East England" means County Durham, Teesside, Tyne and Wear, (basically
anywhere north of the River Tees).
:-) I'm amused that _anyone_ could consider Leeds to be in the North East.

For anyone into such things, there's lots of very nice walking areas
in the North and East Riding parts of that map...
Its in sunny Teesside, Stockton to be exact.
Ah, so it's the "real" North East then. :-) Well, there are far
worse places to work than Stockton...
