I hope that this Father/daughter duo has taken NRA gun handling courses.
Guns are for black people too, and even for radical leftists. I am sure that Trevor agrees with me on this.

"...In 1967, 30 members of the Black Panthers protested on the steps of
the California statehouse armed with .357 Magnums, 12-gauge shotguns and
.45-caliber pistols and announced, “The time has come for black people
to arm themselves.”

The display so frightened politicians—including California governor
Ronald Reagan—that it helped to pass the Mulford Act, a state bill
prohibiting the open carry of loaded firearms, along with an addendum
prohibiting loaded firearms in the state Capitol. The 1967 bill took
California down the path to having some of the strictest gun laws in
America and helped jumpstart a surge of national gun control restrictions."

Leftists have been consistently in favor of Gun Control, no matter
how illogical it seems. Exceptions tend to be "HEY, look at me,
I'm a leftist who doesn't propose Gun Control!", as if it's just for
show.

Inaccurate, the Black Panthers were ostensibly protesting against

legislature.

Also inaccurate as to California, as New York has been the leader in
gun control, with such as Gun Permits starting in 1917.

So your gun control advocacy is rooted in racism.
Gun control has been uniformly supported by the monopoly media for
generations. They maintain that intellectual disagreement with Gun Control
is a crime in itself.

There's the right to abortion just like there's a right to have a gun,
which is the right to self-defense. The anti-abortion argument that a woman
pregnant by rape should be forced to bear the rapist's child is such a
brutally pro-rape stance it sounds definitely leftist. Leftists side
with the aggressor, not the victim. Leftists trivialize rape, non-leftists
shouldn't.

Only 'inaccurate' insofar as it didn't mention the purpose of the
protest in the paragraph I quoted. Reaction to the protest "helped to
pass the Mulford Act" which was intended to disarm blacks.

More from the history.com article:

"They also organized a march to the Capitol to draw attention to their
cause of fighting against a government that sought to infringe on their
right to bear arms. On May 2, 1967, 30 fully-armed Black Panthers
occupied the California state Capitol. The demonstration was motivated
by Republican Assemblyman Don Mulford’s bill to repeal the law allowing
Californians to openly carry weapons, a direct response to the Black
Panthers’ “police patrols.”"

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulford_Act

"The Mulford Act was a 1967 California bill that repealed a law allowing
public carrying of loaded firearms. Named after Republican assemblyman
Don Mulford, and signed into law by governor of California Ronald
Reagan, the bill was crafted with the goal of disarming members of the
Black Panther Party who were conducting armed patrols of Oakland
neighborhoods, in what would later be termed copwatching.[1][2] They
garnered national attention after Black Panthers members, bearing arms,
marched upon the California State Capitol to protest the bill."

I don't see how New York being the leader keeps California from having

Those seems like back explanations for the legislation. Gun Control lobbyists
(New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, etc.,) get to support
Gun Control saying it is racist to oppose it and simultaneously blame whites
for supporting Gun Control.

"It's racist to support Gun Control and it's racist to oppose Gun Control",
or so you say.

Actually, armed gangs following and intimidating cops, legislatures and
the Governor's office was already illegal and no new law needed to be passed.
They were not prosecuted because the District Attorneys in Sacramento and
Alameda County "stood down" in 1968 just like they sometimes do today.

"California's Chief Deputy Attorney General Charles O'Brien (1925-2008)

I guess you're just going to repeat the same old forever whether it's
true or not.
Welcome to CRT! No, the school system is not "controlled and managed by
progressives and people of color," it runs on color-blind laws and
procedures.
Just as much as the police are run by color blind laws and procedures, as far as that goes.
Welcome, again, to CRT! Sometimes drastic action is needed for failing
school districts. Texas requires new management if goals aren't met.
I'm waiting for results....

What are you talking about? It's kinda dumb to announce you're waiting
before you ask for something.

