‘Cough please, …. and again - next.’
(They haven’t all got the balls to do the job.)
I see attention has shifted to "Who put the camera there?"
Absolutely, I mean, who's the victim here?

IIUC Sajid Javid resigned as Chancellor of the Exchequer because he
wanted to appoint his own staff. I wonder if he has insisted on the same
again in order to ensure that staff whose loyalty is elsewhere can't
place hidden cameras.
More the case that the all powerful Dominic Cummings thought that one of
the Saj's SPADs was briefing against No 10 (which they were - that after
all is their job) and that to prevent repetition of such firstly the
female SPAD concerned was physically manhandled off the premises (later
settled out of court) and DC was insisting that only SPADs of which he
approved would be appointed in future to ensure loyalty to No.10.
Personally and if in a position of great power like DC I would simply
sack all SPADs and tell the Ministers to use their own brains and those
of the civil service and get on with the job rather than leaking.
