Do you see here that the beast and false prophet were already in the
Lake of Fire and Brimstone? v10. So it is plain to see that the Lake
of Fire is not made up from this earth in any fashion, then in verse
14 death and hell are thrown into the Lake of Fire and Brimstone, and
this is "the second death".
The first death, one that all men face is the death of our bodies,
that is result of the original sin.
You of all people should understand that we are saved of original sin in our
Christian Baptism (which you clearly deny).
Look at this spooky part - an earth supporting a city 1500 miles-cube.
