Good read.....
I hate to tell you this, but as of October 30, I'm deleting the sandbox pages. The book will be in print by then, and we shouldn't have free copies of it on the web, no matter how hidden they are.

I expect Will to take the "Act of Will" pdf offline as well, if he hasn't done so already.

I never made the pdf public, only you and I can see that, but yes, deletion it is.

Ideally Will should remove all non-archived copies of his poetry (including videos) from this and other sites prior to publication. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening.

Of course you don't.

However, it is neither an unreasonable nor an uncommon request for editors to make when accepting author contributions for publication.

To quote a Benny Hill poem: "Why should I buy a book/When there's a thriving lending library in town?"

It is a common problem, the music industry is also feeling the pain.

Of course it is, it isn't any newsflash from Pendragon, he is merely stating the obvious as usual..........

Well, there is no library, just poems all over the place. Conceivably someone could download the list of poems from the PPP article, and read them all in order on aapc by individually searching; but it would take considerably more than $15 of one's labor to do that, and be less fun than reading through a book.

I doubt that I have to spell out my view of whether Will should remove his poems from my blog, but I will: I gave him my word when I agreed to showcase them there, and I'm not going to break that just for the chance to sell a few more books.
