Seeing as how Obama's bio listed on promotional material provided by
his publisher in 1991 (17 years before "birthers" existed) stated that
he was "born in Kenya", and these bio's are provided to the publishers
by the authors, would rule out debate about his birth being
"conspiracy theory", and move it into the realm of reality. The stated
explanation for this, that it was simply an 'error', is not credible,
in that of the entire universe of possible errors that could have
appeared on his bio, it was the exact same thing that 'birthers' would
claim 17 years later (and 4 years before they had any knowledge of
this 'error' in the bio). So to believe in this incredible coincidence
of the 'error' and 'birther' claims being the same thing, would be fun
