No, first off, I was working that night at Parnello's Pizza.

Secondly, the man who was driving himself and Gene around, P.D.
Wilson, had just recently sent about a dozen emails with fantasies and
outright threats to my life, which Gene Woolfolk knew about but chose
to hang with anyhow.

Here's some excerpts, as PDW says, for the record, and plus for him
since he doesn't seem to remember them. I also state that we've since
buried the hatchet and he's apologized for the trauma that was caused
during those months , and he's given me permission to post this -

---------- Forwarded message ----------
From: paul d wilson
Date: Nov 25, 2007 4:20 PM

this is not a poem
and i apologize for the melodrama
unfortunately, it is my life
as it has been for way too long now

[...]

Will Dockery tells me
some of what he told you
i don't like it
he lied to you about me
and i am going to have to

okay, i'm not sure yet what i'm going to have to do
but i'm going to have to do something, i know

[...]

I should have killed him
20 years ago - I would be out of prison by now
and he deserved to die, as he still does,
several times over
for the lives he has destroyed

my life now is forfeit
because i failed to to what was needed
to protect those i loved
and will gloats
endlessly

laughing at me as i
stumble towards my grave
agian and again

[...]

She herself was going to kill him herself
and again I saved his life
fool that I am

In short, you should know that Will Dockery is not my friend
and I suspect he never has been
I know beyond all doubt at this point

[...]

now i just want the misery to end
and despite smoking, drinking and taking drugs for 33 years now
i'm healthy as a horse

[...]

I have to ask: Did Will put you up to this?
Is it that you've been working together the whole time?
Is he supplying some addiction you have?
Or blackmailing you in some way?

[...]

but he will suffer less if you are honest with me
on this point

[...]

i suspect i have some
resources he is not aware of - we shall see
("Peace. Or Else." is not a joke, either)

----

Anyway, that's why I wasn't palling around with P.D. Wilson and Gene
Woolfolk that night, since you asked.

Big fuckin' surprise. A pizza boy is all you'll ever be, Duckery.

Living on Borrowed Dues

She's got the travelling shoes
nothing else to lose
So much of nothing to choose
living on borrowed dues.

She's gonna run away
find a carnival somehow someway.
Or a cabin on a hill
hellbent on chasing a brand new thrill.

She's so disbelieving
thank God she's leaving.
Only the crows know where she flies
building a nest of brand new lies.

She's on a southbound train
on a trip to find her brains.
Under her hat she's been told again
tears like rain chased by her pain.

She's got the travelling shoes
nothing else to lose
So much of nothing to choose
living on borrowed dues.

Are you saying my rhyme scheme is lazy, or that you're too lazy to write
complete sentences?

Get some rest, pal, we want you here for many years to come!

You're a fat smoker.

"We" statistically have a good chance of not having you here for many years
to come.

And the average quality of poetry here will double immediately (even
allowing for George churning out some execrable eulogy).

So, we're back to personal insults based on appearance, already? We're well
aware that you appear to have some serious problems in that department,
yourself:

http://tinyurl.com/6uhuj2

Hmmm... my deepest sympathy over the bad hand life seems to have dealt you,
Rob.

Sure, anything's possible... keep hoping, maybe you'll live long enough to
see your fantasies of my death come true.

Or not.

> And the average quality of poetry here will double immediately

The poetry here has been improving already lately, as have the comments and
critique... less and less of the one-liner insults you obviously favor.
Looks like you're still up to filling in the gaps there, though.

Who knows, maybe you'll even write something that isn't a dreary piece of
"chopped-up-prose" after I'm gone, since perhaps you'll be able to focus on
something else besides "Will Dockery". As it stands now, though, without me
you'd have nothing to post about at all.

You are overweight.

You smoke.

Only in Duckrish do two statements of fact constitute insults.

You post 10 times as much on a daily basis as anyone else, my little driven

Because it's ALL about you.

Trouble is, like your "art" it's ALL unspeakable shit.

As if you're some kind of fuckin' king, Duckery? You look like you got your
head stuck in a toilet and fell into a basket of dirty laundry coming out,
then proceeded to change into whatever you found on the top of the pile.
Stop being such a hypocrite, you ugly, unwashed, uneducated, clueless,
fucked-up twit.

Not at all, pal. It's apparently some of the same gunk that turned
your teeth brown, though.

Is that what you think?

Think - heh - the irony.

Or did you accidentally spill some of your "poetry" over my picture? You
visit it a lot, I know.

Poor Duck. The horror of unsnip.

Sorry, I must have missed the part where you said you DID accidentally spill

And, of course, "You visit it a lot, I know" was not a question.

