Traitors are not welcome in a company of true Americans. Call Obama and
tell him you need a job.
The people who voted for oBOMBa don't want a job they want "free
Money."
As a business owner who employs 30 people, I was already resigned to the
fact that Barack Obama will be our next President and that my taxes and
fees will go up in a BIG way.
To compensate for these increases, I figure that my customers will have
to see an increase in my fees to them of about 8%. I will also have to
lay off 6 of my employees. This really bothered me as I believe we are
family here and didn't know how to choose who will have to go.
So, this is what I did. I strolled through the parking lot and found 10
Obama bumper stickers on my employees' cars. I have decided these folks
will be the first to be laid off.
Let's review.
You look around your employees, who you feel are "family", and decide
that the way a few of them voted made them not "family" anymore.
You need to lay off six, so you decide on 10 instead. Without knowing
yet how much or if your taxes will go up.
Now there are 10 less people with money to spend in your community;
you will be paying their unemployment until they find new jobs. You're
shorthanded, the employees you kept are overworked and angry with you,
and there are 10 angry, jobless people who not only won't be spending
money on your business but will be directing family and friends not to
do so as well. Ever hear the old rule? make a customer happy and you
have a customer, make them angry and you lose 10? Now you have lost
the business of 100, as well as the business of any of the angry
employees who quit due to bad working conditions and their family and
friends. Since these are presumably McCain supporters, now you've lost
Republican business as well as Democrat business.
Thus starts the downward spiral. It will take years of work to rebuild
your standing in the community, because you didn't like Obama and
decided to throw a tantrum over it.
What business did you say you were in again? It isn't plumbing, is it?
Post by Rudy CanozaI can't think of another fair way to approach this problem. I checked
with a labor lawyer, and I am allowed to do this.
