drugs.

Either way, why does Did feel a need to announce each time a local crack whore rides into his hobo camp?

And if Did and his fellow "campers" are swapping her drugs in order to cop a feel, is my original post that he is publicly masturbating really so far removed from the truth?

Will...FakeJewMikey, minute-by-minute, creates his own quantum chaos, its walls constructed of walls of bullshit and mirrors. His lies: he never gives a truthful statement, and is afraid, here, of using his real name because it would alert others who know him in New York of what he is posing as. Like NaziQueene, FakeJewMikey is an acolyte of Goebbels.