Sorry, pal, but your picture was taken before I met you, and is,
unfortunately for you, unaltered.

Your brown teeth, drooling smirk, and shrivelled crone-face are all
apparently real, once again unfortunately for you.

One would feel similar pity for you -- if you were worth feeling pity. You
should find a photograph that doesn't make you look like someone who thinks
disco isn't dead, Duckery.

No surprise and yet it's a petard you STILL get your webs tangled in, eh

But if it distracts you even in the slightest from continuous scribbling of

Try to ease up on the masturbation Ducky.

But if it distracts you even in the slightest from continuous scribbling of
unspeakable shit then I've performed some small service for the community.

None at all, Mushmouth... just the usual silliness you've been desperately
posting for over a year now.

Lying comes naturally with you, Rob, but unless your photograph has been
altered, then the photo gives an image that proves my description of it to
be the truth.

Unlike you and your lies, I can back everything I write up with proof,
Mushmouth.

>>>> some of the same gunk that turned your teeth brown, though.

And here's the proof that you're a whistle-lisping gunkmouth:

unfortunately for you, unaltered.

I assume the brown-gunked teeth, your shrivelled bald head, et cetera in
your photograph are real and not photoshopped?

This is a serious question, Mushmouth.

Fortunately for you, nobody is watching when you "visit" it.

You're "have a hankie" fixation is noted, Mushmouth.

Not at all, but it sure seems to have narrowed you down to nothing but
sniffing behind me for the last year or so.

You can back everything up with your opinion only. And that's the opinion
of an ignorant and bitter person.

Can you?

Absolutely, apparently, heh!

Here's a new discovery, from the archives, comment and critique

"Key Change, Time Change Blues" by Will Dockery:

"...The vocalist is Will Dockery (of course), Glen Giles - guitar

Philips - Drums (just an educated guess). It was recorded at The
Vault
(ascertained by Jordan's reference to the Blues Jam Open Mic at the

Since this is going nowhere, I supoose I'll just post the piece I
wrote with some musicians last night, for comment & critique:

Like A Bluebird

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
stare at the big bell tower,
and a little man ringing the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
she read the clover runes.
She came from a metal place,
a land of sand dunes.
I needed her help,
to unlock the key.
Something was strangling
inside of me.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Putty in her hand,
for ceramics.
She made clay pots
and saxophone reeds.

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
I stare at the big bell tower,
and the little man that rings the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
I can't forget her face.
She's kind of trgic,
God bless her race.
Stirred a pot,
in a hotel room.
Making vague predictions,
about a glorious doom.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline
walkabout dream in the rain

Sure, I can do that, since you asked:

Like A Bluebird

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
stare at the big bell tower,
and a little man ringing the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
she read the clover runes.
She came from a metal place,
a land of sand dunes.
I needed her help,
to unlock the key.
Something was strangling
inside of me.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Putty in her hand,
for ceramics.
She made clay pots
and saxophone reeds.

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
I stare at the big bell tower,
and the little man that rings the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
I can't forget her face.
She's kind of trgic,
God bless her race.
Stirred a pot,
in a hotel room.
Making vague predictions,
about a glorious doom.

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain

She flies like a bluebird,
Gene-0's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline

you're worthless, you love spending the time to reply - why whine about it?

you keep posting below proves without a doubt:
>
and, poor Willy, you hardly seem to be able to get through a thread without
mentioning the "H" word lately.

Of course, what you call a cascade, the English speaking majority would call
an uninterrupted exchange. I may earn an Ig Nobel prize for getting you to
do nearly 6 consecutive posts without snipping. I really enjoyed the fact
that when you did snip "for brevity" you then tacky-ed on a dollop of your
unspeakable shit thus doubling the length and quadrupling the tedium.

Actually I don't think of our exchanges as much other than lab experiments.
Being a duck, you're dumber than a rat but your walk is funnier.

Unlike you, ya hypocritical fuckwit, I don't try to pretend that this is "a
worthless waste of time" and yet STILL post. You can't help yourself,
dummy.

That's exactly what I wrote about you, Mushmouth, and since the fact
is that you're the one sniffing behind my posts for over a year, you
really /don't/ seem to be able to help yourself.

Here's the way I ended the thread and began another, which you just
continued on into with your drooling "have a hankies", proving that
you can't help yourself:

Not often, Mushmouth... in fact, my work being all original thoughts, I have
very little in common with you and your "borrowing" ilk. Here's the new one,
for your usual scratch-n-sniff non-critique:

Miss Crenshaw

Little Victoria
stepped on a bumblebee.
near the sawmill millhouse.
Cousin Maxwell
saw it while sitting in a tree,
on the hill across from Uncle Grouse.

