A friend of mine has suggested that because this lockdown is so much
more fractious than the first one, perhaps we should all go out onto our
doorsteps at 8pm each Thursday and boo the Prime Minister.

(To be clear, I don't think we should really do that and nor does he,
but the idea made me laugh.)

How would one express that one thinks he doesn't know what he's doing?
My belief that he doesn't know what he's doing isn't meant to be
critical, I just think it's a fact.
