"Deep Voice" Question

On "Working In A Coal Mine", there's a deep voice that says something
to the effect of "I'm so tired". And less famously, on "Blow Up" on
"Total Devo", there's a whole song sung by the same voice. Does anyone
know who does (or how they did) that voice?

I was curious too...I like `Blow Up` :-}

i've heard that the voice on blow up is mark's voice slowed down. it
sounds like bob 2 to me, but the voice does sound treated, and bob's
voice sounds like that naturally.