Near the house of
Bullethead & Shorty...
Always late, never home,
they's a fighting,
they'll get home the best they can.
With some luck and
a Southern wind.
Shorty's chasing Bullethead
with a frying pan
of chicken bones.
Jerked wire
someone tried to call the cops
on the telephone.

I recall a bit later,
when she shook her peaches for me.
Shady silver leaf maples,
and a lonesome persimmon tree.
Full moon and hay fever
schoolhouse looking like a Sphinx.
She's a sweetie,
her hair's like a chestnut minx.

Everybody's watching television,
or Miss Crenshaw's hipshake.
She's a stroller in technicolor
up and down a dirt avenue
for goodness sake.

If you need a girl
you can converse...
She's a good listener
and she ain't quite loud!
But a looker in a crowd.

On a two stooler bike,
somebody easing down the path.
Near the house of
Bullethead & Shorty...
Working late at the mill again
scoop the sugar with cabbage,
wash it down with cold gin.
Never sure when the morning starts
or where it ends.

Sort of in the backyard
of the old waterpump house.
Near the canepatch,
Miss Crenshaw's creeping like a mouse.
She said some odd words,
seen them spit right out her mouth.

Everybody's watching television,
or Miss Crenshaw's hipshake.
She's a stroller
up and down a dirt avenue.

If you need a girl
you can converse...
She's a good listener
and she ain't quite loud!
But a looker in a crowd.

Like A Bluebird

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
stare at the big bell tower,
and a little man ringing the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Geno's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
she read the clover runes.
She came from a metal place,
a land of sand dunes.
I needed her help,
to unlock the key.
Something was strangling
inside of me.

She flies like a bluebird,
Geno's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Putty in her hand,
for ceramics.
She made clay pots
and saxophone reeds.

Hearing a beat,
raggae across the street.
Little whistle from a tree,
that girl is calling me.
Looking for a Witch,
down at the Station Hotel.
I stare at the big bell tower,
and the little man that rings the bell.

She flies like a bluebird,
Geno's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline,
walkabout dream in the rain.

Something about her,
I can't forget her face.
She's kind of tragic,
God bless her race.
Stirred a pot,
in a hotel room.
Making vague predictions,
about a glorious doom.

She flies like a bluebird,
Geno's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skylark,
walkabout dream in the rain

She flies like a bluebird,
Geno's on the plane.
Blue on blue on a skyline
walkabout dream in the rain

Duckery is somewhat obsessed over the appearances of others; now whether or
not this is because he looks like a homeless person or because he is a
partially-closed homosexual is difficult to tell. Regardless, he enjoys the
post-snippings, as it is one of his only lifelines for the present.

do a list:

- you can't write, anything.

- now we know you can't paint either.

- you look like you haven't bathed in weeks.

- by your own admission you have the education of a 5th grader (and you're proud
of that, Jesus).

- you abandoned your family.

- we've seen you "perform" on stage, and you're very embarrassing.

- you're incredibly stupid.

- you don't pay taxes.

- you've taken government assistance, even though you acknowledge the fact that
you're paid under the table.

so who's lying about you?

perhaps because you're so embarrassingly uneducated, you don't have a full
understanding of what the word "fantasy" means?

today i created a piece that i had to send to a colleague for review. on the top
page of what i created i scratched some comments on a post-it note.

what i wrote on that post-it note is still more creative than anything you've
done in your entire life.

you're just sad, losery. sad.

"Sniffing" is following behind my posts for years as you have been,
Mushmouth. I wrote the bad review of your burbling, whistle-lisping

keep sniffing away, since you show yourself to be more of a senile

There are no plagiarists here other than Chuckles. George was trying a
newbie trick but was actually dying to tell us who really wrote it - once we
had panned it. Dale's rearrangements always directly follow the poem he's
addressing. There's no attempt to decieve and only a complete idiot like
you would consider the same words in a different order as plagiarism. All
the words are already in dictionaries, you lnow. Actually, YOU wouldn't.

As for your monkey-see, monkey do behaviour, I don't call it plagiarism -
just painfully slow learning.

I called your scribbling unspeakable shit and you couldn't get over it. You
went to a BBC website asking questions about me and claiming to be my usenet
friend. But you're right - that's not sniffing.

It's stalking you pathetic moron.

You haven't been keeping up, then, which is no surprise since all you seem
to do is sniff along behind my posts, here's the scoop for you, Mushmouth:

Dale Houstman plagiarized:

method we used when Karla Rogers accused Tom Bishop of stealing her poem,
switching the words around, and trying to pass it off as his own, so if it
was acceptable then, then it should be acceptable in looking into the extent
of Dale Houstman's poetry theft now, as well, am I right?

