Bratwurst & cabbage. They go well together.
It's looking like rain again today so I'll be using the grill pan to
cook them in the oven. I always slash the casings on the bratwurst to
allow the fat to drain and prevent excessive curling. I'll core and cut
the small cabbage into wedges, brush it with oil, season with S&P and
roast the wedges alongside the brats.
