of course, if there is no future he's probably still here somewhere.

what is longer....the future or the past?
The answer isn't meaningful to most people
because, as the cosmos thins ( due to increasing entropy ),
"the clock" speeds up ( time passes faster ).

"The Cosmic Horizon" is like "The Event Horizon" of an ideal black hole;
the clock's TickRate, some 13,800,000,000 years ago,
at the cosmic horizon, was (virtually) zero
( the real, _precise_ TickRate is unknowable ).

13.8 billion years ago, everything in the (subjectively) Known Universe
was in the same location; i.e. zero entropy and infinite density/exergy.
[ eXergy is a type of energy that can do physical work, force * distance ]

Eventually, this eXergy will be consumed away, replaced with entropy;
leaving us with a uniform heat bath that has all of the energy
but none of the eXergy.

Gravity is the "memory" of where the stuff was.

All of history, every lesson ever, every advance, tells us:
Randomness is ignorance, nothing more.

General Relativity's four dimensional TimeScape is static, eternal,
perfectly causal... it is, at once, everything _and_ nothing.

IT seemms Sarfaker is not back from his trip to ignorance. Even for a
lib it should be obvious from H.G. Wells that operating a time machine
in your back yard never moves any distance, it's always in the same

non-existent from his "deep thoughts".

Duh. It's no surprised you are confused faker. You should have known
better than to attempt "deep thoughts".

Today's future becomes today's present tomorrow then tomorrow, today's
present becomes tomorrow's past. It's so simple faker and not "deep" at

there has always been a future.

if everybody is sooo uncertain about the future...
the answer is simple, ...there is no future.
The uncertain law or principle theory or whatever you want to call it means...there is no future.
i thought you girls knew this stuff?
There is no ...tommorow.
there's no future..
i thought you girls knew this stuff?
Uncertaintly means.. There is no future.
Is there one?
Are you certain?
No
you're not certain..
there is a reason why
you're not certain..
it's Nature's way of
telling you
there is no future..
i thought you girls knew this stuff?
Is there a future? No, there is none!
i thought you girls knew this stuff?
watdafuck, it's just an illusion..
i thought you girls knew this stuff?
DOOD! Take easy on the stash. But we still love ya, man!

of course it will. Overnight it just changes its name!
Of course it's still the same thing (time) but in the lib nutjob world,
reality is determined only by names and imagination, never by what
something actually is. This in lib writer worlds starmaker and starfaker
are two different people. Trust me. Starfaker you are STILL an idiot.

I'm not worried if there is a future. Chances are pretty good there is
and if there isn't nobody will know. My problem is more practical,
namely, I worry if in MY future your drooling "deep thoughts" blather
will be in it. I keep hoping your future does not exist, but so far no
such luck.

Starmaker's deep thoughts have not been in MY world for four or five
years. Except when someone like you takes a liking to him.

okay, I'll explain in a different way...

no future
no past

you just have memories and
dreams of the past and future.

the past and future is all in your head.

Now, ..i mean NOW

the present..
the always present

is made of of
millions and billions
and trillions
of units
yous call...events.

There is no future...
or proof that a future exist.
I know you people haven't given it....much thought.
If you're not certain about the future, how do you know there is one?
Oh Starfaker, you are such a towering intellect!
We all love it when you amaze us with your "deep thoughts"!

Yes, tell us about your ..."probable futures"!
Starfaker, if you knew any science at all (which you do not) You'd know
that causality is a natural law in the earth. This law states that "no
present events are ever determined by future events". Since we are all
living in the present (or more exactly just a little bit past it), this
law shows that the actual future can never be known because there is
NOTHING that can be monitored in the present which can be associated
with the true future. Hence one can never know for certain even if there
is going to be a future a moment from now.

On the other hand "the most probable future" is another matter. In
nature there is phenomena observed which is termed "inertia" This from
Newton is that objects hurtling along in a straight line just as they
are unless acted upon in some manner. That means that all objects
sliding into the future will for the most part exist in the next moment
of time pretty much as they are in the previous moment. Inertia. What
this allows is for one to make a PROJECTION of the "most probable"
future. You can't offer any guarantee of it, but generally speaking
experience has shown that most such projections do indeed come to pass.

Starfaker you are still an idiot.

Depends if the future is really there to reach or not. I can't tell if
it is. (Deep thoughts).