Poor Dale Houstman... wonder if he ever wrote an original poem in his life?
Now here's the original poem Dale Houstman swiped his words and images from,
reshuffled them around in a different order and a bit of rewriting, then
signed his name to it, claiming it was his own original work:

Mercury Switches and The Mating of Clocks

Kissed to death by gold whiskers
was her lovely
skate backwards around
a sphere of mercury.

From the first wet spark
came a series of cylinders,
calendar holders with
fingers for handles,
white Christmas babies
with inscrutable veins.
Their firsts steps in unison
were on the soles of dead men -
how they laughed,
how they mirrored decay!

The podium was that
wrinkled uterus, the jewel
encrusted grave
you gave to us
and Christ like
a wingless blur
hums the cut
flowers nodding over her,
the mercurial blood
and phallic hats
of heavy dafodils,
of heavy water wombs
where time (that savaged emerald)
flows like scaffold spiders
or money without price.

And ice, cut wet with steel
scars over the intention
sends the scabbed vibration
of shuddering cheeks
into art, into grace and slides
slick blades through fog,
that impossible grass
in our etherial core.

-Alacrity Stone

When time permits, we can return to this post and, as with Karla's "April"
and Bishop's "version", pick out how many words and entire lines DMH stole
in the construction of "his" poem... and wonder how many other of his works
are similarly stolen?

Keeping up would have "proven" there are plagiarists here? You are stupid -
that needs no keeping up with because it never changes.

Karla has already demonstrated that you, as usual ,are talking rubbish, when
you claimed a high level of matching lines etc between the two. There are
none.

No you are stupid. Tommy faithfully copied Karla's poem and infringed
copyright.

Stop scribbling your unspeakable shit. You are merely stealing words from
the dictionary and rearranging them. Perhaps your stupid spelling, lousy
grammar and missing conjunctions and prepositions are a way of getting round
dictionary copyright.

Or perhaps you just are that abysmally ignorant.

A serious question, then Rob:

You'll be okay if I (or someone else) took your poems, shuffled the words,
yet used the same words included in that poem, pieced it together as a "new"
poem, and signed it, took all credit for writing it?

I have a feeling you might scream your whistle-lisping scream a bit louder
if that happened to you a few times.

Or maybe not... just because you're forced to not agree with me, you'd
willingly give away all that's unique about your poetry... your choice of
words.

You're not keeping up again, Mushmouth, because I stated that I hadn't done
any comparison that closely yet, but that the same words were used.

And did it exactly like Michael Cook did with my poem "Karma Bombs" the year
before... your ilk claimed it was "okay" and so opened the doors for Bishop
to do it, since it was agreed that this form of theft was "okay".

This is another case that may come back to kick you in your drooling
mushmouth, Rob... unless you agree that it is okay to take your poetry and
re-write it, as you say it was with dale's theft... say so, because i just
might try you, and if I don't somebody else will, that's a bet for you.

A serious answer then:

see my red barrow wheel poem in reply to Karla.

I don't mind anybody rearranging a poem if they seek to say something
different with the new words. I might criticise the result as bad poetry
but not as plagiarism.

I once took a piece of your utter dreck and pushed it through some cheapo
english-italian, italian-german, and german-english translation software.
It was gibberish but no worse than the original. I posted it here but
Dennis (bless his good taste) wouldn't let me include it in some of our
collaborations. Since it was also unspeakable shit, I may well be a
duckrish plagiarist.

Maybe we'll have time in the future to try a few... convert some of
your poems into songs, or rather, use the same words in a different
way, and I have your permission to do this without any credit to you
at all? In fact you're saying I wouldn't even /need/ permission to
take, say, half of one of your poems and do whatever I want with it?

Not that I'd ever bother to get around to such an experiment, but it
might be interesting to try to turn your dreary chopped-up-prose junk
into something worthwhile, Mushmouth.

I'm saying, dimwit, that if you take ALL the words in one of my poems and
rearrange them, you don't need any permission. If you took "say half " one
of my poems and used it substantially unchanged you would be infringinging
copyright. Noone would accuse you of plagiarism because it would be in
English and therefore clearly not your own work.

Since /I/ would consider that going a bit far, I'd probably want your
permission, anyway, if I were to try something like that,,, which I
suppose you /are/ giving, with that statement?

Then, since Dale Houstman did just that with Alacrity Stone's poem,
about 50 words out of 100 were from AS, then you agree that if not a
palgiarist, Dale Houstman is guilty of at least copyright abuse.

Could've made more headway with it if you had run it through an
