I am in litigation support. I have a project that I hope someone or
everyone on this list might be able to help me since you have
apparently been involved with water well drilling equipment or
involved in the industry. I am interested in any incident at anytime
since 1970 thru current. I am searching for those that were injured or
almost injured because of a falling or flying object. I am seeking
knowledge of incidents wherein injury has been suffered by anyone of a
water drilling crew member by a falling object even through to the
current time. I am also interested in reports of near misses as well.
Please feel free to call me at 1.800.308.7716 ext 4010.

No, the ambulance stopped short on this guy, he hit the back of it and is
now trying to use his keyboard.

"Litigation support"? What the hell is that? Is that a fancy name for
"ambulance chaser"? Get a real job.

I think it might be fun to make up some horrendous stories just to send the
guy on a wild goose chase, but thinking he's going to get rich. Or tell a
nice, litigious story and decline to sue out of a sense of morality..."it
was just an accident".

Hey, I don't want to get caught up in the litigation when you lot have
finished causing psychological distress to this chap. I can just see him
letting it all out at the hospital. "I couldn't eat or sleep, doc,
thinking what those people called me..that's what made me start
drinking, lose my job at the litigation support centre and do what I did
to poor Mary-Louise."

Over on rec.coins a guy is suing several posters on what he believes
was libel over comments made about his grading of coins. He is
probably not going to win but these poor guys are out a ton defending
themselves.

You may recall, the Green Card Lawyers were the first spammers on
Usenet.

Sure do. The outrage was intense and immediate. One of 'em (Either
C or S, don't remember or care which) has gone on to a, well can't
say "better" place.

heard language like that was in the courtroom.
