This is sure to get Merkin climate warriors rootin' fer Trump and his
tariffs. Not that I agree with the tariffs, but it's interesting how
absolutely EVERYTHING gets filtered through the lens of the climate
bogeyman.

Indeed.

How can greenies claim they are not adhering to a religion when it is
their moral compass?

It's worse than we thought if it becomes their moral /justification/
for "action" (recall that they are often calling for immediate and
unspecified "action") of the type: genocide is okay because getting
rid of *other* people is "good for the planet."

Climate goons are on the backs of the shipping industry to cut pollution. What's the pollution of shipping a million tons of steel by board from the Orient to the U.S. instead of making the steel in the U.S.?

That's only one issue. Another is emissions
regulations governing iron & steel production.
I'm going to go out on the limb here and say
that U.S. regulations are tighter, certainly
in practice.

...China sometimes talks big, on emissions,
but what happens in real life is another story
entirely.

Except the greenkooks don't CARE about pollution, REAL pollution. They say they want to stop C02, so they've even proposed salting the atmosphere with sulfur to reflect sunlight, knowing FULL WELL, that would produce copious amounts of acidic rain, something they used to rail against.
