Rapper says it's not a movement of Blacks at all. It was funded and given them by George Soros.
This article confirms the Soros funding

You act like it was a big secret.
It's his money and he can do with it what he wants.
No, he cannot. Did you ever hear the terms "bribery" and "graft"?
Your ignorance of law is abysmal. A Pres of the USA can be impeached for bribery. You approve of criminals bribing the police, judges, and prosecutors?
What Soros does is legal in the USA, but, other places, it's a crime.
The Russians issued an arrest warrant for him and the French want him on trial for insider trading. The Hungarians have declared him an "enemy of the state."
The French don't want Soros on trial. You've got your facts wrong, and
almost 20 years out of date. Soros was convicted of insider trading in
France in 2002.
Viktor Orban actually received a Soros scholarship to study at Oxford;
the irony of him claiming a migration crisis is rich.
"Soros created his foundation in 1984 to help countries move from
communism toward democracy.
Since then he has poured billions of euros into ex-Soviet satellite
states for programmes ranging from finance, health and justice
reforms, to promoting the rights of minority groups and keeping tabs
on government corruption.
He also backed pro-democracy groups in the colour revolutions in
central and eastern Europe, and vowed to spend $1 billion in Ukraine
to help save it from "Russian aggression".
Moscow?s "concept of government is irreconcilable with that of open
society," Soros said recently.
- Call for 'de-Sorosisation' -
This kind of "interference" has earned him powerful enemies.
The Kremlin has accused Soros of fomenting violent uprisings and
banned the OSF in 2015 as part of a massive NGO clampdown.
Europe?s migration crisis, which erupted that same year, has also
deepened the rift between the pro-refugee rights OSF and
anti-immigration nationalists."

So let me understand your stance; you've got a problem with a
billionaire pouring money into causes that fight nationalism, and
simultaneously you crow about fighting Stormfront?
Your hypocrisy is obvious, no? I get that you're a right-wing nutbar,
but at least get your facts straight.