My best guess: a Texas case study about a failed school? Admittedly, it
isn't so great in practice:

https://www.manhattan-institute.org/states-have-lousy-records-take-over-local-schools

"The problem with state takeovers is that they misdiagnose the causes of
academic struggles and they overestimate the ability of state officials
to fix them. Messy local governance can be frustrating, but rarely is it
the reason that schools have persistent low performance. The causes of
chronic academic failure are complicated and are typically entwined with
endemic poverty and large, unresponsive school systems. Simply replacing
the board that oversees that large, unresponsive system is unlikely to
change how schools teach and attempt to engage their students nor does
it resolve the poverty and other challenges those communities face."

It's not clear that vouchers solve those problems either.

For a great many students, it will. Though not for every single one
But you won't support any solution that will not lift everybody
That results in leaving the most gifted, talented, focused and hard working behind, to wallow in the
mud with the unmotivated, lazy, and hopeless ones.
So, if we have vouchers, just within the subset of minority big city dwellers (excluding whites of course),
there will not be equity between each black student. To you, that's shameful.. But what it does is, it holds people down

if you are waiting for inner city school systems to get better, you will have to wait
until you die, and then a few generations longer,

Haven't you waited long enough?

and its easy for YOU to wait, Mr Privileged White Boy,
its not so easy a wait for a black inner city child

I'm waiting for a solution within the structure of public education
which has the responsibility of taking all students.

What measure of "best" when you're only measuring against yourself?
Anyway, access to your reference is blocked.
How many generations are you willing to wait....and why?
But if you want to banish private elitist education....start looking for a new career.

Have you considered that your support of vouchers implicitly accepts the
premise of CRT?
NO it does not
because CRT blames the racism on whites
Failed big city school systems are predominately run by people of color though it does include soem some progressive whites.
The racism is on your side

The American Bar Association: [CRT] critiques how the social
construction of race and institutionalized racism perpetuate a racial
caste system that relegates people of color to the bottom tiers. CRT
also recognizes that race intersects with other identities, including
sexuality, gender identity, and others. CRT recognizes that racism is
not a bygone relic of the past. Instead, it acknowledges that the legacy
of slavery, segregation, and the imposition of second-class citizenship
on Black Americans and other people of color continue to permeate the
social fabric of this nation.

More ABA: [R]ace is not biologically real but is socially constructed

the Human Genome Project) refutes the idea of biological racial
differences."

Never mind the nonsensical implication PoC are intentionally holding
back their children, what system leads to schools being run
predominantly by "people of [and] some progressive whites"?

I hope that this Father/daughter duo has taken NRA gun handling courses.
Guns are for black people too, and even for radical leftists. I am sure that Trevor agrees with me on this.

**No, I do not. Loaded guns should NEVER be carried by civilians outside
a gun range. US gun policy is an abject failure.

What an inaccurate subject line! There's nothing there about BLM
opposing Gun Control. I don't know what their position is on gun control
but I would guess they would be in favor of it, as BLM is largely a
political front for supporting gangs: they are educated about foreign affairs
and want to create the situation like in some countries where gangs are
allowed to terrorize neighborhoods and cities uninterrupted by the weakness
of corrupt police. There's nothing like crime to suppress dissent!

Gun control ideology is popular among gangs, and prisoners have strongly
supported gun control, according to sociologists. Guns are not like drugs,
where drug dealers favor legalization. Regardless of the fact that some
criminals exercise their malice with both guns and drugs, criminals want
drugs legalized and guns banned.

You've been stuck in a cave all week

BTW, BLM is largely a political front for Communism
Two of Its three founders (Cullors and Garza) are admitted Marxists

What's pip-brained is the idea that criminals who use guns are
"second amendment activists", that sounds so dumb it probably came
from a news journalist. I can picture this as news announcements
from 2020: "today second amendment activists blocked freeways and
surrounded motorists and dragged them out of their cars and beat them.
The second amendment activists are a group opposed to racism and
fascism" or "the second amendment activists ambushed police and
shot them; spontaneous acts of justice against police brutality results"
