Memory is shaky but are there significant differences between Detroit-Cleveland Grand Prix and Top Race aside from different maps? I thought they were the same racing game system. So I am not sure of a reason to pick one and not the other beyond "I own D-CGP and so I have played it more often"

Hannibal: Rome vs Carthage was such a disappointment for me; so many people told me I would love it based on my loving Twilight Struggle and other card-driven games like that; so I pre-ordered it when it was re-introduced. But try as I might, i just couldn't find the fun in that one and ended up prize tabling it. And this started my personal rule of only kickstarting games I have already played :)

Luckily there are two other games on that list that are easy choices for me.

I know that the Geek shows it as a '96 title, but for whatever reason, the Spielfriekers of 2001 considered it to be a 1997 design, probably because that was the year that the English language Mayfair version came out (which is actually a pretty good reason). So it's already had its day in the sun.


Anye, I'm not that knowledgeable about that whole line of Kramer racing games, but I think there are differences in each one, other than just different courses. At any rate, the 'frieks of the time thought they were different enough to include them both, so we might as well go along with them.
