TPP has gone forwards without the US. Argentina and Chile are organising South
American trade; Mexico can turn south. Canada is still part of the Commonwealth.
China is expanding into Africa and south Asia. Europe is united in trade.

It's looks like up to the US, DPRK, and Russia to a form a Coalition of the
Worthless.
