Your question is pretty hard to understand but I'll try to explain and
answer. Jets can't get into STEALTH MODE, jets are stealthy or they're
not.

5th gen fighter jets like Raptor and F-35 are stealth fighter jets and I
guess you were referring to them. Stealth jets are not invisible to radar,
you can just detect them on far shorter distances, definitely after that a
stealth jet already sees you with his radar.

That means a 4th generation fighter jet would probably fall from the sky
not knowing what happened and who shot him down. So non-stealthy jets
probably won't have the opportunity to lock his radar and shoot a missile.
