and got away again, -twice-!

and got away again, -twice-!
They caught him tireless, in the end,
The article may have been datelined "Orlando", but no Orlando cops
were involved. The first vehicle was stolen near Cocoa in Brevard
County, and the pursuit extended in Volusia County. County Sheriff
deputies were the pursuers.

Orlando is in Orange County.
